[attr="class","appbox1"] Appearance In the the real world, Lillian has long red hair that reaches her mid back. She normally wears it down and straight but sometimes curls it or throws it up into a messy bun. Her eyes are a brilliant emerald color but she often dreamed of having sky blue colored eyes. Her face is defined with lovely cheek bones and a quaint chin line. She has a smile to die for and sometimes lets it shine radiant, though most of the time she has the face of a snob. She has a hard time getting along with others, especially females, because of this reason. She often wears clothing that accentuates her lovely curves and her fine assets and isn't afraid to show off or shake what her mother gave her. She stands to be five feet 3 inches, possibly why the higher the heel, the better and weighs about 115 pounds. She loves the color pink and will find any excuse to rock it, though her preferred clothing choices are black and tight. She rarely wears running shoes, or any flat shoe for that matter and prefers six- inch heels over anything, especially because her wardrobe consists of mainly dresses, skirts and sleek blouses. All in all, she wears her high class well. In the game of Elder Tale, much like her real self, her clothing choices flaunt the near perfect body, resembling her own. Instead of red, Lillian chose to have pink hair, it's length reaching just above her knee and to no surprise, her eyes are a bright blue, glistening with mischief and a little bit of crazy. She still has her fine facial features and her snobby look, though hidden under it is a beautiful smile that could charm even the gods. She stands to be five feet, three inches, like her real height and weighs about the same, 115 pounds. She has a slim figure but is quite busty and has the courage to show her curves. She walks with an unusual grace, making most want to question her lineage. She acts like a high noble princess and literally portrays herself as the owner of the world. Despite her over all appearance, it is quite the facade to hide her true self and not allow others to want to be close to her and she does it quite well. Her first appearance in Elder Tale has her sporting this as her armor. The eye patch in her picture may be an added accessory in the near future. | [attr="class","appbox1"] Personality Lillian is bad at showing it, but she actually has an extremely kind heart. Befriend her and she will be loyal and trustworthy, as well as trusting. She is a bit shy but she plays her shyness off and instead acts aggressive and snobbish. She is very adventurous and is as curious as a cat which can sometimes lead to trouble, but she looks it straight in the eye instead of backing away. she has quite the brave soul. Aside from her curiosities, Lillian is a charming young lady, when she wants to be. She can be affectionate and charming, though she rarely shows it, and it takes a lot to get on her good side. Her love of the arts makes her a creative human and in the real world she was an aspiring dancer, singer and actress. She loves the spot light and will take any chance she gets to show off her talents. She's enthusiastic, but seriously edgy. With her talented, popular and snobby side, comes the gamer girl in her. She loves gaming, especially RPG's. She grew up playing them, but in her more recent teen years she has had to shelter her love for it. She prides herself on leveling up quickly and being unique in her armor choices. In the real world, she makes her own clothing, so it's strange that she didn't go with the more popular 'tailor class' and instead chose the woodcrafter's subclass. She did this for one reason and one reason only, instruments It isn't all show off, be the best and hide your true self for Lillian, no, she has her bad side too. The girl has a serious attitude problem. It's almost as if she gets off on conflict. She's super aggressive and has absolutely no filter. She tells it as she sees it and could really care less for others opinions. She isn't the type to be easily impressed but she actually thinks that she can impress anyone by doing anything. She is a very forceful person and often comes of as bossy. She is a natural born leader type, but more on the side of causing world war three, making her a bit of a tyrant. Though she is a little gullible, she is much more manipulative than anything and could literally manipulate someone in an instant, or so she likes to believe. Her 'bad girl' appearance is the one that shows naturally, due to her up bringing. It's the sweet and innocent Lillian that has a hard time coming out, but when she does, you wouldn't even recognize her. She can literally be two different people. It could all be a show, since life is her own personal stage or she could possibly be severely bi polar. Either way, she is a force to be reckoned with. Despite her slightly bipolar personality, Lillian knows her likes and dislikes. She loves music, whether she is listening or singing. Though she was built for the pop community, she would often find herself drawn to the darker side of the music world. She loved to rock out in her room listening to punk, or even metal music sometimes, though she was never as deep into the dark music as to listen to something like, death metal, that was never quite her thing. She does, of course, like pop music and even some rap and country, but even when she sang it, she never really was as in tune as she was during her hardcore days. Musicals. Musicals are probably her favorite thing in the entire world and she dreams of being able to perform in one one day. She also likes being alone, secluding herself from others. She loves caramel anything or vanilla bean anything and because of the amount of money she had made at such a young age, she is a high class type. Her favorite food is sushi, despite her American upbringing and her and her grandmother had went often. As for her dislikes. People.. not any certain type of people, but just people in general. Even the fans who adore her, though she acts sweet and loving, deep down, she can't stand them. As for food, she isn't too picky, though she isn't big on pepperoni pizza. She'd eat it if she didn't have a choice, but she just wasn't too fond of it, don't judge. |

Lillian was born to Selena Rose and Johnathan Cartwright in the center of dead winter. Her mother was 16 and an aspiring pop star about to reach the peak of her career and Johnathan was a 27 year old producer who took advantage of a young girl's dreams. Not knowing what she was getting into, Selena married John when she found out that she was pregnant. He had been the perfect gentleman, but her parents and her manager strongly disapproved of the entire thing. Her mother had tried to force her to have an abortion and rid of Lillian all together, but being the sweet girl Selena was, she just couldn't do it. Selena and John acted as if they were the perfect couple. All of their pictures were filled with smiles and when they were in a room together, it seemingly would glow, but on the night that Lillian was born, everything changed. The truth behind their marriage, the reason they were so happy, was because they weren't. The marriage, the happiness, it was all a sham. Behind closed doors, John used Selena, he abused her a great amount, but Selena hid it too well. Fearful for her unborn child, she tried to run, but every time he would catch her, track her down and bring her home. The last time he brought her home he had been drinking a great amount and Selena begged him for mercy, talking about their child and how it will grow if it was around that kind of behavior, but John being who he was didn't care what she said, he didn't care about the baby. He told her then that he was only in it for the money, took advantage of her and got her pregnant knowingly so that he could inherit her money. Then he punched her, he punched her hard in her stomach and just as the blood began to run down her legs, her parents showed up. They managed to rush the sweet Selena to the hospital where she underwent surgery.
A few hours later, the cries of a small baby girl could be heard throughout the hospital. She was three months premature and would live inside of an incubator until she grew big enough to live outside of it. Selena lived through the surgery, though her heart and soul had been broken and all of her dreams shattered, it would take her many, many years to recover from the trauma that had been placed on her, if she ever even did recover. John was thrown in jail after Selena's father had brutally beaten him, calling it self defense and called the police. They attempted to give him the death sentence or at least the rest of his life in prison, but because of his social stature, he got fifteen years. That was it, a short fifteen years for attempted murder. Selena's father would regret not killing him and burying the body, but not for another fifteen years, especially since he wouldn't even get to see his release.
Time flowed on and Lillian grew from an infant, to a toddler, to a child. She had had a decent upbringing, though her mother was constantly in and out of a psych ward. Selena couldn't cope with her past and she had a very hard time being the mother that Lillian needed. Every moment they spent together, Selena taught Lillian how to be a star, how to slink her way to the top, even though Selena hadn't accomplished what she had told her daughter. She lived with her grandparents for the most part of her life, but when her grandfather passed when she was the young age of twelve, her heart broken grandmother didn't feel that she could look after the child anymore, so Selena was forced out of her ward and placed in subsidized housing. Lillian grew for the next few years surrounded by nannies and nurses and a crazy mother who taught her how to live in the world of fame, though the things her mother taught her were not what she should have been learning, but despite her knowing it was wrong, she listened, wanting to make her mother proud, knowing that Selena only wanted it for her to bask in the shadows of her glory and she did just that. Lillian got her first acting job at the age of thirteen. She was a child star in a small T.V series. She had proven herself to be a great liar, one of the skills handed to her from her mother and it caused her to become a highly recommended child star.
The years went by, moving slower than Lillian felt that they should be moving and soon, she turned fifteen. In the two years she had been acting, she had had a surprising number of roles but on her fifteenth birthday was when she made it big in the true world she was born for. Singing. Lillian didn't know much about her father. She knew that he had been abusive towards her mother. He was the reason she was the way she was. And the other thing that her mother had donned over, was that he was a producer. Selena told Lillian on a constant basis that she was born to be a pop star. Told her that she had been one and that her father was her producer. Yes, Selena was hell bent on her child living out her own dream, and that's exactly what she did. She got her first singing gig on her fifteenth birthday and she had lit up the stage like the brightest light possible, but there was someone lurking in the crowd, waiting for her to come off stage. The man followed her home that night, to where her mother waited patiently to bask in her glory. This was the night Selena had been waiting for, to see her beautiful daughter become a star. Her best dream soon became her worst nightmare, however, as the man stalked through the unlocked door that Lillian had left open.
Screams sounded throughout the house. They had no neighbors and no passerbys that could help the screaming women inside. They had to fend for themselves. The first screech had come from her mother as the man rushed through the door, yelling and screaming at Selena. "John! No.. Please!" Her mother repeated those words over and over as John, the assailant began to brutally beat her, over and over. "You should have died that night! You and this bastard child! I should have killed you both!" Secretly, John didn't want the life that had been given to Lillian to be hers. It wasn't that he even cared for either of their well being, but he wanted them to suffer. He wanted his child and the mother of her to suffer for all of eternity. He hated them for putting him in jail and ruining his life, he was greedy and evil. A complete abomination. He swore that when he was finished with her mother, he would go after Lillian. Selena screamed for her to get out, to run, far away, but she couldn't. She wouldn't leave her mother behind. She grabbed her guitar, paid for by her sponsors of her last acting performance. They had wanted her to enter into music and this had been their way of telling her that they believed in her.
She brought the guitar down on her fathers back as hard as she could. He groaned loudly in pain and turned towards her. She swung again, this time hitting him in the face. He fell to the ground and was about to make his way up to his feet but another swing caused him to collapse again. Swing after swing, blow after blow, Lillian didn't stop, she couldn't. She looked up at her mother, tears running down her face and blood running down Selena's, she dropped the guitar, blood splatter everywhere. The man, John, her father laid dead on the ground. Selena apologized the entire night, begging Lillian for her forgiveness, even as they buried her father's corpse deep in the woods on the border of her hometown. She didn't speak, not for a few weeks. She stopped performing, burned her guitar, nearly gave up on everything, until her grandmother, torn and broken, told her the entire story. How John had gotten Selena pregnant on purpose in hope to gain her money, how he had lost his career for being with such a young performer, how he was looked down upon for the bruises, though Selena lied and hid them well. She told her about the punch, almost ending Lillian's life before she was even born. She told her everything in hopes that she would speak again. She didn't speak, she cried. For a long while she sat and cried with her grandmother, hugging her tightly. Once she had had enough, she looked up at her grandmother and told her that she was like him. She had killed someone, her own father and even though it had been defense, she wanted to see him die, not for beating her mom, but for being there when he wasn't in her childhood, for being alive and for bringing her into this world. "He didn't care about us.. I'm like him grandma.. I don't care about anything.."
Though they weren't at the time, the words would be proven true as she continued on her life. She would use her beauty to make men buy her things, sometimes even women. She made her way to the top still, but got heavy into drugs. She constantly got into fights and even worse, enjoyed them. She had turned out to be such a cruel being. It wasn't as she had said though, she truly did care, she cared for her family, excluding her late father, and the little close friends she had. She cared about her music and her life, but she hid it, deep inside. She couldn't understand why she felt such despair, but the night that she had murdered her father brought out a different being. She wasn't the sweet, innocent little girl that she had once been, oh no, she acted tough, she acted like she was the best, like she owned the world. Her true self pushed deep down, the caring, sweet, gentle person she was only years before, she was still there, lurking, waiting for her turn to shine, but it was being over powered by the cruel self she had learned to love. It was a part of her, after all.
And this brings us to her present day. Picking up the first game she had played in a long time, the second part of her once loved Elder Tale series. She bought it, and took it home. It was the anniversary of her father's murder, three years to the day. It was also her birthday, of course. She sighed as she stared at it for a while. She breathed heavily, thinking of the reason she had even bought the game anyways. She was lonely. She was depressed, but most of all, she just wanted to escape. She wanted to get away from her reality, her own personal hell. Maybe even pretend to be the girl she had been years before. She popped the disk in, turned on the system, watched as it loaded up and then went right into character creation. She kept her over all body, even got the curves of her face right, but she changed her hair, changed her eyes and made her self look like a bad ass. She smirked as she saved her new self and the a flash of light, and nothingness. "What the-?"

Elegant Act: Tier I Skill
Attack skill | An elegant attack that comes from a beautiful dance. As an attack it is average but upon use, it boosts the bard's evasion rate for a certain period of time so it is popular among front-line bards as it increases their survivability. One peculiarity about this skill is that the attack motions and dance are rather elaborate. When using a sword, it is like a sword dance, if a spear it will be used as a baton constantly twirling round and round at high speeds. There are different motions for every kind of weapon. The motions for the giant scythe would be to take the huge weapon and to spin it around like one would a pencil and is quite the sight to behold. The animation time of this skill is 3 seconds and its cooldown is 15 seconds.
Resonance Beat: Tier I Skill
Imbues a tune onto a weapon that allows the weapon to cause a shockwave on impact with the target's body. From this point on, the remnant shockwave remains on the target's body and acts like a time bomb ready to be set off by another attack. If the target is struck by an attack while Resonance Beat is still active, they suffer an increased amount of damage on the second blow. It is such that Bards who use percussion instruments and repeatedly use Resonance Beat are called "Drummers" or "Taiko masters". This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 20 seconds.
Sonic Cutter: Tier I Skill
The Bard amplifies sound waves to deliver a concentrated burst of destructive interference at a target. A cutting-wave projectile is shot forward, reaching up to 10 meters before dissipating. This skill is considered a wind-type attack and deals greater damage when used in close range. Additionally, if Resonance Beat was used immediately prior to this skill, its range increases by an additional 5 meters. Due to its low cooldown and moderate DPS capacity, it is a popular skill used by the rare solo Bard. This skill has a casting time of 1 second and a cooldown of 6 seconds.

Showtime!: Level 1 Skill
The Idol raises their arm in the air and causes a spotlight to shine upon the target. This spotlight starts at 2 meters above the target's height and stretches down to cover their body within its radius. When Showtime! is in effect and used in a battle, any characters standing underneath the spotlight will have their aggro temporarily increased. Enemies that do not rely on vision to detect targets are unaffected by this skill. If it is used on a crafter in a crafting thread (cannot be a speed craft), the light serves as inspirational support and can be applied as a Production Bonus, increasing the final level of the craft by 1. This bonus can only be applied once per thread per character. Items cannot have their levels increased past Level 90 by this effect. If it is used in any other context, this skill can serve as a temporary light source. The spotlight is stationary and does not move, so it is fairly simple for an enemy to escape from attention. Showtime! has a casting time of 5 seconds, a maximum range of 5 meters, a duration of 30 seconds, and a cooldown time of 60 seconds.
