Ryuu was conscripted to create two things for a man he had met once named Shaz. While he was not very fond of him because of his reckless attitude he called ‘courage’ Ryuu knew that business was business. Ryuu was out and about in the market, purchasing supplies for his next few projects he had undertaken. Since the items he was creating were rather easy to make. Since the recipes were in his menu already, it taught him how to make it. Thankfully, since this has become the real world, customization was quite easy.
Ryuu eyed the materials that he was picking up. While they were level 1 materials, he still chose the best of quality, even if he didn’t like the person he was making it for. After obtaining the material, it was necessary to dye it. He remembered that Shaz wanted a black Beanie, and in order to do so he needed to extract the correct type of black dye from a special mineral called yellow ochre and two plants called the pinon tree and the three-leaved sumac. They weren’t difficult to find, but he knew that if he had to venture into the forest to find them, he’d have to fight some beasts to get to them. Alas, it did not matter. He was ready to face the adversities ahead, to take on what boars or bees protected his dye materials. He was a man who would fulfill the request given to him. This was his duty, this was his goal. The next part of the ordeal was gaining dyes so that he could dye the materials black. With little effort in disposing of the boars and the other creatures that existed nearby, he was able to get to his ingredients with ease. The mineral and plants that he needed were somewhat easy to find, since they could be found in London. After taking out a pistol and mortar, Ryuu placed everything in the mortar and began grinding it. The mixture became a fine black powder that was able to be used as a dye when put in water. He added twice as much water as there was dye in order to allow for the soaking process to begin. It was a rather tedious process, but it needed to be done. He set the pot up and soaked the materials in the mixture. He’d have to set it there for a few hours, so Ryuu decided to take a stroll.
While Ryuu was strolling along the road, he was thinking of other things, mostly of how his friends were doing. He really wanted to go out, but he was cooped up in his workshop where he knew he’d have to finish his items as soon as possible. It was quite unfortunate that he had to be here, waiting for the dye to finish dyeing. After a good rest and getting some good eats, Ryuu returned to his home and removed the fabrics to allow to dry, which would take another 2 hours, and so more rest time for him.

He set the materials he had bought from the market on his table. His first item he was about to make was a beanie. Ryuu took out a piece of paper and a pencil in order to draw out what the beanie would look like. While he was not a scribe, the Tailor subclass allowed him enough drawing skills to depict what his product would look like. It would be a rough outline of what it was to look like. Ryuu began drawing the pattern on the black cotton he had bought earlier for the project. With each contour and line of the beanie being drawn, he could only note of how hipster and ugly the beanie was, but the style of said beanie was not his problem. He was simply a means to an end for the man who wanted it.
Ryuu left lots of cotton to get the slouch look of the beanie. With the sewing, he sewed with black seems and made the whole thing jet black, making sure that it was up to specifications. He had the size of the head that would wear it, so he adjusted the opening and beganto sew the beanie from the inside so that the seam would not be seen by the public. He stitched certain parts to make the hat into a bowl shaped beanie with a longer top so that it would droop a little when worn normally. He eyed the product that he had just made and nodded at its completion. It was finished. OOC NOTES: 257 words
