SEXUALITY: Sexually Apathetic.
FACE-CLAIM: unknown source/ Kasane Teto

Appearance Matthew is a slender, tall man, with around 1, 89m. Despite his size, he has a frail constitution and extremely pale skin. Alongside that, he has blonde short hair and dull black eyes. He often wears comfy clothing and doesn't care about which situation or what others might think about it. He is often seen as a distant individual and a loner who doesn't have anything interesting to engage others, and he's fine not trying. Zero is a small and petite girl with 1, 61m. With her small stature, she has a pale skin and a carmine hair split in short twin drills. Unlike his real world self, Zero has to take care a little bit more of her appearance since now he is a she. She often uses armor that protect her body in a way that her clothing isn't covered completely. She has relaxed composure and somewhat slow reactions for social interaction. | Personality Matthew is apparently an apathetic individual. Not showing many emotions, he is aloof, cold and indifferent, he makes little to no effort in understanding others at all and is often seen as a loner. With barely any kind of humor, his presence sometimes give others a mellow calm of someone who is too hurt to even cry, as there are no more tears left to do so. Matthew consistently avoids social interaction and shy away from it and has few drives or ambitions, if any. However, despite all of this, time spent with him may slowly melt the ice walls around Matthew. He has similar symptoms to that of schizoid personality disorder, but truth be told, he was once a boy with an engaging, gentle and extroverted personality. Zero, his in-game counterpart is not that different. However, given the circumstances, she tends to fake a perfectly sociable girl since most of the new world requires interaction. Unlike the usual Matthew, Zero appears as an engaging, interesting, happy and sociable person who loves to be around people. Unlike Matthew, she is able to express a great deal of feelings and sympathy for others. While time and persistence from someone may bring up what is truly good about her, most of her usual feelings are nothing but an empty shell. In specific cases, her cold side shows up. If needed to kill to achieve her goals, she'll do so without hesitating. |
Extra
Western Knight build. The payer makes use of a normal sword rather than the Eastern counterparts. This also applies to how they use their skills, activating them through their english names instead. Mostly for RP flavor. A Samurai build that focuses on the offensive capabilities over the tanking potential.
Biography
Matthew was an orphan kid since the age of 3. Both his parents simply were gone missing one day, and without any relatives, he had to suffer into a hell of an orphanage. The bright and extrovertive personality was broken many times by the circumstances and the owner. Not to mention that, he was a boy that got bullied by basically all the other kids. Despite that, he tried his best to stay strong and resist all problems. However, with the flow of the years that same boy started to change radically. After so much time enduring the pain of living in a place where everything and anything is against him, his extroverted self started to fade and turn into a reserved and introvert type. Matthew started to dislike company and people. Silence and loneliness were his best friends, and he would do everything for them. Finally reaching his mature age, he could work and leave that hell hole, but leaving his old home wasn't enough to bring back the old Matthew; his new personality is now part of him. Within one of his tries to dettach himself from others and that stupid reality, he met Elder Tale. A beautiful world inside the american servers made the man feel joy once more as a solo player. However what bothered him was the fact that there were too many players around the game. Knwoing that a new server for the United Kingdom would open up, he quickly joined it, only to face a new reality. The world of Elder Tale in first hand experience after the catastrophe.

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Samurai.
Tier I Skill - Ace Move: Go No Sen ( Early Bird, Night Owl)
Chain 1. Starts or resets the current Chain. Does nothing if the opponent targeted the player with a magic attack. This ace move follows after the basic concept of Parry, except that it is used in an aggressive manner to build up momentum. The user predicts an oncoming attack and counters it by striking the opponent's weapon with their weapon and then pushing onward into an attack of their own. Gonosen is typically performed with a melee weapon, but its concept can also be used to deflect an opponent's arrow by shooting it off-course. To deflect ranged attacks in this manner, the Samurai must obviously be equipped with a bow. This skill has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Tier I Skill Equipment Mastery: Shields.
Passive. An Adventurer skill that provides armor proficiency of shields of all types. Normally, classes that are incompatible with shields suffer from decreased defense and mobility which wielding the shield, making it feel abnormally heavy. Possession of an equipment mastery skill negates this penalty. Generally, there are reasons behind why certain classes focus on certain armor types. Taking this skill provides some level of versatility, but be warned that some of your main class skills might prove incompatible with this new fighting style. This skill does nothing if the character's class is already able to use shields normally.
