She has a skinny build typical of a young child her age, and her choice to be a sorcerer is majorly due to her weak build. While she cannot hold a sword or shield or heavy armor, robes and books and staves are perfect for her. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"]Alette Caelius is, to say the least, an optimistic and kind girl. Despite her youth, she is very selfless and does her best to ensure that others are satisfied before she herself is. She would never wish to be a burden to anyone, and thus she does her best to be as helpful as she can ever possibly be. She is always cheerful and cherubic as would be expected of a child as young as she is. Often times, when people around her are quiet, she will hum or make small movements similar to a dance of some sort. She is very innocent and naive, and hopes to learn more about the world, and even more about the Adventurers, through adventures. She almost always has a large, bright smile on her face, and when she does not, it is usually safe to assume something awful and tragic just occurred. Due to her youth, Alette is not a very capable leader, and as such, she tends to follow others as opposed to leading them. She always trusts other people very much, almost a bit too much one could argue. She is always a valuable asset to a team for any task or goal due to her trust and obedience. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"]Alette Caelius was born in a village in Avon Valley. Her family was very poor, and she lost her mother in child birth. For eight years, her father alone supported both himself and his daughter. However, when Alette was only eight years old, her father died of illness, leaving her all alone in the world. Alette was forced to accept hand outs and food donated to her from charitable people living in her village. She felt awful that people were feeling compelled to help her simply because she was young, and she wanted to be able to help herself in life and not be forced to rely on others. When Alette was only ten years old, a party of Adventurers passed through her village for an adventure of some sort. After they visited her village, she was inspired by the Adventurers and began to train herself in the art of sorcery. By the age of eleven, she has learned a few simple spells and hopes to travel the world to learn more and more and see so many new things. [attr="class","skill"]Psychic Conductor: Tier I Skill - The Sorcerer channels mana toward an inanimate object within 10 meters and lifts it into the air. This object can then be used to bludgeon enemies until it either breaks or the user cancels their grip on the object. Psychic Conductor can lift objects with a maximum weight equal to 10 pounds times the user's level. It cannot be used on objects that are in the possession of another character and slowly drains the user's MP over time. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds from the moment it is canceled. [attr="class","skill"]Orb of Lava: Tier I Skill - A ranged Fire-element magic that hurls a fist-sized orb of lava onto enemies. This lava ball bounces across enemy targets, dealing damage on impact. Since this skill is Fire-based, this is very effective against enemies weak against fire. One well-known trait of this skill is that it does not affect allies during combat, making it a popular skill among players. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 20 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Carving: Toggle skill. Artisans have a certain affinity with carving stone, making their normal artistic talents not to be underestimated in battle. Artisans deal 20% more damage to Rock-type monsters. They can also ignore defense buffs on Rock-type monsters. [attr="class","skill"]Scout: The Animal Trainer attempts to recruit a monster to their cause in order to create a temporary partner. This is often done by approaching the monster without startling or aggravating it. If performed successfully, a tamed monster will fight by the Trainer's side for a few minutes before control is lost and the monster returns to the environment. Certain situations might make this duration last longer or shorter; acts of kindness toward the tamed monster will make it stick around for longer, while excessive demand will make the Trainer quickly lose favor with the monster.
