When creating his avatar, he considered the size of a proper cat, and decided that he would be the shortest he could be, which was 4 feet tall, or roughly 1.2 meters in height. His basic looks are those of an orange-tabby cat with most of his coat being golden-brown, with the accented features being a much, much lighter yellow color. One would describe the pattern on his face to look as though he was wearing a masquerade mask. The golden brown fur pattern starts from the far-edges of each of his eyes, curves down towards his nose and takes the shape of two crescents that only end in a single tip, while the area between his eyes, and down to his nose is covered in long triangle of the golden-brown fur, with the final tip ending with the bottom most point of his nose. Now around the crescent marking and the triangle in between his eyes, is the light yellow colored fur, and it stretches down across his abdomen which is hardly ever seen past his outfit. His body shape is rather interesting. His eyes, being cat-like, are emerald in color. While he is 1.2 meters tall, he has the body-shape of a 1.8 (6 feet) tall lean humanoid, making him look more like a halfling from Dungeons and Dragons, than a real life man afflicted with dwarfism. Now, one would expect that a man of his lean style of build, that he would not be muscular. Not at all. If one looked at his arms without a shirt, they would see very defined, very toned muscles.   [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"] Leif's personality is possible one of the hardest I have ever described, so here I go. Leif was born cursed (blessed) with what everyone calls obsessive compulsive disorder. However he would call it 'The house must be clean' disorder, since he never had to deal with any of the perfectionist issues that other men and women born with OCD suffered from. He didn't have issues with needing to have his pencil in the dead center of his desk when it wasn't in use during school. He didn't need to perfectly fold every single towel and make sure all of the towels were folded so they took up the exact same amount of space in the cupboard. He didn't need to wash his hands or sanitize himself after touching anything, even though he often chose to wear gloves. His speech pattern could be considered elegant at most, which accentuates his near-butler personality. He often agrees with others, whether he really disagrees or not, and will often go out of his way to assist another person, or to follow an order. However, if the order involves working against another person's order, then he will often do neither and complete the most rational idea he could think of. However, often times he is forced to choose one side over the other due to there being no other rational action to take. He always smiles slightly unless unnerved by something. He's always been fond of women, and will often compliment them and vie for their attention even when taken. However, he will still compliment men, but it will not be one of his first actions. He values elegance over brutality during all moments of his life, and when death catches him in a game he will often over-dramatize it, acting out as if his death was planned most of the time. One thing that has always been strange about Leif Winters, is that he has always loved cleaning. In the real world he often cleaned and cooked for his family, acting as their own personal butler. This of course extends into the game where he acts as personal butlers for all of those he meets. Any house he is invited to, he always ends up cleaning; even in the real world this happened. A messy house seems to make him happy, and a clean house even happier. Now he has always treated his clothes as though they were his own personal home. They needed to always be clean, 24/7. If he happened to get mud or other various sorts of grime on his outfit, he would often find time to clean himself, which others would call fabricating due to the lack of time he often required to re-appear in a new outfit. Thankfully, he can just change clothes at a click of a button in Elder Tale. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"]Leif was born to a rich Swedish family that had for one reason or another, moved to Britain. Perhaps they liked the change of scenery, perhaps not. Soon, Leif would know why they had moved to Britain. It hadn’t taken a long time for both his family, and himself to become citizens of the country, and it hadn’t been shortly after that time that he was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. His family didn’t look into it very far, and instead of embracing their unique child, they abandoned him, leaving him in the care of what seemed like a random orphanage before returning to their homeland of Sweden. It was here, where he had met his future brother, Yuzuki. Leif and Yuzuki were both sent to the same orphanage around the same time, and at the same age. Leif almost became an instant favorite for the other kids in the orphanage due to his kind demeanor, but his friend was treated in the opposite fashion. Yuzuki had been teased and practically bullied due to his feminine appearance. Leif didn’t appreciate that, and decided to defend him thoroughly. As he grew older, Leif’s OCD seemed to flesh itself out. Most of the time, he spent cleaning up after the other orphans, keeping the entire orphanage nearly perfectly clean. It was inevitable that when both Leif and Yuzuki turned 14, that they were adopted by a kind family and given the surname of Winters. Luckily for Leif, this family was neither rich nor poor, and luckily for the family that after adopting Leif their house stayed spotless. Leif’s school life was at best, strange. His middle-schooling years were rather spectacular, his grades were high, and he did immensely well in both gym and music, prioritizing the violin over all other instruments. However, he failed at foreign language, typically sticking to english and beginning to master it. His high school year was rather strange. His grades started to suffer as the women of the school realized that if they became close to him, he would not only help them with their own homework, and would also clean their houses for free. Thankfully, his parents noticed this behavior and forced him to ‘break up’ with the women he had been with, but never actually dated. Leif was often known for his skill in the cooking club, where he mostly procured beverages, and his skill in orchestra, where he played as one of the few violinists the school had. He graduated from high school with near Cs across the board before finally going to college in the fine arts. Now, Leif’s home life was rather strange. When he wasn’t cleaning or practicing playing the violin, he was playing games with his brother, Yuzuki. Often times his brother was considered the better player; probably because Yuu had way more practice at the games than Leif did. At home, Leif and Yuzuki’s relationship practically flipped from when they were in the orphanage. Previously it was Yuu following Leif around the orphanage, and now it was Leif following Yuu around in video games. Thankfully, Leif’s own ability to play the various games that they did, had no effect on their teamwork, especially since Leif seemed to be able to amplify his partner’s skills at any game he played. Eventually, the amount they had played led them online, and subsequently, to Elder Tale. Thankfully, Yuu decided to not be a mischievous little sibling, and actually helped Leif earn the game for the two. After they purchased the game, Leif made sure everything was perfect and entirely set up before inevitably getting trapped inside of Elder Tale, alongside his brother. Now he would be known as Arawnn, the Pocket Bard. [attr="class","h3"]Extra [attr="class","b"] - Arawnn (Leif Winters) is Pwyll's (Yuzuki Winters's) brother. - They don't share blood. - Arawnn can cook in real life, but thanks to Elder Tale's restriction on Chefs being needed to cook tasty food, he instead brews tea. - Arawnn will often change his outfit the moment grime gets on it, resulting in him buying several of the same piece of armor. - Arawnn is skilled with more than just the Violin. Other instruments he is rather impressive at are the Piano, Accordian (Don't ask), and the Harp. (Seriously don't ask.) - Arawnn's favorite food is Mint. The cooling sensation it leaves behind is his favorite part. - Arawnn is very short. Not even joking, like very very short. He makes most Dwarves look tall. - The above statement is half false. Arawnn is extremely tall in the real world. - He prefers his women kind and honest, charitable and just. - Arawnn doesn't suffer from OCD, despite actualling having it. He rather enjoys cleaning, in fact it is his second favorite pass-time in the world. - His first favorite pass-time is playing the violin, with playing video games coming in close-third. - He chose the Bard class since it was a class that he thought would bring the most out of a full party. - His favorite animal is the cat. Isn't it obvious? - Arawnn drinks both Coffee, and Tea. - He despises spicy food, and prefers his food to be sweet or tangy. - Arawnn doesn't dance, he balls. (Get it? Cause the only dance he is proficient in is ball dancing. Haha I slay myself.) - His favorite color is blue. Elegant and beautiful. - His favorite flower is the rose. However as this move generates a lot of hate if used carelessly, will result in the enemies shifting target from the tank to you. On the other hand in situations where this is not a concern like in solo play or a party without tanks, it is possible to drag the enemies around with "Ballad of the gullible snail" and wear them down with ranged attacks. It seems there are anecdotes of wearing down a high level boss with only the ballad. On use a distorted spiral effect will appear around the target. [attr="class","skill"]Lullaby of the Mermaid in the Moonlight: Bard Tier I Skill A support song that has a mild area of effect range. One key concept to remember is that depending on the difference between the Bard and the enemy's level, it will take some time before the target succumbs to the skill. When used, an aqua-blue ripple effect will occur and an image of a singing mermaid will appear over the head of the caster. Popular uses for this skill involve a sleep lock, a sequence in which the target is put to sleep, followed by the Bard's party members aiming their attacks all at the same time, which is then followed by a recasting of this skill to initiate a relapse. This skill has a casting time of 3 seconds, a maximum duration of 10 seconds, and a cooldown of 30 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Speed Sword Etude: Bard Tier I Skill A lively song that makes one want to rush into battle, causing the surface of the skin to lightly sparkle during its duration. This tune causes all nearby party members' attack speeds to rise. This skill has a casting time of 3 seconds, a duration of 60 seconds and a cooldown time of 30 seconds. If it is used on a target that is currently affected by this buff, its duration resets to the full 60 second duration. [attr="class","skill"]Busybody: Level 1 Housekeeper Skill The housekeeper can produce Level 1-5 items as though they were a Chef, Tailor, or Woodcrafter. If the housekeeper's crafting subclass is one of these classes, then they are able to craft items 5 levels higher than their crafting class's level. [attr="class","skill"]Detox: Level 1 Brewer Skill When your occupation is all about alcohol, you can't let things like hangovers slow you down! Brewers are immune to status debuffs caused by drinks and potions. They also recover from sickness status effects twice as quickly. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. [attr="class","skill"]Starter Rapier: A thin sword with complete emphasis in thrusting. A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. They don’t really play too well, but at least you can play something.
