Appearance Marquise stands at an abnormal six foot two inches, making him a rather tall assassin. He gives off an aura of effeminate, nobility with his flawless alabaster skin and delicate figure. He has a muscular build that is shown through his sculpted body, but is easily concealed through any clothing he wears. Marquise's facial features appear sly, with narrowed cyan eyes and cat-like pupils. His royal blue hair is in a 'well-attended to ' style with his fringe flowing only adds to his gentle appearance. Marquise does have a few distinct features that sets him out in a crowd and it isn't his races features. Marquise purposely hides his Race of Ritual markings under his clothing. It doesn't really fit the style he goes for. What sets him out in a crowd is that it looks like he wears make up, but really its his Race of ritual markings. Marquise's markings are violet eye shadow which makes his cyan, cat eyes and royal blue hair shine. Marquise's eyelashes are rather long and thick, which only adds to his beauty. He wears a head band with two tassels hanging on the right side of his head. Marquise likes to add to effeminate image by dressing in thick, kimono type garments. | Personality Marquise is a true idealists, always looking for the hint of good in even the worst of people and events, searching for ways to make things better. While he may be perceived as calm, reserved, or even shy, Marquise has an inner flame and passion that can truly shine. The risk of feeling misunderstood is unfortunately high for Marquise, but when he finds like-minded people to spend his time with, the harmony he feels will be a fountain of joy and inspiration. Marquise is idealistic and seeks harmony between all his friends and guild mates. A live-and-let-live attitude comes naturally to Marquise, and he dislikes being constrained by rules. Marquise gives the benefit of the doubt too, and so long as his principles and ideas are not being challenged, he will support others' right to do what they think is right. Marquise is very creative, passionate, dedicated, and hard-working. Unfortunately, he can be too idealistic, too altruistic, and honest. Marquise often take challenges and criticisms personally, rather than as inspiration to reassess his position. Avoiding conflict as much as possible, Marquise will put a great deal of time and energy into trying to make every party happy, forgetting about himself in the process. Marquise is private, reserved and self-conscious. This makes him notoriously difficult to really get to know, and his need for these qualities contributes to the guilt he often feels for not giving more of himself to those he cares about. |

Biography
Marquise's real name is Hadrian Valtus. He is a new noble family within the United Kingdom. His family seat is in North Shire and up until recently his title wasn't much. He was the son of an Earl. There was no mother in picture, she didn't make it though child birth. He was brought about in the manner of nobility. Since there aren't to many parties that a son of an Earl gets invited to, Hadrian spent his time going about town, counties and wasting time being a well-mannered boy-young man playing video games.
During the his homeschooling Hadrian was given a few choices of a profession. He would pick a profession and his father would hire an expert to come in and teach Hadrian the trade. Hadrian wanted to be an architect. As Hadrian grew up, he was able to travel around Yorkshire and the surrounding counties. The different buildings old and new, struck a cord with him. He wanted to revitalize an era of art within construction. So after his tutelage came to an end, Hadrian was caught between two paths. The first was to start reconstructing Yorkshire in his image and go to Oxford to further his education.
Hadrian Valtus decided to go to Oxford. While he was at Oxford, Hadrian didn't seem to get along with any of the other students. It could of been because he was home schooled or because he just didn't feel the need to. One day when he was done eating in the cafeteria, he saw on the notice board an ad for a student group of Elder Tale. It was the game he played when he was younger but never go into because he didn't have anyone to play with. Hadrian took the ad for himself and made his way to his dorm where he bought the expansion packs, downloaded and installed the game. He brought out all his old gear and joined up with the Oxford Elder Tale group.
Hadrian eventually graduated and all his friends stopped playing Elder Tale. Once again he was alone. He returned home to Oxford, began an architecture firm and started revitalizing Yorkshire. He spent his days designing and building and his nights playing Elder Tale. That was until he started over when the new expansion came out.

EQUIPMENT
Left Arm Apprentice Grimoire: A one-handed apprentice’s book of spells designed for novice mages, made out of cheap materials. Doesn’t particularly have too many pages, but it is better than nothing. If used by a magic class, you get the ability to shoot a basic magic attack with a range of 2 meters. | Armor Starter Cloth Armor: A basic set of cloth armor made from cheap fabric. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. | Right Arm |

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Sorcerer
Spellwalk: A toggle skill that allows a character to cast a spell without forcing them to remain immobile during the spell's casting duration. It is an excellent skill to take for those who prefer an on-the-go strategy or at least a less vulnerable position. When the character moves while casting a spell, their movement speed is halved. This speed penalty decreases to 40% at Level 30, 25% at Level 60, and 10% at Level 90.
Serpent Bolt: A spell that shoots an initial blue-purple lightning bolt toward a target. However, rather than discharging entirely on the target on contact, the lightning remains as static energy. For 30 seconds at about 3-second intervals, the electricity arcs away from the target to damage and stun any other nearby enemies. As a result, it serves as a slight deterrent against defensive formations. Although this spell has a fairly long cooldown time, it has a fast casting speed and is often favored for use at the beginning of a battle. Because the target used to channel the electricity is not damaged by the spell, many Sorcerers also tend to cast it on themselves or a teammate as a supportive offense. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Orb of Lava: A ranged Fire-element magic that hurls a fist-sized orb of lava onto enemies. This lava ball bounces across enemy targets, dealing damage on impact. Since this skill is Fire-based, this is very effective against enemies weak against fire. One well-known trait of this skill is that it does not affect allies during combat, making it a popular skill among players. Orb of Lava causes a Burn debuff on the target for 10 seconds, slightly reducing their HP every time the character attacks or uses an active skill. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 5 seconds.
Level 4 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 4.
Level 7 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 7.
Level 10 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 10.
Level 13 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 13.
Level 16 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 16.
Level 19 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 19.
Level 22 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 22.
Level 25 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 25.
Level 28 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 28.
Level 31 Tier II Skill: A skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. The skill may be either a Tier I or II skill. Unlocked at Level 31.
Roleplay Class: Scholar
Evaluate: This skill allows the scholar to gain additional details about the enemy. While most players can access an interface that shows the monster's name, level, current HP, and current MP, the scholar obtains an additional interface when this skill is used. It has a one second cast time and one second cooldown time. The target's elemental weaknesses and a brief summary of their skills will be made available to the Scholar any time they access the target's interface.
Crafting Class: Artisan
Carving: Toggle skill. Artisans have a certain affinity with carving stone, making their normal artistic talents not to be underestimated in battle. Artisans deal 20% more damage to Rock-type monsters. They can also ignore defense buffs on Rock-type monsters.
