Appearance Before the events of the catastrophe, Emilia was a woman in her early thirties. She stood at five feet and eleven inches. She had light chestnut brown, mid-length wavy hair. Her eyes were a bright emerald green; They were usually behind a pair of brown rimmed glasses. She had a sharply pointed nose, full lips and a beauty mark on the left side of face, just under her bottom lip. She had quite the curvaceous figure thanks to her insatiable desire for sweets. She usually wears generally modest clothing. She last wore a short-sleeve green blouse, and a brown skirt that reaches halfway across her knees, and a pair of black flat-heeled shoes, just before being taken into the world of Elder Tale. In Elder Tale, she appears as a woman in her mid twenties. She currently stands at five feet and nine inches. Her hair was now blonde flowing locks that reach past her shoulders. Her eyes had become a bright sapphire blue. No only did she didn't have her glasses anymore, she no longer needed them. Her face was round and soft, and youthful. While she still had a curvaceous figure, it wasn't at the same level as her original body. As a guardian she is covered to the neck up in plate mail armor. He carries a one-handed sword on one arm, and carries a shield two-thirds her own size, on the other. Out of battle, she tends to wear clothing that she finds comfortable to walk around in. And like she does in the Real World, she is modest in her choice of clothing. | Personality Emilia is a very loving, caring and sociable lady. She has a fascination for other people. Being the social butterfly that she is, she is very passionate in understanding, caring and supporting of others. When interacting with other people, she intends to bring out the best in them, which also gives her personal satisfaction. She is normally energetic and expressive when speaking. She is tolerant, patent and selfless, and will go to great lengths to make sure that the people around her are having a good time. She believes she can do the world good, by bring people together. No matter what the goal, she will try her hardest not to let anyone down, especially for her friends and family. However, she is overly idealistic and too selfless in her interactions with others. She has a habit of burying herself in the promises she has made to other people, sometimes to the point where she is so burden by them, that she can't help anyone. Her self-esteem is tied to whether or not she can live up to her own ideals, and the expectations of other people. Biography
Emilia was born in Britain on November 17th, 1984, to Louis and Helen Warren. Emilia had a normal childhood. She was a very excitable girl with a lot of energy packed within her tiny frame. Her parents didn't have too much trouble quieting her down. Her father worked as a historian, and he would keep her entertained through the stories behind the artifacts he studied at work. His specialty was medieval history. His stories would inspire her to try to become an historian of Britain's medieval history, just like her dear old dad.
When she came of college age, she went to Oxford university. Her routine was study, chat with friends, play some Elder Tale, then study some more. It wasn't until her second year, she would meet Jonas Kaufmann. He was a young man who transferred from Germany to Oxford to due to the urging of his relatives in Britian, to study medicine. He and Emilia met one day on the normally long line of the bursar office. To kill some time, they both made some small conversation. Nothing much, or so they thought. Before they parted ways, they shared numbers. It was a classic story of boy meets girl. After graduation, they moved in together, and years later they married.
On March 13th, 2012, their son Leon was born. With the responsibility of having of baby in their lives, Emilia decided that it was best that she did her teaching of medieval history online, so she can have the time to take care of their little Leon. She would look after him during the day, play some online games while he napped and sent her class her material online. Yep, even out of college, married, and a mother, she loved games that allowed socialization and coordination between players. She even played with some of her students. She got a little bit of a sick sense of joy by sometimes reminding them about quizzes through the game. It wasn't until Leon was ready for the 1st grade that she heard of the Elder Tale expansion from one of her students whom she also played with from time to time. On the day of the expansion was suppose to hit, she and some of her current and former students had planned to meet in the game.

Left Arm Starter Great Shield: A starter great shield designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t really feel too sturdy. Its distinctively huge size allows for good protection if somewhat unwieldy. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. | Armor Starter Platemail: A basic set of plate armor made from cheap iron. They are not really too protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. | Right Arm Starter Long Sword: A sword with a prominent shape designed for cutting. A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Guardian
Aura Saber: Swings the weapon around the user's body in a faint aura, then crashes it down upon the enemy. Multiple enemies can be struck by this attack by they are adjacent to the target. This skill increases targets' aggro on the user more than that of a regular attack. If this skill is used by Monks, the user will deliver an aura-enhanced swinging punch that delivers the same effects. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 5 seconds.
Covering: Despite a Warrior class's bulky appearance, their agility in the midst of battle can sometimes be very surprising. When an ally is about to be targeted by an attack, this skill allows the character to switch places with the target and take the force of the attack. It can also be activated in response to an area of effect attack, taking all the damage from affected party members onto oneself. Obviously, as good as the character's reflexes may be, this requires that the ally be in very close proximity. This skill has a maximum range of 3 meters, an animation time of 1 second, and a cooldown of 15 seconds. If used by a character other than a Warrior-based class or Warden, the cooldown is doubled to 30 seconds.
Shield Smash: The Guardian's signature style is the large of a large shield. By ramming the opponent with this skill, it's essentially ramming the target with an iron wall. Naturally, such an action will pretty much interrupt any skill that an opponent is casting. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Shield Mastery: Passive skill. As the premiere tank of Elder Tale, the Guardian's signature equip is their large shield. Even so, it's rather bulky and takes some time to get used to for most players. As Shield Mastery progresses, the apparent weight of the shield decreases and its defense increases.
Resilience: A passive ability of the Guardian. Due to their highly defensive class role, their HP regenerates faster outside of battle compared to other classes. Additionally, they regenerate a small amount of HP within battle, every couple of seconds. This passive battle healing is not very high, but it might prove to save one's life in the long run.
Heavy Anchor: This skill is performed by facing a nearby target at equal footing. The Guardian slams their foot into the ground, causing the opponent to essentially be pinned to the very spot they stand. Neither of you will be able to move while the skill is active. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 30 seconds. The maximum duration of this skill is 10 seconds, ending immediately when either the Guardian or target is moved by an outside force.
Anchor Howl: A loud soundwave is generated from the Guardian's position, encompassing the surrounding 5 meters in radius. This causes movement speed away from the Guardian to lower the farther away a target is. As a result, some might attempt to make a run for it by either dashing or jumping. These two actions trigger the second part of this skill, which delivers a heavy counter to punish a retreating foe. It effectively serves as a way to maintain the enemy's attention on the Guardian. This skill has an animation time of 3 seconds, maximum duration of 10 seconds, and a cooldown of 30 seconds. If the Guardian moves from their initial position, this skill is canceled.
Taunting Shout: A aggro-gaining skill that targets a single enemy and boasts one of the lowest cooldowns in the Guardians' skill list. The Guardian provokes a single opponent and draws their attention. Because of this basic utility, it is a very simple skill mostly used by beginners. Of course, if there's only one opponent, why waste your time when you can stick with this classic? This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 5 seconds.
Roleplay Class: Bodyguard
Valor Guard: Passive. The Bodyguard prides themselves on being able to take a blow for their comrade. When the user takes the hit for an attack that originally targeted another character, increase the user's defense by 25% for the duration of that attack.
Crafting Class: Chef
Iron Stomach: Not even food poisoning can stop a dedicated chef! This skill can be toggled, allowing chefs to become immune to status debuffs caused by drinks and food. They also passively recover from sickness status effects twice as quickly.
