I would like to request urban housing in Londinium and a riverside home next to the Avon River. If the latter cannot be done, then I will settle for a riverside home in Sarum instead.
This transaction will amount to 30k, to be deducted from my bank account.

Assuming both houses come at level 1, and that upgrading personal houses cost the same as upgrading the guild house, I would like to automatically upgrade the two houses to level 2 at an additional 30k.
