[attr="class","ws"] [attr="class","h"]Pioneer1 [attr="class","fc"] [attr="class","bi"]REAL NAME: n/a [attr="class","bi2"]REAL GENDER:n/a [attr="class","bi2"]GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]AGE: ---- [attr="class","bi2"]SEXUALITY: Asexual [attr="class","bi2"]FACE-CLAIM: Yuki Nagato, THE MELANCHOLY OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA [attr="class","bi2"]PLAYED BY: Franny [attr="class","bi2"]FACTION: Adventurer [attr="class","h2"]Appearance [attr="class","b"] Pioneer1, typically called 'Pio' for brevity's sake has the appearance of a short, petite, girl running about 4'5 or 137cm. Typically known for her blank expression, Pio is not at all expressive and is typically doll-like in disposition to the point of being vaguely uncanny. Quiet to a point, she usually employs terse language which is straight to the point. Her voice is quiet and somewhat surprisingly deep and breathy for her height. Her voice too lacks inflection sounding often like a robotic telemarketing call. Typically garbbed in a witch outfit, this caster gear covers what appears to be a sailor suit, she rarely changes from this formula and is not very aware of the concept of appearance or grooming. Her violet hair is kept in a short bob and is typically unruly. Her large orange eyes seem as clear as a starry night, she rarely seems to blink and tends to stare at things that capture her interest. In the terms of body language, Pio has a tendency to lack presence. She does not so much walk as glide quietly to and fro and has a bad habit of sneaking up on others. She tends to be exacting in motion and opperates with a sense of percision that seems somewhat unnatural when held against the more life-like imperfection of her surroundings. Watching her move about town can bring to mind one of those automatic vacuum robots sliding around the house bumping into things before readjusting. An untraditionally cute girl, she lacks beauty but makes up for it with her own certain kind of charm. A disheveled, earnest, girl. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"] The quiet type. On the surface, Pio may seem dull but this could not be any further from the truth. Behind her mannequin-like face lies a new soul pondering the mysteries of the universe. Pio is a curious being who lacks any kind of classical social awareness. Childlike at times she can be surprisingly naive and tends to take things at face value. Subtlety is not her strong suit in social situations, and while this keeps her refreshingly honest, it also can lead to trouble in sensitive situations. Pio is not at all shy and would actually prefer to be around people. She enjoys watching others and will often attempt to blend in so as to not be the center of attention as she rarely knows exactly how to respond to others. When it comes to tough choices, she will always prefer to operate on a sure bet and rarely enjoys leaving things to chance. Laissez faire attitudes and laziness tend to confuse her, she cannot easily comprehend self-sabotage. As a person, Pio craves stimulation. She enjoys exploration, learning, new experiences, and anything that appeals to the 5 senses. Especially food. Candy in particular, is one of Pio's not-so-guilty pleasures. In her offtime, Pio tends to wander about in deep contemplation which can leave her with the appearance of a romantic absentminded daydreamer. She nurses a burgeoning sense of humor that tends to fall flat. Even so, she does her best to mimic others in a bid for popularity. She would not mind being a beloved town mascot. Her train of thought can sometimes be hard to follow. One might wonder where she learns such things. Easily approachable, Pio is a fantastic partner for any adventurer with a sense of direction. If given the lead she will tend to drag others around until the point where they tend to abandon her. She is not a sensitive individual and most prickly personalities tend to fly over her head. Pio is very malleable toward orders that she does not question and will take on even the most inane tasks with her absolute best effort. While Pio can be easily counted on, this itself can morph into a weakness for less perceptive party members. Pio will rarely ask for help and will continue to grind away on any task until the point of self-exhaustion or failure. She tends to value other's lives much more than her own well being. Fearless to a point, she will subtly take on the most risky endeavors and seek to minimize harm to others. While heroic in a sense, this trait of hers can be a burdensome weight on others as she will rarely if ever take her proper rest. It can often seem as though she does not trust others and Pio will rarely if ever speak in her own defense. Tends to obey Asimov's Laws of Robotics like a religion. 1) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. 2) A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. 3) A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"] Before the catastrophe, Pioneer1 did not exist in the traditional sense. Actually the server of Lost Kingdom's first gold selling bot, the apocalypse left this scripted program with a human consciousness. Caught between two worlds while belonging in neither, as an Adventurer, Pioneer1 lacks any formal history and unlike a lander born into the world has not been given one. At a loss for purpose greater than the more normal, typical, adventurer, Pioneer1 wandered about a great deal before finally becoming idle for an extremely long time. Destitute and mistaken for a person in due distress from street living, Pioneer1 was taken in by a town matron who happened to pass by one day. The matron had found her in an alley staring blankly at a wall. Adopted without complaint into service at a merged orphanage and boarding school for abandoned children, Pioneer1 worked as an aide for a number of weeks in relative peace and contentment within her new role. Attending class out of a sense of curiosity, she absorbed what she could. Overtime seeing that her little woman of all work had long since grown beyond her role, the matron began to nurse in Pio the idea of indulging her curiosity in the endless outside world. Reluctant to leave, Pio was instructed to venture out and find whatever it was that allow her to be of best service to those in trouble. Told that she would always have a home to return to whenever she needed rest, Pio ventured forth slowly retracing her wandering steps back toward what was the adventurer's capital of Londonium. Wandering the streets once more, she investigated whatever it was that the people wanted. Pioneer1 did not consider herself a person. Lacking a frame of reference, it was some time before she was finally able to translate what she overheard into something she could comprehend. "Home." The people wanted to return home. Home was something Pio could understand, the matron had told her she had one. It was where she had worked. Wheels finally spinning into motion, Pioneer1 knew what it was that would allow her to be of best service to the people. She would find the way to the adventurers' home. Changing her subclass class from Maid to Tracker without hesitation, Pio headed out on a journey that would likely be long and thankless. If even she could apparently have a home, she figured that the place where the adventurers belonged, wherever it was that they had come from, surely had to be out there and within reach. Pioneer1 wondered if that was the place that had given birth to her. She wondered if this special mission was why she had been created in the first place. [attr="class","h3"]Extra [attr="class","b"] Build and Uses Pio runs a mass summoning playstyle which revolves around supporting herself and others with the summon Carbuncle. A capable healer and support, Pio is also capable of close range combat and will tend to engage in such as an aggro distraction whenever her summons or party members are in danger. Thanks to the barriers and healing of Carbuncle, this form of combat is viable to a point but could never hope to compete with a true healer or tank in absolute capacity. Pio's strength in combat is flexibility. In spite of all of this, Pio will typically avoid combat whenever possible, and rarely if ever engages enemies solo. Direct combat is not one of Pio's strong suits. Pio's greatest strength actually lies as a field monitor and scout. Incredibly skilled in forward reconnaissance, Pio can well determine topography, enemy counts and locations, traps, ambushes, and places of interest before they can become an issue. She is invaluable to those who would prefer to plan their approach and can prevent careless death for even the most headstrong of adventurers if allowed to act in this capacity. Pio is also a scribe of respectable skill. Applying her labors toward writing and cartography, Pio keeps an overgrowing adventurer's diary in which she deposits maps, anthropological articles, and other topics of her interest for later regular publication. Due to her odd personality, these documents may not always be the most clear. Though she takes pride in it, her artistic ability is horrible. Thankfully, her maps are not too ill-effected by this except for perhaps the doodles that can sometimes be found around the edges in pale imitation of classical maps. Misc Info Birthday: December 11th (The Calamity) Likes: Working, Exploration, Learning, Eating Dislikes: Cruelty, Grey Areas, Disorder Habits: Observing everything around her. Attempting to decipher pop-cultural references for later use. Hobbies: Collecting curios, Putting things to order, Keeping busy. Wish: To return the adventurers to their home. Alignment: Neutral Good Misc Facts -Tends to be called 'Pio' as a way of shortening her name. -Was named for an exploratory satellite. -As a goldselling bot, her build was set up to allow her to sustain herself in small combat through pets for long periods of time without rest. -Still has a macro in her list to spam the chat, she has never used it. The Catastrophe began before she could begin her scripted operations. -Big eater. Prefers food that she can eat with her hands so she can 'touch' it as well. -Often keeps a carbuncle out for company. Will pet and play with it when idle. -Has no concept of romance whatsoever. |

This allows them to obtain the Adventurer skill [Mythic Script] as a Beginner-level skill without it taking up a skill slot. Their knowledge also allows them to use and read grimoires in the Ancient Text, allowing them to use grimoires without penalties and perform some basic magic attacks depending on their Magic stat. If the character can already use grimoires through racial or class bonuses, grimoire damage increases by 10%. [attr="class","skill"]Silent Move:A skill that deadens the user's movements whenever traveling, preventing them from making any sound while walking. In exchange, the Tracker's movement speed is reduced by 50%. For every 10 levels the tracker gains in their subclass level, this debuff is decreased by 10%. After Level 50, the debuff is eliminated completely. [attr="class","skill"]Heal:Tier I Skill. The most fundamental HP recovery magic of the healer classes and the root of all restorative skills. Although it grants HP restoration, it is known for its poor mana efficiency compared to other healing skills, barrier skills and reactive activation skills, thus putting this on low priority amongst healing skills. Beginners often look at healers based on how much HP this skill heals, causing some to be called second-rate or third-rate healers. That said, truly useless healers are out of the question, since most are at least competent in using restorative magic. When this skill is used, the caster is surrounded by a hazy warm light, and the chosen target is showered down with particles of light. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and no cooldown. If used by a non-healer class, the cooldown is 5 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Aura Saber:Tier I Skill. Swings the weapon around the user's body in a faint aura, then crashes it down upon the enemy. Multiple enemies can be struck by this attack by they are adjacent to the target. This skill increases targets' aggro on the user more than that of a regular attack. If this skill is used by Monks, the user will deliver an aura-enhanced swinging punch that delivers the same effects. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 5 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Summon Follower - Carbuncle:: Tier I Skill. Beast-type Light elemental familiar. A beast-like summoning companion centered around a ruby core. Completely powerless in terms of physical attacks, but has the capability to shoot rays from the ruby core. Also has the ability to cut off barriers and heal the summoner or another target. Resembles a combination of a fox and rabit with a ruby on the forehead. Carbuncle's personality type is Friendly toward its Summoner and Wary toward all enemies. This follower takes 2 seconds of cast time to summon.
