[attr="class","ws"] [attr="class","h"]ASHEIK [attr="class","fc"] [attr="class","bi"]REAL NAME: Aurora Hart [attr="class","bi2"]REAL GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]AGE: Seventeen [attr="class","bi2"]SEXUALITY: Heterosexual [attr="class","bi2"]FACE-CLAIM: mikasa, ATTACK ON TITAN (SHINGEKI NO KYOJIN) [attr="class","bi2"]PLAYED BY: Auri [attr="class","h2"]Appearance [attr="class","b"] In the world of Elder Tale, the avatar of Asheik is quite deceiving. At first glance, she is rather plain. Raven locks fall into a slightly a-lined bob, the longest bits just below her chin. Her eyes a deep blue color with long, thick lashes framing them upon her pale face. Her complexion is clear, no scars or tattoos upon the avatar whatsoever. Her skin appears simply smooth without any sort of blemishes. Her facial features do not seem to change much, if one were to simply pass by her on a normal day she always seems to be holding a deeply focused look, some might say it is a cold display. The body of the avatar itself is actually very fit and athletic, fit for someone who is quick on their feet and with their weapons. She stands at 5'5" and doesn't carry a lot of bulk, but the muscle definition is certainly there. Now when Asheik enters battle everything changes quite drastically. The first change to occur would be that her eyes go from the deep dark blue color to a very bright blue, nearly electric blue. As battle further commences, the next things to appear are a pair of black wolf ears and a big bushy wolf tail to compliment the transformation as well. Once the heat is really on, the final changes are subtle but rather intimidating. Her two canines become that of wolf fangs and her nails elongate about an inch, sharpened into being very claw-like. Even her facial bone structure seems to slightly shift into a more wolfish appearance, though not enough to be considered an actual wolf. Once battle ends these changes slowly disappear, but usually takes about 3 hours to fully transform to her more human avatar. In the real world, Asheik's player is Aurora Hart who is a seventeen year old girl. Her hair is very similar to her avatar's in terms of the cut but the actual color is dirty blonde. Her eyes are a brown-green hazel color. Instead of the athletic build of her character, Aurora is not so athletic. Not to say she is chubby or super thin, just in the middle without any real definition in terms of her muscles. Her height is exactly the same in real life as it is in the game so adjusting physically was quite easy when forced into Elder Tale. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"]An initial encounter with Asheik is almost always short. Anyone who even tries to speak with her will find themselves receiving a cold shoulder, with either no response at all or a very unfriendly one. At times she may even simply slip off before the person attempting to communicate with her has a chance to prod further. It is not shyness, but simply distrust. Her eyes nearly always hold a very distrusting glint, as she does not wish to be brought down by anyone and knows that opening your heart is typically the biggest weakness whether in a game or real life. However, behind the cold demeanor there is much more to be found. She is a stubborn girl, set in her ways and morals. And though the coldness washes over her, deep down there is a fire blazing bright. This fire is nearly always brought out in battle. She is a sore loser and truly believes she can be the best in a fight, which she strives for. While she hates loss, she does learn from it after getting over it and applies what she learns in training. She seems to get the most out of life through battle, wins and losses all are a benefit for her. Aurora, Asheik's player, is actually quite soft spoken but the game has brought out another side. While she avoids people at all cost, when driven into a rough spot, Asheik is quite rowdy. There's a violence to her if provoked, yelling and fist throwing all included. If someone were to somehow befriend the girl, they'd find her to be actually quite awkward in handling most friendly conversation. She is blunt to the point of saying things that can be perceived in a very different context by people. This does land her in a lot of interesting situations that end up with her very embarrassed. Caring for people is her ultimate downfall because she is loyal to the end, always sticking up for her friends and willing to go to the ends of the earth for them both real life and in the game. This has brought her down in several occasions which contributes to the fact that she distances herself as much as possible from everyone. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"]At a young age, little Aurora was a very friendly child. She had a lot of friends and her home life was always a positive environment for the growing girl. It seemed that she would be on her way to doing great and wonderful things, being highly successful in all school subjects, but that all changed once she was eleven years old. Her home life was starting to go topsy-turvy. Her parents constantly fought and her mother was under suspicion that her father was having and affair which she did not hide from her young daughter. The formerly social girl started to become a bit of a recluse, but this was out of desperation to see who really cared for her. One by one all her friends seemed to disappear, except for one boy that she had known since her first year of schooling. He was her best friend and always had been. He knew of all she was going through and understood why she had turned into herself more. Never once did he judge her. And, while they were great friends, young Aurora also felt a little more deeply for the boy. Now the boy was actually quite social, as she had once been, and had waves of friends that seemed to constantly change. She was the only constant in his life and he was the same in her's at this point. They were always together. He knew of the girl's feeling for him but never bothered to address them. This confused her greatly. Throughout all of this as well there actually was one other constant in Aurora's life, video games. She had been playing them since she was very young with her dad, and held a great fondness for them. And around the age of thirteen she discovered the MMORPG genre. Any free time she got after school was either with her best friend or playing her favorite MMORPG. Despite the worsening home life, her grades were still impeccable. No one at school knew of her interest in MMORPGs, as she kept it well hidden. Not even her best friend knew. At the time, she simply wanted to keep it all for herself. She was making all sorts of new friends all over the world, she didn't need any of them... well, minus her best friend of course. She definitely needed him. Then the bad day came. It was the day Aurora turned fifteen. Going to school, she was very excited to see him. They always spent the whole day together on their birthdays, going out for ice cream and buying the other cheap little gifts. Upon arriving the school, she spotted him immediately. He was surrounded by his current wave of friends who were all giving him hugs and looking very disappointed. Not wanting to interrupt anything, she meekly stood by until the last bits trickled off toward their classes. Immediately he came over to her, looking very apologetic, and explained that he would be moving within the month. He had just found out that day. And so Asheik cried and cried, hugging him. He comforted her, promising they would stay in touch and always be the greatest of friends. If only she knew. The day he was to leave, Aurora spilled her guts to him. She had to before he left, she had to explain that their friendship turned into love for her. He only smiled and patted her head, never saying anything about it then or ever again. And so, he moved. It was much too far for her to visit. At first, they called each other regularly, always promising to visit each other on some random weekend or throughout the summer, but it never happened. And surely enough, as time continued on they drifted apart. She never found out whether or not he even had slight feeling for her either which angered her. Fast forward two years, Aurora spent all her free time exclusively playing on an MMORPG she discovered called Elder Tale. Her grades never faltered, but she cared nothing for the people in her real life. She made great friends all over the place. Met some creeps too, but nothing dissuaded her from playing the game. And then the fated day, the Apocalypse, happened. At first, Aurora was in seventh heaven. She didn't have to deal with her parents nor school anymore. But after a few days it became very apparent that this was the worst thing that could have occurred to the game. Everything seemed to be chaos and it was no longer about making friends and having a good time, it was something of survival... Just like in the real world. Immediately her recluse personality came out and she decided then and there that she would not trust a soul. The Swashbuckler performs a forward X-slash with their two weapons to slash at an opponent, then immediately teleports a meter forward. This usually places them behind the enemy, allowing them to either bypass their line or enable them to continue attacking before the enemy realizes what just happened. Because of the flashiness of this skill, it's a popular technique among aspiring warriors. Try not to use it while the opponent's at the edge of a cliff or right against a wall, though. You'll either plummet to your death or crash face-first into a wall. This skill has an animation time of 0.5 seconds and a cooldown of 8 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]High Roller: The swashbuckler attempts to bridge defense with offense by dodging an incoming attack and curling the body together to make multiple mid-air rolls as they land over to a new position. At the same time, their weapons are pointed outward, cutting at any opponent that tries to reach at them. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 15 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Fold Step: Using this skill, the user's body suddenly is propelled and accelerates in a desired direction. It is often used as a surprise burst of momentum when delivering an attack or used as a last-ditch dodging maneuver. The only downside to this technique is that once activated, the swashbuckler cannot stop or adjust their trajectory. This skill has an animation time of 0.25 seconds and a cooldown time of 6 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Needlework: Due to the dexterity from which they perform their tasks, tailors are able to make up for any compromises in their ability. Any dexterity debuffs to a tailor can be recovered from twice as quickly. [attr="class","skill"]Silent Move: A skill that deadens the user's movements whenever traveling, preventing them from making any sound while walking. In exchange, the Tracker's movement speed is reduced by 50%. For every 10 levels the tracker gains in their subclass level, this debuff is decreased by 10%. After Level 50, the debuff is eliminated completely.
