Appearance Anna maxed out the height slider for female characters when she made Piper as protest to her real-world small stature. Piper is lean and wiry; her muscles are pulled taut underneath her skin, and she is able to punch far above her weight class. She wears her black hair short and lose. Piper dresses more lightly than she reasonably should, sporting a bikini top under a small jacket along with a pair of blue jeans. It takes the most extreme of conditions to get her to dress in something more conventional, as Anna sees Piper's dressing habits as pivotal to the character. | Personality Anna was a wallflower; she was easily forgotten and lacked any sort of presence, even among people she would have considered her friends. Piper, on the other hand, exists as a stark departure from who Anna was before she became absorbed in the world of Elder Tale. Piper is bombastic and loud, almost to the point of being obnoxious (or past that point depending on who you ask). She thrives in the spotlight and desires to be the center of attention. She is a "punch first, think later" sort of girl and doesn't particularly mind if this philosophy gets her into deeper trouble; it'll just amount to a bigger and better story if it does, after all. Anna was never quite able to bring her singing talents to a stage, but Piper has no qualms with getting in front of a crowd and performing. One thing that both the real world and Elder Tale versions of the girl share is a bad case of naivety; Anna and Piper make up a very trusting individual, one who seeks companionship and comradery above all else. When this trust is broken, of course, there is another divergence in personality between Anna and Piper: whereas Anna would simply accept her fate and allow herself to be bullied, Piper would ensure the scenario ends with some broken jaws. |

Biography
The third child of five, Anna was lost in the crowd almost from birth. Her entire family was very gifted; everyone was athletic, artistic, intelligent, all had SOMETHING that made them unique and interesting. In this, Anna was the same; she was always a gifted singer. However, unlike her siblings, Anna was unable to showcase her talents. Nerves would get to her, and she could not put herself in front of a more worthy microphone than her shower head. Anna hated this about herself; she knew that, without the ability to assert herself she would be forevermore lost in the shadows.
Anna's greatest desire was to be someone other than herself. She found that, when online and in roleplaying games, she could become a character that she could admire. She would construct women who were powerful, assertive, and who got shit done without being pushed around and stifled by others. Anna became absorbed in her power fantasies, sick of the life she had led and wanting to find a new one, somewhere elsewhere. As such, when her first experience with an MMORPG called Elder Tale transported her to a fantastical world in which she had literally become her character, she met the revelation with glee; Anna, the quiet and introverted wallflower, became Piper, the proud and bombastic Adventurer, and she had no intention of looking back.

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Monk
Rafting Taunt: The user poses aggressively and baits enemies' attention. For a few seconds, all enemies within the surrounding area can only select the monk as a combat target. This is often used as a means of managing consistent aggro control. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Tiger Echo Fist: The user punches the ground, unleashing a powerful shockwave that damages nearby enemies and sends them flying. The effect is obviously variable depending on the targets' size and weight. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Beatdown: A toggle-activated monk ability that grants the monk a gradual increase in damage and attack speed for every opponent they defeat. This skill utilizes a combo system, where after about a minute if the user had not gotten another kill, the effect is canceled.
Iron Body: Toggle skill. The monk flexes their body, causing their skin to transform into an iron-like color for the duration of the skill. It provides additional offensive and defensive power at the slight cost of agility. As long as it is maintained, the monk's MP is gradually reduced.
Aura Kick: The user jumps into the air and deals a powerful kick at the ground, creating a shockwave that damages nearby enemies and draws aggro. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Zoom Attack: Usually called Zoom Punch or Zoom Kick by players who use it in the respective way, the Monk launches a punch or kick at the target as their limb extends for an additional meter forward for a few moments. The suddenly extended range of attack catches most melee opponents off guard. This skill is literally and figuratively one of the most flexible Monk skills, making it a viable fighting style for unconventional Monks who want to fulfill a mid-ranged role. It's said that a Monk named Dhalsim on the India Server popularized this skill by suggesting a build based on being able to use it with greatly decreased cooldown. This skill has an animation time of 1.5 seconds and a cooldown of 5 seconds.
Roleplay Class: Idol
Showtime!: The Idol raises their arm in the air and causes a spotlight to shine upon the target. This spotlight starts at 2 meters above the target's height and stretches down to cover their body within its radius. When Showtime! is in effect and used in a battle, any characters standing underneath the spotlight will have their aggro temporarily increased. Enemies that do not rely on vision to detect targets are unaffected by this skill. If it is used on a crafter in a crafting thread (cannot be a speed craft), the light serves as inspirational support and can be applied as a Production Bonus, increasing the final level of the craft by 1. This bonus can only be applied once per thread per character. Items cannot have their levels increased past Level 90 by this effect. If it is used in any other context, this skill can serve as a temporary light source. The spotlight is stationary and does not move, so it is fairly simple for an enemy to escape from attention. Showtime! has a casting time of 5 seconds, a maximum range of 5 meters, a duration of 30 seconds, and a cooldown time of 60 seconds.
Crafting Class: Tailor
Needlework: Due to the dexterity from which they perform their tasks, tailors are able to make up for any compromises in their ability. Any dexterity debuffs to a tailor can be recovered from twice as quickly.
