A former shell of what it once was, the castle walls remained strong despite the obvious wear, and tear that tormented this structure that was once a grand castle at least he was sure that was what this castle once was; now however it was covered in thick vegetation, long wines crawling up its stone walls aiming to reclaim the land. A pair of crimson orbs found themselves staring at the ruined castle admiring what remained of this great building, he had to admit the loneliness of this area coupled with the ruined castle gave this place a nice aura of calm. So much so that he felt some weird peace here, as if there was no problems here that would ever reach him, with his left leg hanging lazily over the thick branch which he sat upon with his flt rear, in a very nonchalant way we find the fox tail samurai resting his back against the trees solid surface; simply enjoying the day? Not at all, he was here days in advance for a dungeon raid he was planning, he aimed to get into this relic of a castle that he had heard so many grim whispers of, something about the tales sparked his adventurous spirit into wanting to explore the ruins.
"Windsor Castle" his smooth tone echoed the name of the very relic he stared at, soon after a right hand brought up a thick piece of beef jerky to his mouth where his teeth sunk into the dried flesh, those sharp canines of his puncturing the meat them with a smooth yank from both head, and hand he would tear off the desired chunk. Letting his mouth moisten the dry meat he moved it around is mouth enjoying the rather tough chewy texture of the meat, "...where oh where will I find your entrance my dear relic?" he asked the rhetorical question to, well no one he was just alone here today. Swallowing the chunk of meat he would sit back still relaxed as ever his crimson orbs staring at the castle inspecting it in a false hope of finding a weakness some crack in the still tough walls; anything to welcome him in.

Ryuu looked up at the massive stone walls that stretched as far as the eyes could see. They extended towards the heavens and his mouth was wide open in awe of its mystery and size. Vegetation was seen, breaking through the walls and gradually invading the rock that once was used to defend against invaders. It was a place that defended against enemies abound, fighting against the odds and bringing the lords of the Windsor Castle victory. Kumori’s hand was lifted to touch one of the walls. He closed his eyes to imagine the life that was once here, the training, peasants, markets, merchants, citizens, knights, nobles, kings, all present at that time. Ironically, it was also the time that they were currently pushed to. This castle may be the remnants of the “ancient world” but truthfully, it was engineering fit for what they were clad in. Windsor Castle… if it was possible, it would be a great place to hold a headquarters, however whether it was purchasable or not, well that was a separate matter.
Kumori began walking around the castle, inspecting it. He had heard that the entrance was rather hard to find. As he began walking around, he saw a furry thing at eye level. It was hanging off of a wall, and it seemed that something was attached to it. He was curious, and he was very tempted to pull at it. His head followed the swinging tail, starting to go into a daze, but finally, he shook his head and looked up at the owner of the fox.
“Your tail is so mesmerizing,” he called up to the person who was on top of the wall. Kumori looked to the left and then to the right and then jumped onto the wall to get right next to the fox-tail. “How are you… the name is Kumori,” he replied, “it’s nice to meet you,” he said, offering his hand to him. His eyes followed the trail that lead around the castle would eventually lead back to London. Kumori invited himself to a seat and relaxed a bit, next to the fox-tail.
“I hope you don’t mind if I hang out with you for a bit… I just wanted to take a walk, and well, you seem pretty friendly… so… I figure I might have a person to keep me company… besides, it’s nice to learn about each other, don’t you think? Reminds us of the old world…” He got onto the ground and laid on the grass, placing his hand behind his back. “How’ve you been dealing with the catastrophe?” he asked politely. He wouldn’t be offended if he declined to answer, but Kumori was simply trying to make friendly conversation. OOC NOTES: 455 words

The sound of a sudden voice ringing into his ears would almost startled the fox tail his ears standing straight up, looking around he would peek down over his shoulder to the ground below where he would rest his eyes on...well on a blur before he knew it the stranger was top side along with him. Bunji stared at the man quietly, his tail waving side to side not as any form of joy but caution the slow motion of his tail signaled that as did the ears that folded backwards on his head. The young man listen quietly as the individual talked on, not saying anything merely listening until he figured out what sort of vibe he got from this one individual that he had just met. At least he got a name, "Nice to meet you Kumori, my names Bunji" he said pointing a finger to himself mainly being his thumb, he would catch the question quickly this guy didn't mess around did he? He got straight to the point of things...
"Hm..." he would say taking his eyes away from the one known as Kumori, focusing his gaze on the distant horizon made up of tree tops, and mountains in the far distance; he thought of the question his mind bouncing around the many memories that have led up to this moment. At the end of it all he could give only one answer, "Surviving" he said looking back to Kumori, "...like everyone else, I've just been doing my best to survive it, day by day focusing on whatever task I can to keep me sane. Nothing much that can be done to be honest" with those words the fox tail would bring the last of his jerky up to his mouth taking it in one bite. Chewing around the tough dried meat he would force his mandibles to grind, and smash the food up before he swallowed it once it was somewhat manageable to do so. "What about you flips? How have you been handling it all?" he asked turning his attention once again to Kumori, whom he had already planted a nickname on. All the while he sat there swinging his legs beneath him as they hung over the edge of the great wall they sat on, the samurai would rest his katana next to him it may have been laying flat but he could at least use the blunt end in order to strike this man just in case it was necessary, he did after all not know this man at all.

“Surviving… good answer, heh…” he commented at his answer. He laid on top of the wall, eyes closed, hands behind his head, shielding him from the hardness of the rock as the fox-tail asked him about how he was faring as well. “Same old, same old. Training, fighting, working, eating, sleeping… you know, what you would normally do in a game that suddenly turned into reality,” he said. While Kumori was trying to be slightly witty and slightly humorous, he was still serious. It was true that he was living this life as if it was a game becoming reality. It was, and because every human wished to survive and continue on living, with the hope of returning home, Kumori could expect no other way to live this life except by living as if this was your life to begin with. With his knowledge of the game already, he couldn’t be too flustered about it. Each of the classes and skills were similar, if not exactly the same as the Japanese version of the game. It was slightly to his advantage, however he still started like every other beginner, he started at level one.
His knowledge of the game allowed him to know what skills paired with what skills to optimize the potential of each character. The plan for the Assassin he was currently trapped as was to become a new optimization of skills. He did not know how well it would go, but the idea was to be a stealth assassin, one that truly used the shadows like a real assassin or ninja. His goal was to be as great of a player in this game, becoming a renowned name, all over the universe that they lived in. While this dream was still a ways off, he had time to get there. It wasn’t like there was much for him to do other than to train and get better.
Kumori closed his eyes for a bit, and then it dawned on him that the fox-tail called him flip. “Flip? How’d you get that name?” he asked, intrigued. He wasn’t mad, actually he was just curious. Kumori had met a great amount of people, and this man simply reminded Kumori of his friend, Caerbannog, whom he’d known in real life. Kumori opened his left eye and peaked at the other player. “Bunji, huh?” Kumori removed his right hand from his head and fiddled with the interface to bring up the friend list. He requested a friend add with Bunji and wondered if he’d accept it. “Well, if my name is flip, I guess I’ll have to call you Red,” he said noticing his almost completely red color scheme. He smiled and went back to his napping position. “So what are you doing around Windsor, anyways?” he asked. There weren’t many people who would venture out here willy nilly. Actually, Kumori was out here to train, as always, but he was also here at this current location to catch a break. Without a break, it was obvious when one would suffer from mental exhaustion. With everything as it is, it is only natural for the body to realize that fatigue is actually fatigue. The computer stats and all of that still took precedence, it did not mean that their mental dexterity was just as durable as these computers made them to be, rather they were exactly as durable as they were in the real world, which meant that with training, they could be better. “Well, that is if you care to answer… If it’s none of my business, then you have no need to answer,” he said, hoping not to have insulted him. Kumori stretched out his arms and yawned, as he opened his eyes once more to look at this person who may be friend or may be foe. While he was not completely sure of his plans, he did know that any type of attack, if any, were attempted against him, Kumori was still plenty fast, both mentally, and statistically. He kept his ears wide open in case a sound of movement more than just munching on meat was heard. OOC NOTES: 691 words

Bunji would only chuckle in response to Kumori's response to his little nickname for him, "Red?" he asked looking over his swaying tail, and glancing upwards at the few bangs of red hair he could see the young fox tail would shake his head; "I guess it fits nicely, as for flip I got that from how quickly you managed to get top side friend" he said to the other player before looking over at him for just a moment. It was then that he was hit with another question from Kumori, the samurai would waste no time answering seeing as his words escaped him rather quickly "Exploring" he would say again giving a one word answer. "Like all the rest, curiosity gets the best of me sometimes, and I find myself jumping feet first into dungeons, or wandering into the deepest part of the forest, and sometimes I sit atop old ruin walls with ninjas" he said with a rather hearty chuckle escaping his smiling lips after those words, he was overall feeling very relaxed around Kumori. After all the other player seemed very laid back, no reason to be a stiff for no reason, resting an elbow over his lap, and his chin on his palm he would stare out into the distance once more those stunning crimson eyes taking in the scenery once more despite the fact that this was all a virtual reality; it was still a beautiful sight.
With a sudden yawn coming out of his parted lips he would glance over at the other player again, "You know they say any who dare to brave the area beyond these castle walls, never made it out. So no one really knows what really goes on in there, or what sort of creepy crawlers call this castle home" he explained as he turned to look back at the still dominant castle that rested right behind the two adventurers, a simple hop over these walls, and they would find themselves face to face with the entrance to this looming structure; that now resembled more a haunted house than a vibrant castle. Looking from the castle out to the scenery once more the samurai would speak again, "...is it this chance of danger, and a sense of adventure that brings YOU out here flip?" he asked with a curious tone as his eyes remained fixed on the distance; where just a few feet off a flock of birds ascended from the tree tops to the East of their location.

He was glad to meet someone who was pretty relaxed. While they were in a somewhat safe area, they both had no worries when they were around here. Bunji answered his question saying that he was curious and that he was exploring. Kumori nodded in agreement as he was somewhat here to do the same. Windsor Castle had always been a question mark in his head. He had never really seen what was inside, and he did hear the stories of those who went in never came back, but that can’t be true as if they had died, they’d have reappeared at St. Pancras Station. That meant that there was a dungeon down here with safe rooms of some sort, places where adventurers could rest. It wasn’t unheard of, dungeons taking this long. He remembered in the Japanese server, there were huge dungeons that often times they would need to rest in between fights. These mob raids would sometimes take several hours to complete, and Kumori could only assume that now that it’s reality, hours would become days.
“Hmm… I’d wager on spiders… Spiders like to roam castles… and drakes, small drakes,” he’d say, giving a guess from his past gaming experience. “Oh, and skeletons,” he’d add, “especially knight skeletons and mage skeletons,” he would clarify. He shrugged, showing that he didn’t really know. Bunji then asked him why he was here. Kumori thought for a second and then shrugged. “Yeah, the sense of danger. After this became reality, the thrill of fighting has gotten the better of me… and I’d like to experience it more. Especially with this world, we have to brave new things all the time, and what better way to do it then Windsor Castle, where the rumors from the Landers are that no one comes back alive, but to them, we’re immortal…’ he’d say.
Ryuu said immortal, but he had never experienced dying just yet. It wasn’t that he was sca- actually… it was because he was scared. It was still unknown what kind of repercussions death would bring. “I’m here to train and learn of what is actually within those walls. If you’ve talked to any of the Landers, they’ll tell you that they’ve been hearing some spooky voices… They want it dealt with, but they can’t do it themselves for obvious reasons,” he said. He sat up and looked at the entrance of the castle and shrugged. “Braving it alone would be foolish though. My initial plan was to come here and just have a look around, but hey, since you’re here, you want to come with?” he asked, offering to go in with him. It seemed that he was curious enough about it as well, so Ryuu would make him the offer. “Besides, having two people is a lot better than having one…” Ryuu would then move his fingers deftly through the interface once again and clicked the party feature. He invited Bunji to join him on his quest to explore Windsor Castle. Who knows, they may find something interesting. OOC NOTES: 508 words

So this guy was an adventurer through, and through wasn't he? Also he was an experienced one from the sounds of it Bunji could tell this guy had some experience under his belt with adventure games, the way he spoke of the possible monsters that could lurk behind the imposing walls of this now empty castle, it was enough for the red haired fox tail to feel his tail sway side to side with a build excitement. When the man dove further into the topic, he would widen his red eyes staring at the other warrior with a curious gaze; was he seriously considering braving the castle? If he was then Bunji would count himself in, listening to the other warrior speak he would rise at the conclusion of his words standing at the top of the castle wall turning his eyes towards the other male, "Say no more, skeletons, spiders, and drakes...here we come!" he said turning around rapidly gripping the hilt of his katana to swiftly draw it from its scabbard.
The red haired male would chuckle as he brought the fine edge of the sword up to his shoulder resting the blunt end in place once it was up there, with his left hand hanging at his side rather lazily he would kick it to life as the elbow bent bringing up the left hand giving the other player a thumbs up, "Let's see the whispers of the landers hold any weight of truth my friend" he said. Bunji would step forward kicking off the top of the wall he would land below on a solid piece of stone wall that stuck out, bending his knees on impact he would push upwards again allowing his body to fly upwards then begin to descend downward faster. Rolling as soon as he hit the ground we find Bunji stopping on one knee as he pushes up onto his feet to stand fully upright, his katana held at his side before him the imposing doors of the great castle stood ready for him to enter it along with his new found comrade in arms.
"If we're going to do this, we do it right" he said with a smirk as he held his sword firmly the anticipation of the dangers inside fueling his body with a new found drive, the red eyed male would walk towards the door with his comrade in toe; at least he hoped so.

With enthusiasm, Ryuu followed suit and stood up to follow Bunji. It seemed that Ryuu’s speech of what might be in there was what gave him most of the enthusiasm. He smirked and acknowledged that he was just as enthusiastic about the adventure they were to have. “We shall see the weight of their words. Let us kill some skeletons and ghosts. I’m pretty sure that we can get through in one piece, destroy whatever is making those noises, and put at ease the hearts of these citizens,” he said to him. After Bunji jumped off the wall, Ryuu would follow suit, landing on one knee and one leg. He stood from his landing spot and followed Bunji into the door that led into the castle. What amazed him was that this was the first time he had seen within the castle. With every step and every breathe, he could hear each piece of gravel displace and the moisture released from his breathe was instantly viewable. The place was dark, musty, and cold. As he entered, the entrance shut behind him. Ryuu quickly turned around to see that the only way out was to go forward. “Heh, sorta the thing you see in movies,” he said trying to lighten up the mood.
The two began moving forward. It was difficult to see, but with a few light sources, they were good enough for Bunji and he to look where they were going. While they walked cautiously towards whatever direction they thought would be the next level, they were approached. Well, it was obvious what was coming. The clicking of the touch of foot on floor was obvious, especially when it came from a skeleton. Unfortunately for Bunji and Rien, there wasn’t just one skeleton, there were multiples.
“Be ready,” he said to Bunji. They had to be ready for this, as there were at least 5 skeletons. All too soon where they close enough to attack, and they did. Ryuu waited for the chances that Bunji would be able to give him, but until he did so, Ryuu would slash at one of the skeletons until it fell to the ground as a heap. He knew he only met Bunji, but with this first battle, it was time to have trust in each other. They were to protect each other regardless of the situation.

The two ventured in, a pair of warriors running into the unknown this unknown being a menacing castle that was filled with coutnless dangers at every corner, monsters of all sorts ready to tear them apart the mere thought would be terrifying to most; but to the fox tail it was exciting. With a deep inhale of air he would feel as if he was feeling his lung with a new air of life, his fingers drumming impatiently at the hilt of his sword as he walked alongside the stranger which he knew only by name but by no other means. Then it happened upon reaching the end of the dimly lit hallway which welcomed them into the depths of this castle they came across a sight that Bunji welcomed with a wild grin on his face; enemies. He would lower his gaze, his red eyes becoming more menacing as he stared at the group of skeletons that wandered aimlessly in the large open room they had come across. Soon their senseless wandering would stop when their hollowed sockets turned their attentions upon the two warriors, Bunji stared them down every last of them as they stood there inching closer to the duo, the ones that held rusty weapons dragged the blades across the ground.
"Now this...is what I was expecting!" he yelled out his tone becoming more dark a she stepped toward swinging his sword down holding it in a firm grip as his body literally ignited itself into a wild crackle of electricity, the bolts whipping wildly all around him. "Now step aside comrade!!!" he called out, his body practically glowing yellow as he stood there, his eyes glaring at the skeletons. Waiting for now answer he rushed forward with a burst of speed granted to him by the surrounding lightning, the skeleton would react swinging its sword at Bunji. The male didn't bother to block relying on the coating of electrical energy to serve as a makeshift shield, and it did; softening the impact of the sword just a bit he would force his way through stabbing his own sword into the skeletons body causing it to fall apart into a pile of bones.
Pulling his sword he would turn towards Kumori, "Don't stand around! Jump into th fray! Let's slay every last one of these bastards!" he cried out as he avoided a swing from another skeleton, then blocked its follow up pushing the rusted weapon away he slashed twice knocking the thing down into another pile. All the while a loud laughter escaping Bunji as he lost himself into the wild moment, the thrill of the fight!

With content, Ryuu jumped away to allow the samurai take the Hate and begin tanking the several skeletons that were present. As his comrade began taking down several skeletons, Ryuu would do the same, complying to his request of not standing around. With every fell swing, a skeleton clattered to the ground with its bones. These bones soon reformed as if something was bringing them back to life. Ryuu looked for the magic that was causing this to happen, while Bunji continued to grab the Hate from the skeletons. With the usage of Eagle Track and removing all of the tracks related to the skeletons, he saw an orange figure in the background. The usage of magic was so minimal that he didn’t even notice he was there without the tracking skill. Ryuu acted quickly by using Quick Draw and deadly dance in order to dismember the necromancer so that it exploded into millions of data crystals. Ryuu turned back around to aid Bunji in killing the rest of the sksletons
After several minutes of fighting and dismembering of several skeletons, the skeletons stopped coming and reforming and the bones stayed on the ground, this time ensuring that they were indeed dead with the data bubbles appearing forth after they clattered to the ground. Ryuu looked towards his comrade and nodded in satisfaction. “Looks like this is only the beginning. As long as you take the Hate, I can find the necromancer and dispose of him quickly, however if there are multiple, dealing with them at the same time will be tricky. I’ll have to figure something out if that happens, but we’ll deal with it when we get there,” he said to Bunjic, “Shall we move on?”

He did not know why but the skeletons were all coming back every time he knocked them down, he would notice them stand their piles of bones remolding themselves to full able bodied warriors that only served to annoy him. The fox tail would grin wildly as he took a stance, moving in to charge at the swarm once more using the edge of his katana when it made contact the skeletons would fall apart, Bunji would focus his eyes on the last two dashing in he closed the distance fast. The two skeletons would raise their swords overhead, and the samurai would use his speed to overwhelm them with two swift movements of his arm he would slash them both across the torso with his sword, each strike hitting the mark causing the skeletons to fall apart. This time they stayed down for good, relaxing from his stance the red eyed male would turn over his shoulder to stare at Kumori, he made a good point but really Bunji could care less his body was pumping with excitement, and his heart was beating so fast...well this was all just a surge of ecstasy for him.
Turning he would rest his katana on his shoulder as he walked past Kumori, "Let's not keep them waiting then" he said with a deep chuckle as he kept marching further into the castle he would find himself running down a long hallway that was lined with torches on the walls which provided limited light; but at least it was something. The hallway would seem endless but soon came to an end leading to a large opening that was lit with blue flames at each corner, Bunji would inspect the surrounding area his eyes narrowing as he stared side to side at first it seemed like nothing more but a large patch of pure dirt. That is of course until it came alive, the dirt began to swirl, and come alive as it combined into three separate mounds of dirt. Eventually they sprung upwards taking a humanoid shape the shape of golems, they were lesser golems Bunji recognized them but a threat nonetheless, there was two of them no...three a third in the far back.
"Any ideas flips?" he asked his red eyes focused on the trio of golems an intense glare escaping his eyes as he gripped the hilt of his katana tighter his hand shaking a bit with anticipation as the golems got closer.

He smirked at Bunji’s question as he replied swiftly with: “Let’s go ham,” he said. He pushed forward, taking on the first of the three golems, the one closest to them. While there were three golems, they were not new to him. The movements were similar to the ones in Sarum, so he knew their pattern. He ducked and jumped when necessary, continuously slashing at the golem when it appeared. Clink. Clink. the sound of metal hitting stone. The scratch was not pleasant to hear, but it was doing its job, bringing down the HP of the first golem. He waved Bunji to keep the second away from him, and the third if it got close enough. It would be difficult, with his lowered level, to take out all three golems at once. He stabbed and stabbed using his Deadly Strike and Accel Strike in order to quicken his attacks and to do more damage to the Golems as quickly as possible. He yelled out a warcry and attempted to dismantle the golem’s very being, prying off the limbs and hitting the weak spots as much as possible.

He was ready to fight when all of a sudden Kumori, or flips charged straight into the fray Bunji stood back watching quietly as he raised his katana up to his shoulder using the sword to rested the blade on it, he watched quietly from afar as Kumori fought the Golems. He was quick his red eyes watched as he finished one off, then he seemed to just launch a series of attacks relying on his speed to overwhelm the tow Golems who had focused on him; then again these things fought using vibrations to sense their enemies. "Well if he wants to be the hero here" he said to himself watching as the other player continued to battle his enemies, using his wild tactics to finish them off. Bunji would push his katana into the scabbard that was strapped to the hip; with that he walked towards the nearby walls, he had noticed something there were no paths. He would walk across the walls using his hand to trail on its surface trying to find anything that would even resemble an exit.
Yet he found nothing, with a bit of a frown the player lowered his arm from the wall he found nothing worthwhile with that he would turn relaizing they had reached a dead end. He would turn to face the other player wondering if he was already wrapping up his little fun time over there, if he already had finished Bunji would approach Kumori. "Dead end...seems there's no way further down, except for that way" he said gesturing towards a locked gate, "So any ideas?" he asked him with arms crossed over his chest, the red haired fox tail twitching his ears.

“Let’s break it!” he said. He took his dagger and prepared a few practice swings as he brought the dagger down slowly on the chain and lock that kept the gate closed. “HA!” he shouted, as if trying to muster more strength through his spirit. The dagger came down and created sparks, but to no avail, the cahin was still there. He did so a few more times and yelled with each stroke he made. “Ha! Ha! Ha!” trying his best to destroy the lock, but he could not. He scratched his head and looked around while activating his Eagle Track to see if he could notice something like a key. He walked around the entire nearby ground area where the golems were but still no luck. He sighed and shrugged. “I guess we can always go over it…” he suggested. He looked towards the samurai and then towards the top of the gate. “I’ll go first,” he said. He jumped up the gate, using his dexterity to bring about the best of his abilities. After making it to the top and then getting to the other side, he was met by several other skeletons and golems. He saw something shine and he could tell it was the key that would open the gate. It was on a rather bad-ass looking skeleton. He sighed and wondered how he should prioritize this. He wasn’t sure how good Bunji was at climbing gates that were 3 times the height of him, but at least there was a backup plan.
“Bunji, I see the key, but uhh… we have a slight problem... one sec,” he said to him. Both of his daggers were drawn. He joshed forward using [Quick Draw], but the skeleton with the key parried the attack as he attempted to take the key. The mob began to surround him as several skeletons were beginning to converge on his location. Using [Deadly Dance] he attempted to stagger his opponent so then at least his defense would be weak. As soon as the huge skeleton boss king thing stumbled back, Ryuu took it as an advantage to grab the key. He proceeded to turn towards the gate and throw the key under the gate so that Bunji could grab it. His accuracy with throwing weapons were decent, and so he got it across pretty well, but the skeletons of the mob crashed down on him. He pushed and shoved, stabbed and slashed, trying to take out as many of the skeletons as he could. He hoped that Bunji would be here soon. He wasn’t sure how long he could hold out.

WORDS 356 TAGS Kumori NOTES small notes | H e remained still watching quietly at the gymnastics that the man pulled off as he ran up the gate, Bunji's red eyes kept focused on Kumori until he vanished from view when he came back into view however he was not in the best of situations. The Fox Tail would growl more in frustration than anything, grabbing hold of his katanas hilt he would draw the sword just as Kumori was managing to throw the sword at him, he would step on it stopping its sliding, reaching down he picked it up then rushed for the gate shoving the key inside. Once he had unlocked it he pulled the gate open, tossing the key aside rather carelessly for right now he had to focus on backing this guy up, without much hesitation or time to waste he would again allow the electrical current of energy to erupt around him. The electrical energy would lash out wildly to his surroundings, seeming almost as if Bunji lacked any control over the very energy he was using for this attack. With [Denkosekka] fully active he would bend his knees then push off his feet as he charged forward with the speed boost to aid his movements, Bunji would charge in rather quickly "Out of the way flips!" he called out just before he made contact with the fray. Swinging his katana his blade slicing across two skeleton warriors at once, the current would travel from his body to them, stepping back after striking them he raised his katana overhead activated [Izunagiri] the blade pulling in the wind around itself. When Bunji swung it downward he released said wind in the form of a dense blade of wind that burst forward pushing Bunji's hair back as the wind blade sliced across the surface of the ground. Crashing into another far off skeleton Bunji watched as it was knocked off its feet, jumping back to get near Kumori he held his katana firmly; "Any other bright ideas flips?" he asked the man mainly in a sarcastic tone. All the while the skeletal army looming closer towards them, their numbers becoming denser. |

In addition, he had been able to push multiple skeletons back. He was thankful for his timing, as it wouldn’t have been pretty if Ryuu was left to fend for himself. Bunji and Ryuu were now back to back, and he let out a pretty sarcastic phrase. Ryuu smirked and answered with: “We’ll, it worked, didn’t it?” he said. If he didn’t do what he did, they’d be stuck on the other side, and they really wouldn’t have been able to do much other than go back the way they came. “Well then, let’s dispose of these guys before they regain their balance,” he said. Ryuu stepped forward and then attacked the nearest of the skeletons. He twirled around, his fighting looking more like a beautiful dance than something violent. He was becoming more proficient with his blades.
Each slash was precise, each step was intentional, and each rotation was necessary. With a rotating body, it was harder for skeletons to land precise attacks. It was also more difficult to approach head on, a twirling sharp object. He stopped to stab at a single enemy, yes, most of the skeleton was hollow, but that wasn’t where he stopped. The sword ripped through the spine, and the skeleton toppled over. His other blade slashed through the nearest skeleton to him and brought it upwards in order to destroy the head of the skeleton. He kicked another’s sternum, pushing it back, dismembering the bony limbs from its body and then finishing it with a decapitation of the skeleton. Ryuu had cleared his side of the floor, so now he waited for Bunji to finish his side, and then they could proceed. He looked around the floor and noticed there were several doors. He wasn’t sure how far Bunji was willing to go through the castle, but he definitely was willing to continue if Bunji was. There were too many mysteries that surrounded this place, and he wanted to find out why people kept disappearing. He wanted to find out why, and until he did so, he’d hope that Bunji would do the same as well.

WORDS 298 TAGS HANELLI NOTES small notes | B e would say nothing to the man's words only rush into the heat of battle once more, losing himself as he allowed his body to go into auto pilot every step he took was meant to throw his body weight into one of his attacks. He would swing his sword with a purpose using the edge of the katana to slice through the dense bone knocking the skeleton warriors down, with every swing he intended to lessen their numbers. Bunji would dodge a few attacks from the skeletons, using his feet to step out of range, or into range, and simply duck or weave out of the attacks path. Every time he avoided an attack eh delivered a well timed counter attack aimed to knock the skeleton down, Bunji would kick off the ground avoiding a downward vertical swing by one of the skeletons letting its blade meet the hard cave ground as opposed to his body, countering with two well placed swings he brought the monster down. When he cleared his side he turned towards the other player resting his sword on his shoulder in the same relaxed manner that he had done the moment they stepped into this hellish death trap, "You know..." he said pausing as he took a deep breath to catch his breath . "We should maybe consider if we have bitten off more than we can chew" he said to the other player with a chuckle, wondering how he would respond to his words he would stay relatively quiet overall, just standing there staring off at the distance. This said distance being a long dark corridor, to some it would have been a bad idea to continue but to Bunji it was a new place filled with more chances to swing his sword. |

| Skills: Tags: | : Word Count : 0395 OOC Notes: Quick Slot: Windsor Antiqua Throwing Knives | “Quite possible, red” he said, “but there wouldn’t be much fun in it if it was easy, right? I mean… it’s exhilarating, to fight in the heat of battle. To possibly lose everything, and yet to come out triumphant, that is what it will be.”
Ryuu followed the dark corridor towards the south. He opened the door and there was nothing in this room except for what seemed to be several old paintings, tattered bed sheets and bed covers as well as several candelabras. What he could tell from the room was that this was used as an office and bedroom. It sure would’ve been lonely, as it had the dark and drab consistency of a dungeon. Even if it was in its heyday, it’d probably feel the same, save for the few candles that were lit to allow the user to actually see where he was going and what he was reading or studying. He closed the door and then went to the west wall to peer through the door. In here he saw a literal jail cell. Skeletons (nonanimated) and a lot of evidence of abuse of these subjects. Research? Possibly… This room was large, and there were some fresh corpses here. What he could tell from it was that they were recently killed for one reason or another. He saw test tubes and other chemicals that were here, but if this was recent, why was no one here? What looked all innocent from the outside (well, as innocent as an abandoned castle could be) was truly a disgusting sight on the inside. Ryuu closed the door to the east and went to the west, where they would meet the captor of all the people of the land. As they opened it up, a necromancer lander was writing. There was a single candle, closest to him. His subject laid flat on the table, the subjecting doing his very best to get out, but the wrist straps and the gag had disallowed him to do anything of the sort. Ryuu slammed the door at the wall and pointed his dagger at him. “In the name of Londenium, I command you to stop this at once, or face our wrath!”
Strong words for a man with little health, but that’s what Bunji was therefore. It seemed like this was the last bit of their quest.

WORDS 469 TAGS NAME NOTES small notes | H e would not help but chuckle as he stared at the male giving him a nod, "I guess we can agree on that" he said as he rested his katana on his shoulder walking casually behind Kumori keeping his ears keen to their surroundings, the dark corridor was doing little in aiding the visibility. It was then that they stepped into a room filled with old paintings, and what looked like a bed Bunji would raise an eyebrow trying to put his finger on where the hell they had stumbled into. Things seemed to only get weirder, as he saw Kumori open a door the red head peeked in to see a jail cell the floors littered with bones, and in a corner some fresh corpses lying on top of one another. He would frown at the sight, "Great..." he said a bit displeased with how dark things were getting, instinctively he would tighten his grip on the hilt of his katana stepping to the side he allowed Kumori to step out. Bunji did not wish to linger in the jail cell room so he made sure to follow behind his comrade, the two stepped into another room this was topped it all, the creep factor went through the roof. Standing next to Kumori now as the door slammed behind them, he would sigh the ninjas brave words catching the attention of the busy necromancer. "....I'm starting to think the guy who designed this place must have been a Frankenstein fan no?" he said looking around at all the contraptions, and tubes everywhere. The fox tail would visibly shake at the thought of what sort of things went on in here, turning from his subject the necromancer eyed the tow adventurers noticing their chipped HP bars it would chuckle deeply raising its hands overhead. From nowhere a dark aura would begin to spill from the necromancers sleeves , "Okay...same plan as last time flips, get to the freak, I'll deal with the happy fun crew" he said as he stepped forward taking a stance. "On my go..." Bunji said to the other male. That dark aura would seep into the three pile of bones around the necromancer, when it did the bones would rattle to life before bursting apart revealing the same skeletal warriors from earlier. Dashing forward Bunji gladly welcomed the firs tone slashing him across the chest, blocking a downward strike from another he pushed upwards, and tackled it away turning to Kumori he nodded "Go now!" he said as he had successfully attracted the aggro of the enemies. "Gah!" suffering a slash from behind Bunji would stumble forward, but spin quickly with a retaliating slash his HP bar though already suffering another drop. The fox tail fought on as the skeletons moved in all around him. |

| Skills: Tags: | : Word Count : 0230 OOC Notes: Quick Slot: Windsor Antiqua Throwing Knives | “Frankenstein? Not just that… try including any other horror thing… like Amnesia… ever play that? Several years old now,” he said. It was 2019, and that game came out in 2012 or 2013. It says or because the writer forgot when it came out and is too lazy to find out. “Sounds like a plan, Red… Tank well, and we’ll take care of this easy,” he said in affirmation. As Bunji stepped forward and slashed at the first of several skeletons that had come to life upon their entrance, Ryuu took the opening to slip through the skeletons towards the necromancer. [Quick Draw] was used to close the gap between him and the necromancer. The longer he stayed alive, the more danger he would put Bunji in, so he’d have to act quick, precise, and do as much damage as he could, but the necromancer looked like he would not go down easily. His first attack connected, but nothing fleshy. As soon as his dagger struck, there was space in between the blade and his opponent’s body. It was some type of bone armor, a necromancer’s specialty for defense when it relied on minions. Ryuu stabbed forward, attempting to minimize the defense afforded by the bone armor, but unfortunately it didn’t do much. It only did enough to cut about 5% of the health that the necromancer had in total.
