[attr="class","ws"] [attr="class","h"]Nivek [attr="class","fc"] [attr="class","bi"]REAL NAME: Kevin [attr="class","bi2"]REAL GENDER: Male [attr="class","bi2"]GENDER: Male [attr="class","bi2"]AGE: 16 [attr="class","bi2"]SEXUALITY: Heterosexual [attr="class","bi2"]FACE-CLAIM: Kirito, Sword Art Online [attr="class","bi2"]PLAYED BY: Nivek [attr="class","bi2"]FACTION: Adventurer [attr="class","h2"]Appearance [attr="class","b"]Kevin has decided to make Nivek look like himself, which means that he have brown eyes and black spiky hair. His skin color is a paler kind of the normal color, and he got a scar over his left eye, to remind him on an accident when he worked… at the same time, he thought it was cool. Kevin/Nivek is not the biggest guy you can find, he is 175 centimetres tall and his body is thin and slick, and very flexible. Kevin/Nivek wears a very casual set of clothing, consisting of a set of blue jeans, and a dark shirt. When it is cold outside he also wears a long white furred jacket. When he isn’t just wearing his usual cloth armor that is. Other people sees Nivek as a very helpful young man. He smiles at everyone and it is hard to find a moment where he is looking sad or depressed. Even though Nivek seems helpful and friendly, he is still isn’t much for being big groups. It would not be surprising if Nivek found an excuse, to get out of a big group. Nivek seems trustworthy and especially with his friends. The place where Nivek can be himself, is when he is with his friends. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"]Kevin/Nivek shares the same personality, which means that he is not the most open type of guy. It is not that he doesn’t like to be in big groups, he just prefers to stay with a couple of close friends. Kevin/Nivek is a very help some person, and it doesn’t matter who needs help, it can be a child or an adult. Again if it is a big group he probably won’t be as helpful as he normal is. He prefers when it is a smaller group of people. The big brother that he’s used to be, really comes in play here. If there is one thing that Kevin/Nivek hates more than anything, then it is to see someone being used. He is used to see families help in the field, and the manager treat them like trash. This is something that Kevin/Nivek really can’t stand. Kevin/Nivek is not the one to charge into battle. He likes to plan things through before he acts. Kevin/Nivek is looking for opportunities and weaknesses that he can use to an advantage. A part of it might come from the part of the fact that he is used to play hide and seek with his sisters. As said earlier, Kevin/Nivek prefers to be with a couple of near friends, instead of many. He is not the one who stands out, and he doesn’t like to make decisions. If possible he let the rest make the decisions, but when it is necessary, Kevin/Nivek is not afraid to say his meaning. The reason he prefers to stay near people he know and like, is mostly because he know that they won’t lie to him. Something that means a lot for Kevin/Nivek, is that he can trust people, and he doesn’t like people who lies and steals. In fact, you can almost say that he hates them. The most important people for Kevin/Nivek is of course his sisters. His parents are also important, but the relationship that he have with his sisters, is just something special. That is also why he is able to do anything for them. If it is to help someone that reminds Kevin/Nivek of his sisters, then it almost doesn’t matter what it is. That is why Kevin/Nivek is most dangerous, when he is fighting for someone. He is able to cross lines that he normally wouldn’t do. Strengths and virtues; Kevin/Nivek is very technical, always thinking before he acts, and keeps looking for patterns in the movement of his opponent.. Because of his slick and flexible body, he can make it out of even the toughest of positions. He always gives it his all, if he fights for someone else, giving him a boost of “elder brother syndrome”. Weaknesses and fears; Kevin/Nivek has a very kind heart. His sister's means everything to him, and that is why he can have a hard time if he is up against younger opponents. Because they might remind him of his sisters. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"]Kevin was born in a little village outside of London. His parents worked out in the field, for a farmer and he was already helping when he was very little. He had two twin little sisters, that was 5 years younger than him. Kevin had a very precious relationship to his parents and sisters, and he helped a lot. The two sisters loved when he wanted to play with them, their favorite game was hide and seek. Kevin was always the seeker. Every day when it was time to bed, Kevin had to read a story to his sisters, because his parents still was working. The sister’s favorite story was about a magical world where dragons and fairies was living, and elves and dwarf were fighting. Kevin´s little sisters would always talk about how they would be great mages and would have their own fairies as companions. After Kevin had read the story so many times, he caught on to the idea about being a mage, He thought that it actually could be pretty cool. Kevin also had a sport that he really loved. When he wasn’t playing with his little sisters, or helping his parents in the field. Kevin would run away into the woods, where he would pick up a stick, and start to swing it around. Kevin had always admired knights and he would really like to learn how to use a sword, that’s why he would run away and fight with himself in the woods. When Kevin turned 16 years old, he had to move to the city, because he was starting at a new and big school. His parent had given him a new computer, that he could use for all his school work, and he started living in an apartment, which the school had provided. After a couple of months Kevin was out shopping with some of his friends, soon it was his sister’s birthday, so he needed a gift for them, Kevin hadn’t seen them in a long time, and he kind of missed them. Kevin went into a store that sold books and games, he was thinking about finding a new book that he could read for his sisters. He found a book about a girl who ended up in a magical world, and had to find her way home. Kevin remembered that his sisters loved this kind of stories. When Kevin was standing in line to buy the book, a game caught his eyes and he went near it to take a look. The game was titled “Elder Tale”. Kevin had never really played a computer game, actually he never really had a computer until he started attending to the new school. He read the back of the game, it kind of reminded him of the stories he used to tell his sisters, just like the new book. It was a fantasy universe with monsters and magic. Kevin started to remember when his sisters were still smalll, and how he used to tell them stories and play hide and seek with them. Kevin decided that when he was done with school, he would return home, and then he would buy a copy of the game, so his sisters also could play, and then they could all play together. When Kevin came back to his apartment, he had to prepare the gift for his sisters. He wrapped the book, so it was ready for his little sisters. When he was done he decided to try and play the game he bought. He opened the box and started to install it. He heard a faint *pling* and heard the login screen music play in the background. |

However, it remains a quite popular strategy among those who willingly sacrifice stability and defense for a little boost in DPS. It is such that Swashbucklers are primarily the class type that specializes in dual-wielding and thus has the most compatible skills for this purpose. The Ambidexterity skill passively lifts the dual-wielding penalty from equipping two one-handed weapons or two shields. This skill does nothing for a Swashbuckler, since they already possess a beginner skill which does the same purpose. [attr="class","skill"]Spellwalk: A toggle skill that allows a character to cast a spell without forcing them to remain immobile during the spell's casting duration. It is an excellent skill to take for those who prefer an on-the-go strategy or at least a less vulnerable position. When the character moves while casting a spell, their movement speed is halved. This speed penalty decreases to 40% at Level 30, 25% at Level 60, and 10% at Level 90. [attr="class","skill"]Inferno Strike: Elemental enchantment. The Sorcerer enchants a weapon with the flame element, causing it to glow red and release occasional small embers. A target struck by the weapon at this time can be ignited with a Burn status effect, causing minor damage every time the character attacks or uses an active skill for 10 seconds. Because of the direct hit necessary to activate this skill, it is a slightly risky strategy. This skill has a casting time of 4 seconds, a duration of 300 seconds, and a cooldown of 60 seconds. If this skill is used on a weapon that is already affected by an elemental enchant, the previous elemental enchantment is overwritten. [attr="class","skill"]Toxicity Tolerance: Pharmacists have developed a certain resistance around drugs. This skill can be toggled to make a pharmacist immune to status debuffs caused by potions. Additionally, they passively recover twice as fast from Poison and Mind status effects. [attr="class","skill"]Concoction: Using their knowledge of herbs and natural remedies, the apothecary is able to treat others. The load time for this skill is ten seconds, and the target's HP is restored by 10%. Any physical status effects will also be cured. Due to a risk of possible toxicity effects, Concoction cannot be used on the same target more than once per thread. [attr="class","h3"]Equipment [attr="class","b2"] [attr="class","skill"]Armor: Starter Cloth Armor: A basic set of cloth armor made from cheap fabric. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. [attr="class","skill"]Right Hand: Starter Long Sword: A sword with a prominent shape designed for cutting. A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. [attr="class","skill"]Left Hand: Starter Dagger: A small knife often used as a tool when it isn't used in battle. A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can.
