While talking to PacifistGod, I came with this idea and just felt like pitching it. All are allowed to ignore if ill ideas irritate them~(That Assonance though)
Not all Adventurers are bloodthirsty, barbaric warriors that hunt down monsters. Some are peaceful, passive people without an aggressive bone in their body. Pacifists are the embodiment of peace, refusing to spill blood nor inflict harm against others. Having reached enlightenment, they respect the importance of life and do their utmost to preserve it. Due to their peaceful nature, monsters are less likely to see them as threats and act aggressively towards them.
Essentially, Pacifist is a subclass for no damage support characters. In exchange for not attacking, they get significantly lower aggro gathering rates. Because of this, pacifist is a useful class for all-out healers or buffers so that they don't have to worry about being attacked and can stay on the backline.
Some skill suggestion:
Lv. 1 "Do no harm"
Passive Skill. Pacifists have lower damage and aggro gathering rates. However, should a pacifist preform an aggressive action(attacking or debuffing), the lower agro buff will be set on a cool down and will no longer apply until the cool down is over. Continuous aggression resets the cool down timer. The lower damage debuff is not affected by this.
Lv. 11 "Love Your Enemies"
A targeted skill. Places a peace sign on one target. Damage from that target towards you is reduced. However, any damage you deal to that target is partially returned to you.
Lv. 21 "No-War Zone"
Creates an aura around the user for a limited area. All allies within the area become more affected by heals and have higher defense. On the flip-side though, their damage is significantly reduced.
