Sayha wasn’t known for her exploration. She had only been to Windsor Greatwood a few times and through Sarum Frontier to Moon Dance Forest once to visit her friend Hiro. Other than that, she only really left when she needed to. Though, she had been to the Isle of Thune as well as the Purple Mirror Mansion. However, those were circumstantial due to her questing in the area; she never really got to explore them. That day, Sayha had decided to check out around the Sarum Frontier grassland. The monsters there were higher level than Windsor Greatwood, but they weren’t so high that she would have no chance if she ran into a specific level of monster. At that moment, she was level 21, and the max level was 25. There was just enough of a buffer that she wouldn’t easily die, and she had no intention of dying. However, the monsters started at level 5 which were way lower than she wanted to fight.
Sayha left the inn in Londinium she usually stayed at early in the morning and made her way along the main path through Windsor Greatwoods to the Sarum Frontier.
Once Sayha was out of the Greatwoods, she took a good look around. She quickly looked at her clock, letting her know it was still before noon. She wanted to spend as much time in the area as possible so she had packed herself some food and water for the remainder of her day. It was too early to eat but it wouldn’t hurt resting so Sayha instead decided to find a shaded spot underneath one of the trees of the Greatwoods overlooking the Frontier and sat down. She leaned back against the tree, pulling some water out of her inventory and taking a drink.
After taking the drink, Sayha stifled a yawn and shook her head. She had woken up earlier than she normally did so she would still be able to get in her morning routine before heading out. Of course, she also had to prepare for the rest of the day as well. It had tired her more than she thought, but she didn’t plan on letting it slow her down… at least not too much. If she was going to be exploring and fighting, keeping energy in her reserve would be a necessity especially since she was flying solo like normal that day.
Sayha really had started to get used to parties, and even just joined a guild at that point. She knew, though, that not all guilds were like that, but she had decently high hopes for the guild she just joined. It was called Apocrypta, run by her friend Hiro. Originally she kept putting off looking for guilds because she didn’t want to get caught up in the politics and the drama… though it was a fair concern. She had been in guilds that were just upright toxic. However, she put of leveling her Scribe subclass much more. She wasn’t quite sure why she picked Scribe as her crafting subclass, but she knew that crafting wasn’t particularly her thing. Of course, she did plan on leveling it at some point. At that moment, she wanted to get her Assassin level as high as possible. Which was exactly why she had thought that the expedition to Sarum would be good.
