Appearance In the real world, Tatsuya is an Asian young man who has just reached the beginning of adulthood and he is 6 feet tall but still has a somewhat muscular frame from training. He also has brown eyes and somewhat messy black hair which has already started to whiten due to stress and/or Marie Antoinette Syndrome. (It’s more common than one would think) In public, he normally wears a simple t-shirt underneath a black sweatshirt, jeans and sneakers. When he’s relaxing or in private, he normally wears a comfortable and overly casual yukata. He prefers to wear the yukata when he can. As his character Blade, his preference for the yukata is shown in the character’s appearance. Blade wears a plain yukata with some parts of the design being from a kendogi, giving him a somewhat lazy appearance by itself. Over the yukata is plate armor which is more similar in appearance to a samurai’s armor although there are some parts of the design which are more similar to that of a European Knight’s. His sword is kept to his left hip. With the armor and sword which has quite a serious appearance, it creates quite the combination with his lazy looking yukata. His hair is now only slightly messy unlike his real self and it’s now taken on a silvery-white color which he decided on since his hair was already starting to become like that anyway. His eyes are now blue instead of brown. This appearance makes him look like a European prince with a Japanese face as well as clothing/armor, giving him a handsome yet amusing appearance. | Personality Tatsuya mainly grew up being taught the Bushido code. It has taken deep root into his personality and he tries to uphold it throughout his daily life. He has a strong sense of justice, always wanting to stand for what he believes is right. He is courageous almost to the point of recklessness to fight for his justice, not really caring about the level or strength of an enemy. He places high value in honor and reputation, not wanting to disgrace/embarrass other nor himself if he can help it and is strict on himself because of it. His preference is in one on one battles as these were primarily how the Sengoku period wars were fought, with several one on one duels between the members of both armies. He is shown to be especially protective of his friends and the people he cares about, becoming angry when they get hurt by someone else. Despite this, he is able to keep a cool enough head to analyze the situation and react accordingly due to his lessons in swordsmanship which have always stressed to keep a cool head in any situation. He doesn’t like using dirty tactics but if there’s no other option, he will use it. Blade has constantly shown to be a very kind, selfless, polite, and helpful young man and always put others before himself. Even when it comes to his enemies, he shows them respect and never speaks ill of them and even cares for their well-being if they're not in the middle of combat. He also refuses to allow anyone to ever speak ill of others. Whenever he's injured or someone else is, he states the other people injured should be tended to first. He constantly tries to befriend others even if they were former enemies and always acts friendly towards them. He also has a bit of a carefree personality. Despite his skill in combat, especially with a sword, Blade underestimates his own abilities and has trouble accepting praise about them, always thinking that he’s not that good and he’s a bit of a perfectionist in terms of swordsmanship. Because of that, he unconsciously holds back in skill as he’s afraid of messing up an attack, especially in front of others. This is not so apparent when he’s by himself and he’s more likely to perform at his peak. He also has trouble grasping the meaning between indirect words sometimes as well as fathoming others' goodwill or attraction towards him, as he can only interpret them by logical explanation and often questions why people would think positively of himself. Blade possess a type of charisma which is from how he always knows what to say to make anyone feel more comfortable and can once in a while make people laugh. It also comes from how he cares for those around him. |

Biography
Tatsuya grew up in Japan and was raised alongside his little sister by his grandfather as his mother died before he could remember and his father had to go on a lot of business trips due to his work. As a child, Tatsuya showed great interest in the Sengoku period and always wished he could have taken part in it, completely ignoring the fact (due to his childish nativity) that he would have most likely died on the battlefield and other such things. He at least had the common sense to know that he couldn’t travel back in time nor was there any known method so he settled for imitating the famous warriors of the time period as best as he could in front of his little sister. The imitations in general were terrible yet hilarious in the said sister’s point of view. This is probably because he talked as if he were in some Sengoku period based drama and the fact that his voice had not gone through puberty.
Having admired the brave warriors of that time period, he sought to at least emulate their courage as he obviously did not have the skill to imitate them well. He attempted this mainly by trying to protect most everyone and everything. When some kids started bullying a kitten, he charged in and fought the kitten’s attackers. When one of his classmates kept getting harassed by some bullies, he fought those guys as well. This may seem good and all but Tatsuya really lacked in both physical strength and skill compared to who he usually fought, leading to him getting beaten up whenever he got into a fight. Thankfully, because of this, whatever he was trying to protect usually was forgotten about so he was fine with it. It was when his sister got involved and got hurt that he wanted to get stronger.
He asked his grandfather to train him, knowing that he used to be the master of a kendo dojo when he was younger and they even had their own small dojo next to the house. Although the grandfather was hesitant, Tatsuya managed to persuade him and the training began. Soon, Tatsuya was able to gain enough strength to blast all of his enemies away with one punch! Well…that’s what he imagined he’d be able to do after some training. After one week, he forgot all about this fantasy. His grandfather was a kind yet strict teacher who worked Tatsuya hard to build up his strength and stamina as well as drill the basics into him. Despite almost collapsing in exhaustion at the end of each day’s training, Tatsuya didn’t complain even once, showing a type of resilience most kids his age didn’t have. After a few years of that, Tatsuya was taught the advanced skills of the sword style he was taught and had to work even harder, and this is while keeping up with his school work and social connections. He continued to live like this until he graduated high school and decided to go to England for college.
One day, his roommate at college introduced to him a game called Elder Tale and invited Tatsuya to try it. He didn’t really have much interest in games but Tatsuya decided to give it a try at least after seeing it had a Samurai class in it. It was then he got sucked into the game.

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Samurai
Ace Move: Denkosekka (Lightspeed): Chain 1. Starts or resets the current Chain. The activation of Denkosekka covers the samurai in a electrifying aura, raising the user's movement speed. This aura is also used as a makeshift barrier that can absorb some damage from a single hit before dissipating. However, the samurai must be sure not to stray too far from their party while this ace move is active, lest they risk collapsing the party formation. This skill has a duration of 15 seconds and a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Ace Move: Kabuto-wari (Helm Splitter): Chain 1. Starts or resets the current Chain. Kabutowari is a simple technique that involves a quick forward charge followed by a vertical slash aiming to cut down on the target's head. It delivers extra damage if dealt when the target has full HP. This skill has an animation time of 1.5 seconds and a cooldown of 15 seconds.
Ace Move: Shunsen (Flashwave): Chain 2. Usable after Chain 1 skills. Shunsen is a quick and sudden horizontal slash that cuts the air and forms a cutting wave vacuum which deals additional damage. Unlike Izunagiri, this pressure field is stationary and essentially serves as a deterrent to opponents' melee attacks for the duration of the technique. This technique has a fan-shaped area of effect, making it an excellent technique to dispatch enemies standing in close proximity. This skill's attribute is wind, has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 20 seconds.
Roleplay Class: Cavalier
Jousting[/b The Cavalier's specialization in horseback combat is revealed in their greater proficiency of lance combat. Any two-handed spears or polearms wielded by the Cavalier become one-handed while they are mounted. Additionally, if the Cavalier's main class would normally penalize them from using spears or polearms, this skill allows them to use spears and polearms without penalty.
Crafting Class: Blacksmith
Heatsink: Blacksmiths are able to wear chain armor without penalties if they are normally unable to wear chain armor. They are able to wear plate armor without penalties if they are normally able to wear chain armor but not plate armor. Also a toggle skill. Through their skills at working around a forge, blacksmiths have developed a slight tolerance toward heat. They take reduced damage of 10% from fire-based attacks.
