Appearance Shizu has the apperence of a young child, despite her actual appearance in real life. Due to a drunken mishap with an appearance changing potion, she now looks like she is about 10 years old. She stands at a short 3 feet and 4 inches tall, and is very light due to her slim body and weight. She has long blonde hair that reaches down to her elbows. She has bangs in the front of her hair which cover up most of her forehead. She has reddish eyes that are quite large and expressive, despite the fact that she can commonly show no emotion in them. While she is pretty slim, she isn't exactly bony, she has a decent amount of meat on her for someone of her stature. She is quite pale, due to not going outside much, or hiding where its really dark. In real life, Shizu is very feeble. She was born with Type III osteogensis imperfecta, otherwise known as Brittle Bone Disease. This means that she is very small and skinny, and her bones break very easily. In addition to this, she has a more triagularly shaped face, loose joints, and slightly bluish veins in the whites of her eyes. She normally was seen just laying on her bed, very easily mistaken for a corpse were it not for the occasional stir. In the game, she likes to wear a black outfit that consists of a black tunic with white streaks on it, a pair of black pants held up by a white belt, and a pair of light leather shoes that are sometimes removed in combat. She also wears a dark red cloak which goes over most of her body. This cloak has a matching hood, which is worn when it rains or Shizu does not want to be viewed. She can wear the scabbard for her sword either on her side or her back. She does have a few other outfits, such a dress for more formal occasions and a few more casual clothes. i.imgur.com/iRJTOfM.png p.gr-assets.com/540x540/fit/hostedimages/1379734841/42355.jpg | Personality Shizu knows how bleak life can be, but tries not to let that stop her. She is obsessed with moving forward and getting stronger, sometimes not even taking breaks to eat or sleep when she is training. She is not the best when it comes to talking to people, but seeks to get better. She can easily be pessimistic if she isn't on top of what she says. She sees being trapped in the game to be a new chance at life, so she seeks to make the best of what she can, which she sees as getting stronger. Shizu finds herself feeling inferior very often, the result of her irl condition. Shizu is quite protective of her friends and values them extremely highly, given how they were something she never had before the game. She is very introverted, not choosing to talk much when not neccesary, due to spending most of her time at home in her thoughts. She is very calculated when she fights, either following orders to a tee, or examing an enemy or fight very closely before picking her moves. She makes sure to plan her moves ahead of time, and have some backup, just in case her first plan fails. Due to her upbringing, she is very wary to call people her friends, and will not hesistate to attack anyone who she does not trust or does not like. She definitely prefers to work with smaller groups of people if she needs to talk. While if she is simply given orders, she can work with just about any group. She will never take orders from someone who isn't her friends, or who isn't someone she respects. She seeks to prove herself by becoming one of the most powerful assassins in the game, or being a part of one of the most powerful groups in the game. Shizu's main weakness is her lack of confidence and her ability to not express emotion very well. She can easily be completely destroyed by skilled speaker. |
Extra
If you need a visual for what Brittle Bone Disease is like, Samuel L Jackon's character in Unbreakable had Type I, so just imagine that but worse. And I seriously debated giving Shizu Type VI, but there is like only a 0.5% chance she would life to be 17.

Biography
Shizu had a relatively normal life when she was young. She got good grades in school, made friends, and had a nice family. Things began to go sour once Shizu's walking got a little wobbly, before eventually she would collapse and have a hard time standing up ever again. By the time she was eight years old, she had developed symptoms of Type III osteogenesis imperfecta, or Brittle Bone Disease. Her family was unsure of what to do, their daughter was an invalid at age 8. They instantly got her into the bed where she would spend most of her life. She would manage to eat some things on her own, but her parents could never leave her alone. Slowly as reality began to dawn on her, the kind and caring young girl with straight A grades was replaced with the dead looking, disfigured, pathetic excuse for life who didn't bother with things such as homeschooling and sanity. The rumors were at school that the young girl died and they would never see her again. But she saw them, the little dead girl would look out her window, trying to understand their happiness. However, there was one thing keeping her from banging her head against the table, ending her life, and that thing was her brother. He was the one person that would always talk to her, ask advice, and treat her like a human. While her parents loved her, she could tell the stress that was being put on them. The brother that was only three years old when she died, still treated her like a person. She managed to barely stay sane due to these talks, even though she wouldn't say a word to the therapists who came into her room. Eventually, on her fourteenth birthday, she got a computer from her parents. It was if she was reborn. She was still dead inside, but now she could finally not be alone. She found gaming, and began to get heavily involved in the fantasies. She dreamed of being a powerful warrior that was revered for their greatness, someone not being held back by the chains of fate. Eventually she came across a game known as Elder Tale. Next thing she knew, she was in the Apocalypse. It was if the chains of fate were lifted. She could move on own, without limbing or feeling immense pain. She wasn't being held back by anything. She actually had a chance in this world. A way to make her dreams and fantasies, come true instead of being the corpse locked in the darkness of her parents house.

EQUIPMENT
Left Arm N/A | Armor Starter Leather Armor: A basic set of soft leather armor made from cheap leather. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. | Right Arm Starter Longsword: A sword with a prominent shape designed for cutting. A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. |

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Assassin
Deadly Dance: Physical Melee Attack. A skill that uses the Assassin’s angular momentum in order to increase the damage of their attack. The Assassin jumps and spins in the air while gripping their weapon, then lands onto the opponent and delivers a downward slash. The key of Deadly Dance is to accumulate angular momentum, so users might find it advantageous to use the skill multiple times in succession. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Quick Draw: A skill focused on delivering a quick strike at the opponent. By gripping the weapon tightly and locking one's gaze toward a nearby foe, the player's body will quickly dash over to the target and perform an attack. Alternately used by ranged users to fire projectiles at a faster than usual pace. This sudden movement takes many unprepared opponents by surprise. This skill has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown of 15 seconds.
Trinket Work: A skill focused on decreasing the player's aggro presence. By crouching down and holding the stance for a few moments, the player will release a visible purple aura from their body for ten seconds. For the duration of the aura, the player will be able to attack a monster while keeping the monster's aggro level upon the player low. This skill is effective in a party for when one wishes to perform attacks without attracting the attention of the enemy. This skill has an duration of 30 seconds at base level. Its duration increases to 40 seconds when the Assassin reaches Level 30, 50 seconds when the Assassin reaches Level 60, and finally 60 seconds when the Assassin reaches Level 90. Its casting time is 2 seconds and its cooldown is 60 seconds.
Ambidexterity: The mechanics of Elder Tale lightly discourage dual-wielding due to the reduced accuracy and proficiency with such a combat style. However, it remains a quite popular strategy among those who willingly sacrifice stability and defense for a little boost in DPS. It is such that Swashbucklers are primarily the class type that specializes in dual-wielding and thus has the most compatible skills for this purpose. The Ambidexterity skill passively lifts the dual-wielding penalty from equipping two one-handed weapons or two shields. This skill does nothing for a Swashbuckler, since they already possess a beginner skill which does the same purpose.
Shadow Bind: Debuff. A magical technique created by Assassins, with a thematic effect quite fitting for those who love to strike from the shadows and call the darkness their home, yet poetically useless in full darkness itself as Shadows cannot exist without light. By striking the target’s shadow, the Assassin is able to create shadowy, almost invisible, tendrils from the victim’s own shadow that binds them completely. This skill has a casting time of 3 seconds and a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Fatal Ambush: Physical Attack. Assassins are known for their deadly strikes, often being able to slay in a single strike. This technique is the first of the many massive damage attacks the Assassins have under their repertoire. It is a crude version however, a novice skill that serves more as the basis and foundation for future, more poetic, techniques. Requiring a long preparation time, the Assassin must focus onto their target, limiting their perception and leaving them vulnerable to other attacks, as they search for a weak point. Then by focusing all of their strength into one strike, the assassin strikes their target with all of their might into a single point, dealing critical damage. The mental exertion required taxes the mind heavily however, and the technique can only be used sparingly. This skill has an casting time of 5 seconds before it may be used. When it is used, Fatal Ambush has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown of 60 seconds.
Accel Dance: Physical Attack. The sister skill to Deadly Dance, focusing in increasing the Assassin’s speed rather than their power. As the Assassin strikes their foes, they enter a state of mind where they can release some of their body’s natural limiters, allowing them to increase the speed of their attacks by 10%. The repeated usage allows the Assassin to descend deeper into this state and increase their attack speed even further. While originally designed for melee attacks, as it is more of a state of mind, the technique can be applied to ranged attacks as well. This skill has a duration of 30 seconds, a cast time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds. The Assassin may spend an additional 2 seconds casting this skill to increase attack speed by 20% instead. If Accel Dance is used while it is currently in effect, attack speed is not increased further but the buff's duration will reset back to its full 30 seconds.
Death Stinger: Self Buff. Poison, a classic tool of assassins but honor less by nature. By coating their weapons in these foul concoctions, the attacks of an Assassin have a chance to poison their enemies, slowly chipping away at their health overtime. Users of this technique must be wary though, as anyone struck by the blade can be poisoned, even the users themselves. This skill has a casting time of 5 seconds and a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Roleplay Class: Tracker
Silent Move:A skill that deadens the user's movements whenever traveling, preventing them from making any sound while walking. In exchange, the Tracker's movement speed is reduced by 50%. For every 10 levels the tracker gains in their subclass level, this debuff is decreased by 10%. After Level 50, the debuff is eliminated completely.
Crafting Class: Chef
Iron Stomach: Not even food poisoning can stop a dedicated chef! This skill can be toggled, allowing chefs to become immune to status debuffs caused by drinks and food. They also passively recover from sickness status effects twice as quickly.
