Research/Crafting Question: Molds

After mulling over the idea, I have begun to question what the effect of Molds would have in the Roleplay. By mold, I mean essentially a metal object which takes the shape of a weapon, or armor, and simply requires smelted ore to be poured into the space in order to create the object desired.

For example; a blacksmith wants to make a sword so they first create, or purchase, a sword mold. Then, they heat the ore desired (iron, steel, gold), and pour the melted metal into the mold and let it cool.

Would that be possible here? If so, how would it be implemented? Would it decrease the amount of posts required in order to create a weapon? Also, would it be possible to increase the number of objects made in a thread?

Say I need to make four swords; can I create all four of them in one thread, all at once, if I have four molds?

Just some initial questions so I can decide whether I want to create the molds or not, as the molds would help crafters with mass production of simple items and materials for other crafts

Beginner Equipment Mold has been added to the Recipes list. An equivalent for Tailors will probably be available in the future, so as to maintain balance. At the moment, while you can make multiple items in one crafting thread, you cannot perform parallel crafting. It might be a possible technique for future-leveled crafting skills.
