FACE-CLAIM: lady samurai, DISGAEA
PLAYED BY: Royah

FACTION: Adventurer
Appearance Royah's in game appearance gives her the illusion of being much taller than she actually is, and, as such, she has had to get used to this body over the time that she has been in this new world. Her hair is a purple-black color, and is quite often found in a long ponytail. Her eyes are a deep blue color, almost to the point where one would consider her eyes to be either black or a deep grey. Her character stands at a whopping 5 foot, 3 inches tall, keeping her from being tall, though her long legs feign the illusion of height and age. Her body overall is fairly skinny, and doesn't have a lot in the way of curves. Alexandra didn't like over-sexualizing her characters, though she didn't want to go with the lowest settings possible. Alexandra, in the real world, has short blonde hair, which had to be cut off for a school project a little while back. She was also rather skinny, to the point of almost seemingly unhealthy. Alexandra has no defining or notable features in her real life form, and therefore was rather average. | Personality Royah, as a person, was always a fairly introverted person, though had tendencies that one would expect out of an extrovert. As much as she likes dealing with people, she quite often comes of as rather short and demanding, though in reality, she just likes to get things done quickly. The longer she spends her time on something, the more time she loses as a result. Royah is not very much a fan of wasting time, and therefore tries to be the most efficient she can with what she does. Hence her class choices. Being able to solo a game, as best as possible, without relying on others, is how she wants to go about her day. What she doesn't appreciate is people who take their time talking about things. That being said, she can be rather friendly towards people whom she deems worth being friendly to. Quite often, she exhibits traits one would expect from a generally very happy and bubbly young lady. Being on her good side will quite often be a good thing, since she loves to run around, and doesn't like to be in one place for a very long period of time. With that in mind, her tendency to wander off and investigate something can get her into trouble from time to time, but usually nothing she can't get herself out of. Royah also has a very inquisitive nature, always looking for an explanation to whatever she can find an answer to. Hopefully, it's a short enough answer, so that she may continue about her day as quickly as possible. She will generally trust people as soon as she meets them, though as stated before, if she deems them unworthy of her time, she will exclude them from her life. As a side note, she will get rather flustered when people attempt to compliment her, and try to even run away in such situations. Royah absolutely adores being self-sufficient, and looks for people who can take care of themselves in a fight. She hates people who cling to others, or try to get her to do something she doesn't want to do. With that in mind, Royah does not handle well to being captured, cornered, or kidnapped. She's also deathly afraid of dying, and will do absolutely anything to avoid this perilous sensation. |

Biography
Alexandra wasn't a very quiet child, when she was just a baby. No real life story behind her, either, save for one situation. She was just a girl who liked to run around and be free. That being the case, by the time she started walking, she was already striving to move even faster. Learning how to run, ride bicycles, play with others by playing tag, or being outside in general was her absolute favorite activity when she was just a child. Being introduced to a public school, filled with a bunch of other kids, she felt like she had found a place outside of her home where she could have a lot of fun, while also doing some learning. It seemed to be just perfect for her, the more she thought about it. However, in practice, it wasn't always the case.
Alexandra, or Alex for short, never was very good at school, though she was very good at entertaining others. Quite often, she would be scolded for either lazily looking out a window, letting her mind wander, or telling jokes or having some fun with other kids near her seat in class. However, her attention to detail was rather exquisite, and she never really did bad on tests and such. Thanks to her hometown being governed by standardized testing, she was more than able to goof around in class her and there, but still maintain good grades and pass all her courses. This bothered teachers, since they never saw her study for tests, do homework when there was time in school, or anything like that. So, she gained a bad reputation with her teachers, for not being fully attentive in class.
This didn't matter to her parents, who were actually the exact same way as her in school. Hearing such things just meant that the apple didn't fall far from the tree, at all. Being an only child, though, did seem to impact the girl a little. This, however, was very quickly alleviated when she had first gone to school, making many friends as soon as she got there. As much as she liked to joke around, she was also a kind-hearted person, who would get lost every so often, but always manage to find her way back. This was a continuing theme, all the way through a majority of her schooling.
During middle school, she didn't really take much interest in boys, though her friends very much did. Her friends found out about a boy who liked Alex, and decided to set them up on an impromptu date. The boy had a horrible time, since the plan was to just go out with her during the town's festival, when all she did was try and play every game, ride every ride, and do nothing romantic at all. Even still, though, she had somehow captured his childhood interests, and he asked her if they could be friends and hang out. She agreed, to find out that he was a fairly avid video gamer, who introduced her to some online games from time to time. She enjoyed these greatly, as she loved the freedom she had of just running around.
At the start of high school, another boy had started to like her, which she wasn't sure if she liked him back or not. She felt weird whenever he was near, and she would act a bit different. More flustered. She was told by her friends that she liked this guy, and decided that they would ask him out for her. This time, the date would be a movie at his place after school. She agreed to this, rather hastily, and showed up with him to his house. His parents weren't home, and the room they were going to watch a movie in was fairly cramped. To boot, the boy was acting very strange, very clingy, and tried to get her to go to his room where they could watch the movie. She forced herself out of the house, and ran back to the school, where she called her parents for a ride home.
Alex told her friends about it, and they were as genuinely concerned as she was. One of them went so far as to call the police, and they found all sorts of knives in the boy's room. It was found out later that the boy was going to attempt to rape her, with possible injuries from knife wounds if she did not comply. The boy was expelled from school, never to be seen again. The entire situation made Alex Clam up, and try to stay away from people, out of fear for her own life. She started to play some more online video games as a result, though, eventually, she realized the danger was gone.
Halfway through her life in high school, though, she had heard of an old game, getting a new patch, which would supposedly have made the game even better than it was before. Curious about finding this out, she asked her guy friend, whom had introduced her to online games, if he was going to check it out. He declined, saying that it was just a waste of time to try out an old game, without hearing any kind of reports or feedback about it yet. Either way, Alex went ahead and downloaded the game, patch included, and decided to give it a good old try. When she finished customizing her character, she found herself in a brand new world, with all sorts of new possibilities. She decided to screw around with the system, and made decisions about her classes to break any given meta. Having been experienced with online play, she knew the basics of most things, and decided to have fun with it.
Little did she realize, that once she hit that last Enter key, she would be sucked into this new world for an indeterminate amount of time.

EQUIPMENT
Left Arm Starter Nodachi: A variant of the katana with a lengthened blade. A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. | Armor Starter Platemail: A basic set of plate armor made from cheap iron. They are not really too protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. | Right Arm Starter Nodachi: A variant of the katana with a lengthened blade.
