[attr="class","ws"] [attr="class","h"]ILYA [attr="class","fc"] [attr="class","bi"]REAL NAME: Lina Kersa [attr="class","bi2"]REAL GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]AGE: 16 years old in real life/avatar looks closer to mid 20s [attr="class","bi2"]SEXUALITY: Homosexual [attr="class","bi2"]FACE-CLAIM: alleyne, QUEEN'S BLADE [attr="class","bi2"]PLAYED BY: Sora [attr="class","bi2"]FACTION: Adventurer [attr="class","h2"]Appearance [attr="class","b"] Standing at a very tall 6'1", Ilya isn't exactly difficult to pick out of a crowd. Not only is she rather pretty, but she is also quite well endowed, her chest able to fill a D-cup. It's not hard to imagine that there are a lot of people who find her to be extremely attractive, but are also intimidated by her due to her height. She has rather long blonde hair that goes down just past her rear, and aside from an occasional single braid to the left of her face, she rarely does anything with it beyond cleaning and brushing it. Her eyes are blue. More often than not, because she is self-conscious regarding her body she goes out of her way to find outfits that show as little skin as possible. Worth noting is that Ilya's appearance is pretty much the opposite of her real-life counterpart's appearance. In fact, Ilya is more or less everything she wants to be. Lina herself is a rather short girl, who, while far from unattractive, is rather plain and doesn't stand out very much. Much to her annoyance, she doesn't so much have "melons" as she does "grapes" [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"] Lina had always been a very shy and self-conscious girl, and now that she's trapped in what appears to be the world of Elder Tales, it's especially so. To those she considers her friend, she is a kind and gentle girl, albeit very easily flustered. She is the type who generally just prefers to avoid confrontation with others, so she just does whatever she's told unless it directly goes against her morals. If push comes to shove, she will stand her ground, and she can be surprisingly passionate when it comes to that sort of thing. Otherwise, she finds it easier to just do what someone says and get it over with. Though she has trouble with opening up to others (mostly because she feels there's nothing worth opening up about), she is friendly to anyone who approaches her, unless they give her a reason not to be. That said, in spite of her submissive attitude when she's around friends, she is not someone who is easily pushed around. The part above where she'll do whatever someone says only applies to people she actually likes. Rub her the wrong way, and she'll be more likely to just ignore you. Though she doesn't anger easily, she can be surprisingly petty and vindictive when someone does push her too far. Another major factor of Lina's personality is that she is very self-conscious regarding her body; or rather, that of her avatar, Ilya. It's not that she doesn't like it. Quite the contrary, she was initially thrilled when she first realized that she was in the body of her ET avatar. However, it also attracted way more attention than she could handle, causing her to briefly go into hiding. Nowadays, she's more or less used to it, but she's still gets really nervous about showing off any skin. The irony in this is that the body she's stuck in was actually once her ideal physique, since her real life self is virtually the opposite; "Be careful what you wish for" indeed. Lastly, she is an awkward mess when it comes to romance. First and foremost, she is a lesbian, and she's never really questioned how or why she's attracted to girls. That said, she tends to be easily distracted by pretty/beautiful girls. Given how awkward she is just around casual acquaintances, she's likely to be about 10 times more awkward around girls she's actually attracted to. Nevertheless, a potential love interest would have to be patient, especially with all of her insecurities. However, should Ilya end up with someone, she'll be a very loving (albeit clingy and slightly prone to jealousy) and loyal partner. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"] Lina was born and raised in Brixham, and grew up in a somewhat unusual setting. Her father was a highly skilled fisherman who made living fishing on the port. Her mother, meanwhile, was an equally skilled chef, who owned and ran the restaurant that the three of them lived in. Building had two stories plus a basement; the first floor was the restaurant itself, with the basement used for storage, while the three of them had a living room and four bedrooms on the second floor. One of the bedrooms was for her parents, one was for Lina, and the remaining two were set aside as guest rooms. Once she was old enough, Lina often helped her mother out in the restaurant. Since she was always shy and had trouble interacting with others, she mostly just helped in the kitchen, cutting up fish and fetching ingredients that her mother needs. Unfortunately, it was because of this that she always carried a lingering scent of fish with her wherever she went, even though she bathed regularly. This caused her to be picked on by the other kids at her school, who often bullied her and called her things like "fish girl". Needless to say, she was rather miserable, and her parents were at their wits end. As it turned out, none of the other students know that she lived and helped out in a seafood restaurant, and had assumed that the smell was "unnatural". After one of the teachers angrily informed them of the truth, most of them immediately regretted their actions, and apologized profusely to the girl. Some would argue that she forgave them a little too easily, but, for the first time, she finally had some friends. However, she never quite got over her shyness, so she never really stood out all that much. She often tagged along with them, but, for the most part, she was just sort of there. She didn't particularly mind though. Lina had always been a bit of a gamer while growing up, but it wasn't until she turned thirteen that she discovered her love for MMOs. Especially when she met others online and got to roleplay with them. Finally, she had a means of meeting others, without actually having to interact with them. Initially, her parents weren't too thrilled about it, but they also couldn't deny that it was nice to see her actually enjoying herself for a change. So, as long as she kept up with her school and made herself available to help in the kitchen when she was needed, they chose not to make a huge deal out of it. A few years later, Lina heard something that astounded her. Elder Tale Online, an MMORPG that she had been hearing about for some time, was finally getting an English server after nearly twenty years since it's initial release. Why they were only just now getting a server was beyond her, but she didn't care. This was a game she had been wanting to play for a quite a while, so she was happy either way. It took her a bit of begging, but she was able to get her parents to buy a copy of the game and she got on the first chance she got. She couldn't wait to start. After spending some time debating on her options, she eventually went with an Elven Druid. Thus, she began playing. However, she was only a few hours in when something she could have never expected happened. She wasn't sure when she passed out, or how long she was out. All she knew was that, when she woke up she was in a completely different world. Looking around, she saw many other people who were just as confused as she was. That was when it hit her; the place she was in looked a lot like the starting area in ETO. It didn't take long for her to realize what was going on. The icing on the cake, however, was when she finally came across a mirror, and realized that she was in the body of the avatar she had created earlier. Long story short, this turned out to be a very mixed blessing, and Lina (or, should I say, Ilya) emotionally shut down for a while. It was more than she could handle so suddenly. For a while, she hoped and prayed that this was all some sort of messed up dream; that any moment now, she'll wake up. Alas, this reality proved all too real. Eventually, Ilya decided to just suck it up, and do whatever she could to make due in this strange new world. [attr="class","h3"]Extra [attr="class","b"] - When playing MMOs, Lina has always preferred magic-based classes over physical or dexterity-based ones like Warriors or Rogues. She tends to switch between healing-centered classes and offense-centered ones depending on the game. The fact that Druids, despite being classified as a healing class, have access to both healing and offensive spells was a fairly large factor in her choice when deciding on her class. For the record, the other class she was seriously considering was Summoner. - Lina's favorite food is pretty much anything with fish and seafood. Since her father is a fisherman, she ate a lot of it growing up, and came to love just about all of it. If she were forced to pick a favorite, it would definitely be grilled eel. As far as least favorite food is concerned, she can't handle anything spicy, even if it's fish or shellfish. While she doesn't mind it in small amounts, she's also not a huge fan of deserts that are really heavy on caramel. - She is quite skilled at cooking in real life, and it was on a whim that she decided to take Chef as her crafting subclass. Her reasoning was simple; she likes cooking, so she figured it might be fun to do it in an MMORPG as well. On a similar note, she also took the Fisherman RP subclass on a whim, feeling it to be appropriate not only because her father is one himself, but because she loves seafood so much. Needless to say, this was before the Catastrophe took place, and she's definitely glad that she chose these subclasses; even if cooking was a bit...problematic at first. - When Lina was little, she made the mistake of watching a rather old movie by a guy named Alfred Something. She was too young to remember what the movie was called or who made it. However, ever since watching that movie (having assumed it would be something entirely different), she's been mildly terrified of birds. Nowadays, she does understand that the movie was fake and that something like that would never actually happen, but the emotional scars are still there nonetheless. One can only hope this game doesn't have any giant bird bosses. |

It is the primary and most potent spell of the healing core, with many other healing spells rotated in between. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds, a duration of 20 seconds, and a cooldown of 30 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Earthbeat Healing: Heartbeat Healing, in the form of a full party regeneration ability. It covers the target in a sparkling blue light. Understandably, it has a longer cooldown and a slightly lower efficiency than its single-target counterpart. However, it can be stacked with Heartbeat Healing to create a steady rate of healing over time. Be careful, as this skill attracts a high amount of aggro from opponents. This skill has a casting time of 4 seconds, a duration of 20 seconds, and a cooldown of 45 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Flameburst: This skill involves the Druid thrusting forward the tip of their weapon toward the target. Then after 2 seconds of casting time, an attack resembling a flamethrower is fired forward in a cone-shaped pattern. Enemies in the flame radius are scorched, causing their HP to gradually decrease every 3 seconds for 9 seconds. This skill has a maximum duration of 10 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds from the moment it is canceled. [attr="class","skill"]Iron Stomach: Not even food poisoning can stop a dedicated chef! This skill can be toggled, allowing chefs to become immune to status debuffs caused by drinks and food. They also passively recover from sickness status effects twice as quickly. [attr="class","skill"]Mariner: Passive skill. As opposed to the usual player's one-minute limit, the fisherman may remain submerged in the water for two minutes before having to resurface for air or suffer gradual damage.
