His eyes are mainly a little square with a slight point near the ears, and although his lids lay slightly over his eyes they are always darting here and there, observing the world. The hair on his head is dark brown and usually all sticky-uppy, but in a tame style that's usually well taken care of and attractive. Red white and blue, the colors of his real life country, seem to be his favorite, as he is seen in public mainly with an outfit donning such colors, as well as in his own privacy. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"] Around others that he knows, Sabbath can generally be outgoing and willing to put his own input into a conversation, however it's hard for him to get to know new people on his own. Although he's the observant type, some smaller details that may deem important become lost to him during, such as the environment around him. When making a decision, Sabbath will primarily go with what he believes would be morally right, and tries to be as unbiased as possible, however if possible he may give up the decision making to another, as he doesn't trust himself with big choices. Sabbath tries to be as honest as humanly possible, however if something is best kept secret he'll try to avoid giving away too much information while retaining the others trust, as he believes trust is important, especially in his new way of life within the game. He also doesn't like being competitive in PvP activities, and if anything prefers PvE much more. Despite instinctively striving to become a great Bard, he's ok with knowing there are others better than him, and if he surpasses them in skill he remains humble and doesn't boast. Sabbath is strong in both spirit and body, pushing himself to perform even the most complicated of tasks. However, he does have a fear of heights, making him avoid windows and making Griffin rides uncomfortable. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"] Before being sucked into the world of Elder Tales, Seth was just your average 15 year old high schooler. He lived with his parents and his brother Jack, who never really enjoyed the game Seth engrossed so much time in, and indirectly saved him from being sucked into the game along with his brother. Although Seth didn't have many friends in the real world, being outlawed as a typical nerd and bullied around a bit at school, he found his sanctuary amongst others in the online world, being more outgoing and friendly to those he met digitally. Eventually these friends of his lead to his discovery of Elder Tales, and ultimately to his imprisonment within the game. Outside of this gaming world, Seth was a talented musician, being able to play instruments ranging from the guitar to bass to even the trumpet, along with an average singing ability. This talent, along with his passion for music of all types, inspired to take on the role of Bard in game in order to reflect his musical prowess. However despite being as talented as he is, his parents never supported what he did, always hoping for him to find his athletic side and play sports like his family has for generations. Due to this Seth was seen as somewhat of a constant failure to his parents, always being outdone by his athletic brother. In the world of Elder Tales however, that won't matter. The Bard strikes the target directly with the musical instrument, making the sound of a high-pitched whistle on contact. This attack deals damage no different from a regular attack, but it will cause an ! to appear above the target's head. While this icon is active, an affected monster will not acquire aggro from any other targets other than its current target, no matter what effects or attacks are initiated against it. The icon appearance is short and therefore requires synchronized timing from the party to take the opportunity and beat down the opponent. On forums, this skill is popularly known as "Wolf Pack", "Beatdown Order" or "It's Hunting Time" among other nicknames. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds, a duration of 5 seconds and a cooldown of 20 seconds. At Level 30 and 60, the duration increases to 10 and 15 seconds respectively. [attr="class","skill"]Skill Name: Elegant Act Description: Attack skill | An elegant attack that comes from a beautiful dance. As an attack it is average but upon use, it boosts the bard's evasion rate for a certain period of time so it is popular among front-line bards as it increases their survivability. One peculiarity about this skill is that the attack motions and dance are rather elaborate. When using a sword, it is like a sword dance, if a spear it will be used as a baton constantly twirling round and round at high speeds. There are different motions for every kind of weapon. The motions for the giant scythe would be to take the huge weapon and to spin it around like one would a pencil and is quite the sight to behold. The animation time of this skill is 3 seconds and its cooldown is 15 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Skill Name: Meditation Nocturne Description: A relaxing melody that gradually regenerates party members' MP. This restoration is moreso apparent outside of battle, but it might come of practical use in the middle of a grueling raid. When in effect, the surface of a targeted character's skin appears to glow with a light blue tint. This skill has a casting time of 4 seconds, a duration of 40 seconds, and a cooldown of 60 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Timber: Toggle skill. Woodcrafters naturally have an affinity for chopping and carving wood, making their abilities key in harming monsters that happen to be arboreal in nature. Woodcrafters deal 20% more damage to Plant-type monsters. They can also cancel buffs on Plant-type monsters upon a successful hit. [attr="class","skill"]Jousting: The Cavalier's specialization in horseback combat is revealed in their greater proficiency of lance combat. Any two-handed spears or polearms wielded by the Cavalier become one-handed while they are mounted. Additionally, if the Cavalier's main class would normally penalize them from using spears or polearms, this skill allows them to use spears and polearms without penalty. [attr="class","h3"]Equipment [attr="class","b2"] [attr="class","skill"]Armor: Starter Leather Armor: A basic set of soft leather armor made from cheap leather. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. [attr="class","skill"]Left Hand: N/A [attr="class","skill"]Right Hand: Starter Halberd: A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron and wood. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can.
