"Ah! Levi! I found you!" The girl exclaimed, as she let out a giggle. It had been quite some time since the druid had ventured into the grove, quite some time since he had visited anywhere really. He had taken some time to himself, some time to relax and recover. The past two weeks had been spent exploring the coast and he hadn't even made it back in Londinium yet since deciding to return. No there was somewhere he wanted to visit first. The first few weeks after the event had been a strain on him and the grove had been a sort of daily ritual that formed by itself. It made sense really, it was a low level training ground, easy stuff when he was still new at this whole trapped in a fantasy world type thing. Often when he had visited the floral paradise, he had one thing on his mind, his sister. He desired to grow stronger, to train, to win this prison and return a hero to save her. And although his mind was firmly centered on his sister, he no longer wished to train here, no his destination was that of a very large and old cherry blossom tree that stood somewhat past the territory of the Maledict Mayahuel, a static plant type field boss which stood at level 30. The druid hadn't even meant to discover it's location, in fact t had been a pure accident. He had been running low on health and several boar like creatures had been following him for some time. One shortcut and sneaky escape led to it's discovery. Now as he moved through the forestry, he paid no mind to the roots that may or may belong to the field boss. He was far above it' level and it stood no chance against him, so he continued on before coming to a small clearing. The strawberry pink haired healer let out a long sigh as he took in the sight of the solitary pink tree stood bright against the sky, poised precisely in the center of a clearing. A few petals of blossom slowly and carefully floated towards the dewy grass, dancing as the wind caught them in their fall from grace. The teal blue sky shone brightly unfaltering above, with each passing moment the petals seem to grow brighter, more vibrant and alive; a pink so sugary sweet it was almost tangible. Boughs upon boughs of blossom decorated the tree; bouquets of beauty - a perfect fit for the aura of splendor surrounding it. Although a significant period of time had passed, not once did its beauty falter, at least from what he could tell. Its charm preserved with the warm summer’s breeze. The sun lightly sprinkled its rays across the petals. It stood proud, a mystical vision of fantasy. Rubbing his eyes, the slender male stood silent taking in the sight before him. Above him, the clouds seemed to wander aimlessly and endlessly. It had been exactly a year since he had discovered the ethereal beauty. It was almost like fate that the day also happened to be the day of his sister's birth. Ah! Levi! I found you!" The girl exclaimed, as she let out a giggle. Levi couldn't help it as he let out a pout, grumbling several incoherent curses as his sister continued to laugh. "You're so easy to find!" She stated, as she clutched her stomach, hurting from laughing. Levi feigned anger, he always choose the easiest places to find. "Well! That doesn't matter, right?" Levi spoke as he looked up at the young giggling girl, flashing him with her grins that would always make Levi's irritating aura soften. "Here, let me help you up." She said, offering him a hand. The young boy couldn't help it as he let out a soft smile, just enough for her to see it, as he accepted it. His sister chuckled as she gently wrapped her hands around his. Levi's face flushed, not that it was suspected. "What only matters is that we had fun, right?" Inhaling a slow long breath, enjoying the scene before him, Zyrune couldn't help but feel a mixture of emotions. When the event had separated them, leaving him with nothing but their shared memories to hold, it had been hard, especially on her birthday, a day when the two would spend the entire week to doing nothing but making her laugh. So the young druid had taken it as a sign when he had stumbled upon the pink tree, a tree he and his sister had both loved. Before he had awoken within this new strange land, he had kissed his sister goodbye. She was starting a new school. It was rather strange for a pupil to transfer in December but they had made an exception as his sister needed to particular assets the school had that her current one lacked such as in classroom aid and a variety of learning techniques that were not normally used in the everyday classroom. The druid hoped that she hadn't been scared that first day, then again knowing his sister she would have braved the day head on with a giant smile, that was just the kind of person she was. She possessed a bravery and confidence that Zyrune just lacked when he was her age. He had always looked out for her and perhaps been a little overprotective of her despite her showing him that she didn't require it. He had always been there for her and in a way she had always been there for him, together they formed a circle of support that fueled them both. It had been a struggle at first, but during times of loneliness and hardship, he had taken the trip here and it was odd to think it, even more so to say it, but he felt like she was with him here, as if he could almost see her smile whenever he stood amidst the branches of pink blossoms. "How are you coping? Having to live without me for a little while." The druid's voice was soft, gentle, almost calming. "I miss you and I honestly hope you are doing okay." He gave a smile as tears formed in his eyes, threatening to fall at any moment. he held his hand out towards the ground before him. His hand glowed a soft pink hue and the ground before him erupted in vines that twisted until they formed a beautiful large pink flower bud, eventually the flower bloomed to reveal a female. The druid couldn't help but smile as the gentle and fun loving Alraune summon, Sakura stretched before coming to stand beside him, almost framed by the cherry blossom tree. The cherry blossom tree had been birth place of her and it had become a sort of tradition to have her dance and sway during their visits. As Sakura gave a soft smile and started to move, Zyrune smiled as tears wet his cheeks. |
