Capsule was unsure of what to think of her new guild mates so far, but they seemed nice enough. Dorian did not come off as rowdy or insufferable as most guys (including her brothers), Kitty she vaguely knew enough to know that she was sincere, and the others were either quiet or just as unassuming as their peers. It was a little odd to have a Lander join a guild, but who was she to complain? Charuen in particular seemed easy to talk to, and there was something… sisterly? Was that the word? About her. Regardless, it was definitely one of the reasons why Capsule was persuaded to join the guild. A good concept meant nothing if she held the leader in low regards. So far, her new guild master was proving to be a good leader. Capsule would not know for sure until she got to know the girl more.
During the guild meeting, the lot of them were paired up and sent off to collect materials for some healing tonic. Capsule found the listed items to be quite curious. Scales, blood, black essence… All of these items would have to come from monsters, one of which could only be found in the Miasma Realm. That area was dangerous, but Charuen, Dorian and Laelia should be able to manage. They only had to avoid the Night Wolves and the Malicious Mech GR-1. Capsule had not personally tangoed with either, but she knew enough to be wary. The Black Essence possessed the Unintelligible passive, so diplomacy would only be wasted on it.
The Enchanter was graced with the easier task of acquiring blood from a Pittered Boar, and scales from a Sea Sahaugin. These were creatures she was all too familiar with, and had even tamed the latter for a good while. Unless her partner, Khalessi, was inclined to be violent, they could take what they needed without needlessly killing or harming the monsters too much. With her Pacify skill and high levels, she could easily talk down the monsters and get them to do her bidding.
She sat up a little straighter in her saddle. The polar was gone. In his place was Kasper, her large and strong adult Crystal Reindeer. While he was not outwardly threatening like the bear, his size and the majestic, crystalline antlers that jutted from his head struck quite the intimidating figure. Beside them was a younger reindeer, a doe of middling height and girth, but impressive all the same. The pair of reindeer were downright royal, and they expertly presented them as such. The doe was brought forth by her mount whistle, as a ride for Khalessi. Letting the Druid ride along with her on Kasper was also an option, but Capsule did not know if she would feel comfortable with that or not.
"Are you all right down there?" Kasper slightly inclined his head toward her voice, but never slowed down his easy gait. Their first stop was relatively close: the Windsor Greatwoods. The Graveyard of Ships was next, and would have been longer without the reindeer. "The reindeer are really responsive to touch and orders, so do not be afraid to give her commands." She had trained that reindeer herself, so she knew what to expect of the doe. It was the wild boars that concerned her more. They were wary, but quick to attack once you angered them or hurt their young.
