[Suggestion] Sending Gold to Others

So i was thinking, instead of having the staff do all of the Gold transferring manually; why not have the additional feature of sending transactions added to the site? This is an idea that was employed on Epoch (ask Murdoc / Murr for more details) and so far it's working; instead of having the staff manually editing and sending gold over to whoever is receiving it, the members themselves can send the amount to the receiver and vice versa.

Example:

Let's say I made several Mana potions, and Bunji is going to pay me xx amount of gold for it. He can just go to Han's profile, select 'Send Transaction' and then it would take him to a screen where he would input the amount needed (along with a short message) so that the money can be sent over to me. Once I've received it, there would be a notification on the lower-left side of the screen (right next to the piggy bank) stating that I have received money from him, and all that needs to be done is to click it and then accept the transaction; and the money gets added right away to your gold on hand.

(that's how it works on Epoch, idk if it'll work here, but it would make things way easier in terms of moving money around)

I mean, you certainly could, but there arises three concerns I have.

1. User error. Let's say I, Scoria, intend to send Hanelli 100 gold for a potion. But I accidentally hit 0 an extra time. Woops 1000 gold sent to you. And while that might seem like something that's easily fixed, when the numbers aren't as round, it gets annoying. I have to contact you and you send it back and it's just extra work for us, whereas a mod can just fix it right there without having to do the run around. Avoiding bureaucracy is a good thing, IMO.

2. System abuse. It would be incredibly easy for me to, for example, send all my gold to Renai. Then have Renai post with some 15k in his bank, collect the interest. Then send it back to Scoria and have Scoria post. That's 15k worth of interest again, which can come out to twice as much interest as someone would normally earn. And because the users can just send money back and forth among themselves, then the mods have to track it and the hassle increases. And while I certainly imagined this abuse would be possible, if you think someone's not going to take advantage, I think you're being a bit naive. xD

3. Why even bother? The only time money gets traded is if you are:
-Trading items on the profile (upgrade equipment, items, potions, crafts)
-Crafting an item for someone

If you're doing either of those, a mod is going to be involved anyway. And while it might be one less step, you're still going to have to wait, and it's still going to be about the same pace as it is now. I just don't see the benefit. The only situation I can imagine where this would cut out the mod interaction entirely is in the case that you are only trading money between people. Like someone giving a newbie a handout or something. But how often does that happen, really?

From my perspective, it's a little too easily abusable and a little too easily manipulated without enough upsides to support it. ^^; If these concerns can be addresed, then sure, I welcome it. If they're not and it's implemented anyway, you can bet your top dollar that someone's gonna abuse it. And heck, if someone does, I'm of the opinion that I don't see why everyone doesn't. Even the odds, so to speak.
