(Legend: "Haneroze's thoughts" / Actions / (Out of Character) )
(Conditions for joining: Level lower than 20. 2 slots out of 2 filled)
(Current worn hair accessory: Sky Ribbon: A simple sky-blue ribbon. It is meant to be attached close to the ears and form a bow on the back of the head.)
Before exiting the Safe zone, Haneroze opened her inventory interface and made all her brand new weapons appear. There was a scimitar, a staff and a bow. She attached the scimitar's sheath to the left side of her ribbon belt, attached the quiver to the other side of the ribbon belt, placed the bow on two hanging ribbons behind her back and attached holds for her staff on extremities of the ribbon. She tried swift movements, to see if anything would fall, but everything was tight enough. So she nodded in satisfaction, picked her staff and walked out of town.
Fighting her way through the forest's beginner monsters, she arrived at the flower grove. She wanted to do some weapon practice, but she felt the forest was no good, due to all the obstacles. The Grove was more likely to fit her needs, as there was a lot more space, and monsters were of her level.
She walked on the highest ground she could see nearby, and watched around. She could see various monsters spread throughout the fields. But her goal was a good enough space, and she found one, a lonely tree that wasn't surrounded by tall flowers. She memorized the path that looked the safest, and walked it down.
The walk went without trouble, she did not attack any monsters and stood clear of those that could possibly have attacked. However, upon arriving close to the tree, she saw there was a green slime.
"Did he just move in? Else than this slime, this place looks good. I guess I'll clear the place before starting."
She pointed it with her Index and Major. "Evaluate!". A window appeared, revealing it was a level 7 Green Slime, and other information she already knew about slimes. Having fought many already, she knew their pattern and how to dodge, so she did not feel the need to use her shield spell. Instead, she walked toward the slime, raising her left arm with her Thumb, Index and Pinkie lifted. "Divine Subjugation!".
As soon as the spell was cast on herself, Haneroze dashed toward the slime that sensed her presence and bashed it with her buffed staff without stopping her run. Without turning back, she stepped to the side, dodging an incoming projectile attack. She followed with two strikes, then backstepped as soon as the slime started attacking, dodging his attack. Keeping a distance, she waited until the Slime started his projectile attack, at which point she approached diagonally, dodging the attack and thrusting the slime with her staff. It then disappeared as Haneroze was preparing herself for another strike.
"Killing with this updated staff is much faster! It would probably have taken only 3 hits with my Sword?"
She looked around to see if any monster got closer, but it seemed safe. She turned toward the tree, sheathing her staff and taking out her bow and an arrow.
"It's been a while I haven't done archery. Let's see."
She placed her arrow and pulled the string, aiming for the center of the tree. Feeling the wind, she aimed a bit toward her right. Sure of the stability, she released her grip on the string and arrow, watching it fly and plant itself to the right side of the tree.
"Still have a nice feel of archery, and I did pick the perfect bow for me."
She picked another arrow, then readjusted her aim. Firing that arrow, it ended a bit upward her target point. She continued her practice, firing three more arrows that also ended close to her target point.
"This will be good for now. In the future, I'll most likely have to practice quick drawing and shooting while both me and my target are moving. That's going to get hard."
She walked to the tree, picking back her arrows and placing them back in her quiver. She also shealthed back her bow and picked her sword.
"The blacksmith, Pyre, talked about a sword being an extension of the arm. I'm unsure what exactly he means by that, maybe it will be easier to understand after some practice."
Facing away from the tree, she started practicing various attacks. Any attack idea that passed her mind. A regular swing, a stab or swing to reach the farthest possible, a spin swing to reach a target that would be behind her, trying to block an incoming attack. There wasn't a definite pattern, she was just trying to get used to the weapon.

Black-Actions Blue-Thoughts Red-Said
Tsukiyomi looked around, he was curious about this place. He was transfixed to the beauty of the castle. Tsukiyomi loved the nature of this place. He the breeze blow by, and inhaled deeply.
“What was that?”
Tsukiyomi grew a little intuition after being attacked by so many slimes. He sensed something, but just couldn’t put a finger on it. He decided to explore. He unsheathed his pathetic starter katana, and pressed forward cautiously. He was walking closer to the castle, when…
He heard a large rustling in the distance.
What? Maybe I should check out whatever sound that was?
Tsukiyomi bolted in the direction of the sound. He quickly closed in on a clearing. He silently approached as he tightened his grip on his weapon. He walked closer the clearing. He observed a woman with long white hair. She was about 5’3 or so. She was checking her equipment, and then she noticed a slime. Tsukiyomi was still hiding in the bush. The woman bashed that slime.
Ouch! That looked like that hurt. Hmm... she used a spell without even chanting it. Wait that looks like Divine Subjugation. She used divine subjugation, so that makes her a Shaman like me. That spell was for more offensive play styles. So…… she’s awesome! Wait should I approach her? Wait are those ears pointed? So she is an elf.
“Heek…” Tsukiyomi covered his mouth as an arrow went deep into the trunk of the tree next to him.
Tsukiyomi closed his eyes and feared that she had noticed him. After about a minute he opened his eyes again.
“Phew” she didn’t notice me. I’ve had too many scares in one day. Ok now just silently slip away.
Tsukiyomi turned around and took a step. He stepped on tree branch. SNAP! Oh no!

ITTOU SENSO Grinding the Edges
Zantetsuken Race/ Human Samurai, Lv. 1 48% HP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| 73% MP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| Status/ Recovering
Slowly, he was starting to get used to how things work around here. Starting to get familiar with the body he's in. Sure he looked almost identical to his real self physically, but the feeling just weren't the same. Perhaps it was the Samurai's stats that'd played some factor with the way his body would move. Ittou then concluded that he'll have to keep practicing even when his level increases, for he believed the stats would also be changing, forcing one to familiarize themselves with it all over again. But what he'd not realized however, was the fact that his body would remember what he'd performed. Every skills and reflexes were somewhat stored in one of those tabs in the interface. Something like that memory actions thingy where one's attack was already pre-planned. Or the sorts.
Staring into the eyes of the two level four Young Pittered Boars, Ittou unconsciously smirked, confident that he could handle them both like he always had before. So when Boar A made a move for him, the Samurai too charged forward but only to sidestep and let it pass before he delivered his attack, a vertical chopping motion to the back of its' neck. Then, he quickly turned to face the other Boar. His feet now shoulder-width apart as his stance was brought lower. The katana in his right hand pointed in the opposite direction from where he was watching. He'd done this Ace Move so many times now that he didn't realize how quickly he was in that mode now compared to the first activation.
"DENKOSEKKA!!!" he exclaimed, emitting a barrier of electrifying aura before he dashed forward and inflicted a couple of damage without making an attempt to dodge the targeted foe's retaliation.
He first struck at it horizontally, stopping it in its' track before he delivered a diagonal slash upward. Ignoring the two single hit attack from both of them, he finished the damaged boar with a vertical chop to its head, earning himself some drops of gold coins before he turned to deal with the other. And just as he'd calculated, the duration for his Ace Move ended right then. As the boar swung its snout at the Samurai, he slid his footings across the ground, dodging the attack before he initiated a swing of his blade as well, forcing the boar's head the other way. There was a pause in his motion then yet Ittou didn't panic like how he was before. Instead, he now use that slight delay to plan his next strike. Expertly, he swirled the weapon by twisting his wrist before he brought the blade back down at the enemy, felling it in that return blow.
Ittou then sheathed his katana and headed for the main road where he could see both sides of the field better as well as recover his health. From the corner of an eye, he spotted some movements. It was somewhat elegant. Graceful. The way she was dressed however suggested that her class might not be one who wields the swords. But there she was, swinging the blade under a lonesome tree like some master swordsman in one of those action-packed movies. Somehow, mesmerized in a way, Ittou stopped in his track, sat down on the ground and continued watching like a Samurai Warlord observing another in a duel.
Interesting... Is she locked in combat with an invisible enemy..? Or is she simply practicing?

Haneroze continued her practice until she heard a tree branch snap. She had heard a sound previously, but she thought it was her imagination. She sighed as she stopped her practice.
"Seems like I attracted some attention... What should I do?"
She looked shyly toward the Samurai she noticed earlier, clearly only there to observe as he had sit on the ground, not even trying to hide his presence. She then looked toward the tree, seeing a man that seemed to be trying to sneak away.
"They don't seem to mean any harm, but... I'm feeling uneasy with their presence... That man behind the tree, I think he'll be leaving, but that Samurai..."
Haneroze looked back at the Samurai, hoping he'd take his leave. But she was unsure what kind of reaction that man would have, or if he would even react.

“Brr…” Tsukiyomi felt a shiver crawl down his back. He knew the Shaman woman had noticed him. He resolved himself and turned around and approached the Shaman, while he was approaching he felt the Shaman was distracted.
She didn't even bother to pay attention to me. (T.T) If I’m going to meet her let it be a bang. I didn’t practice Shakespearean for nothing.
He walked up and boldly took the lady’s hand.
“Prithee thou art marry beautiful. Thy swordsmanship anon impresses me. Allowith this knave to ask a humble favor ere you. Jest not I ere you. Thy purest hair, shine brightest ere the moonlit sky. Thy face like the dawn of day. Thy eyes the deepest green. Thou art in all of this land, the purest maiden to walkith here. Prithee allowith this knave to accompany you.” “Please, you are indeed beautiful. Your swordsmanship right now impresses me. Allow this foolish man to ask a favor before you. Joke not I before you. Your purest hair, shines brightest before the moonlit sky. Your face like the dawn of day. Your eyes the deepest green. You are in all of this land, the purest maiden to walk here. Please allow this foolish man to accompany you”
Tsukiyomi felt that he might get slapped, but stood firm, and kissed the maiden’s hand.
“Hark hither, o fine lass. I beseech thee to givith thy name, for to make naught my effort vain.” “Listen here, o fine maiden. I ask you to give your name, for to make not my efforts in vain.”
Tsukiyomi looked into the maidens eyes and waited for her reaction.

ITTOU SENSO
Zantetsuken Race/ Human Samurai, Lv. 1 56% HP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| 80% MP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| Status/ Recovering
He'd flashed the girl with a warm and friendly smile when she'd looked his way, gesturing a gentle greeting then with a nod at her second glance. For a second there, Ittou saw HER -the young actress who'd got him into trying out this game and also the client in which he was tasked to protecting- in the female Shaman's place. He wondered then on how well that girl was doing. On whether she'd contacted the game's manufacturer or his company about the current situation. Frankly, he'd missed his job. He missed HER though he'll never admit it when asked. Inevitably, the Samurai felt like approaching the Adventurer before him and had thought of befriending her. Silently telling himself that perhaps he could relive that experience as a bodyguard in this world again.
But he knew not every girl would welcome such a person from a man they just met. He knew that there were a few out there who didn't like a man watching over them, protecting them. He understood how those type would have felt. Suffocation.
It wasn't until he saw the other figure appearing from behind the tree did he come to realize that he might be intruding the two. His first impression on the pair was, that they might have been a couple. The man probably resting while his girlfriend practiced nearby. Whether it was true or not, that's the kind of scene Ittou saw. However, when the man suddenly took the hand of the girl and recited what sounded like a play from Shakespear before kissing it, Ittou raised a brow.
Was he trying to make me feel jealous? Or is this considered normal here? Or was he spying on her? A.... stalker?
Sensing that his presence might disturb their moment together, the Samurai got up to his feet and bowed apologetically, "Pardon me, it wasn't my intention to come in between the two of you.." he paused while reading their expressions. "I thought the lady here was practicing and I was just wondering if I could join her in sharpening my moves as well," in reality, he wouldn't even bother speaking his thoughts and would rather leave the area without a word, but something about the atmosphere just didn't seem right. "I'm Zantetsuken. Zante or Zan for short.. Again, my apology.. I shall get going then," said the Samurai.
It was true that he'd imagined seeing himself standing a safe distance away from the Shaman girl with his own katana in hand. And just like her, he'll also being cutting the air around him. Slicing and thrusting as well as spinning the blade about himself. Perhaps even occasionally switching back and forth between a reverse hold and the norm.
He lingered for a moment longer, studying their next reaction. His attention especially on the male. Trained as a bodyguard to recognize the tell-tale signs a terrorist might give off in a crowd or if a client was under a threat, he'll most likely notice and come to figure out their relationship with each other.

The Samurai was not about to leave. He seemed to be enjoying watching her. Getting him to leave would be a lot of trouble. Haneroze started wondering if she should just continue practice, or go find another place. But then, she heard the other man approaching.
"I thought he was leaving... Why he is approaching? What's his intention?"
As she turned back toward the person approaching her, he suddenly grabbed her hand in a chevalresque way, and started praising her with a vocabulary of medieval times. Haneroze was startled by such a sudden declaration.
"W-w-what? Who is he? Why is he doing that? Has he fallen in love with me? But he seemed to want to get away a moment ago! What is going on? Is this a dream? No, it's certainly not!"
Then, suddenly, the man kissed her hand. Haneroze was further startled, and turned red, not really understanding what he said right after. And to make matters worst, the Samurai spectated all of it, and seemingly understood they were both lovers. She swiftly shook her head left and right, stepping away from the man that kissed her hand and looking away from both of them.
"Why is this happening? I.. I don't know what to do!"

Tsukiyomi looked at the woman, she seemed perplexed by the situation, so he decided to start the conversation.
“I am sorry if I overwhelmed you, but the beauty of your form, the strength in your strikes, the magnificence of your style. Your astounding figure could not be described in such normal language. Please miss, I beg your pardon. Please allow me to add you to my friend list.”
Tsukiyomi stood up and looked into the girl’s emerald eyes and smiled. He used his hand and sent the girl a friend request. He waited for a reply. It seemed that a boar was running in this direction. Tsukiyomi just said, “Holy Banishment” and the boar ran away. He looked into the girls shining green eyes again. He was a little nervous. Tsukiyomi had never really had much friends, nor any experience in talking with girls.
I thought girls liked when guys talked like that. I mean that’s why they like romance so much right? Was that coming on a little too strong? I didn’t want to shock her. Maybe I went a little too far. That was also kinda embarrassing. (≥o≤) Well I hope she doesn’t think I was a creep spying on her. I mean I still haven’t made a friend since being trapped here. What luck, being trapped here at Lvl1. (T.T) Hopefully she won’t hate me.
When he looked at her, he noticed status bar next to her and. he saw her name.
"How embarrassing for me to forget. Sorry, and how rude of me. I still haven’t introduced myself, my name is Tsukiyomi. Named after the Japanese Goddess of the Moon. I see you your name is Haneroze. Such an elegant name. If I may, allow me to call you Roze-san?”
He looked into her unwavering eyes, the confidence he had faltered, and he blushed a little, still waiting for a reaction. He then noticed the samurai in the side. He seemed conflicted on wether he should leave or not.
Wait, did he hear all that I said, O god that's soo embarassing.
Tsukiyomi then grew a deeper shade of red.

Zantetsuken Race/ Human Samurai, Lv. 1 64% HP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| 88% MP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| Status/ Recovering
Awkward. That's what Ittou could say about the scene before him. He shouldn't have approached them. But he'd to make sure the dude wasn't harassing the girl. By the looks of it, the male Shaman have no ill intent. It was merely a flirting gesture, and not the sorts of a romantic moment between a couple like he'd earlier assumed. Still, his presence there didn't quite make the scenario any less embarrassing than it already was. He'd best leave this two alone. The last thing he'd wanted was to get in between them and disrupt the dude's courting rituals. Smiling, Ittou nodded to the man and turned around, excusing himself from the site and sparing the girl further discomfort. It wasn't in his attention to put her in that situation.
Walking back to the main road and then towards the field on the other side, the Samurai drew his katana from his sheath. The surroundings may not have been as theatrical as the one the female Shaman have chosen, but it'll serve his purpose just the same nonetheless. Momentarily, he shut his eyes and pictured an image of a man. When he opened his eyes, Ittou became serious. His facial expression focused on the imaginary shadow of a man which his mind had projected. Slowly, they split into two and then a couple more, giving him the impression of being surrounded by some shadowy entity. It was one of his practice back in the real world as a bodyguard. One of the few methods he'd used when training.
With a good distance between him and the couple by the lonely tree, he thought they'll soon come to learn of his intention when he'd approached them. That what he'd said about training with the girl was legit.
Getting himself into a low stance, he prepared himself for a duel against the four imaginary foes. The foremost shadow dashed towards him, thrusting a shadowing blade towards his torso where the Samurai immediately sidestepped and delivered a horizontal slash across the abdomen. His movements didn't stop there however as he instantly engage the next target behind the first. Using the momentum of his first strike, the man made a return cut, aiming for the neck. The flow from one attack to the other was fluid. Poetry in motion.
It would be obvious to any onlooker that he was a trained fighter in the real world. Of course in this world, such a skill couldn't quite be utilized during combat. He was aware of this during his first encounter with those Slime. That there would be a delay between one action to the next. But despite those facts, it wouldn't hurt to keep practicing oneself with the blade for who knows what one might achieve or learn by it. In reality, if the four shadows were real, they would be long dead. But here, for training sake, they were invincible.
Unconsciously, Ittou was smirking.
He wasn't aware that he was standing somewhat majestically with his gaze lowered to the ground where the long grey hair danced in the wind behind him. His posture was also quite intimidating. And the aura he'd emitted would appear to like that given off by a villainous character.

The man did not stop his praisings despite that she looked away. Still unsure how to deal with him, she saw a friend request of a man named Tsukiyomi appear as he asked permission to add her to his friend list. She stared at it, without taking any choice.
"Already sending a friend request? This is... way too fast... What exactly does he want?"
She then noticed the man named Tsukiyomi used a spell on a coming boar, a spell named Holy Banishment. It sounded like a Cleric spell, but she didn't remember seeing anything like that when reading over the skills of that class. She looked toward the man for a moment, before looking back to the friend request. Tsukiyomi then made his introductions.
"I... feel like this is a bad idea. Is he just here for flirting? But then, why was he sneaking away? It feels like... He's not being himself. I want to really know him before I accept his request!"
Haneroze pressed the Decline button on the request. She then looked at the man with an embarassed yet determined look, before stepping away, looking away from him. Noticing at the same time the other man wasn't there anymore.
"I will not become friend with someone I know nothing of! If you really are in love with me, then please be yourself!"

Tsukiyomi waited for a reaction. The woman named Haneroze still seemed perplexed by the situation. She looked at the request and quickly pressed a button. Tsukiyomi smiled a little, thinking she accepted the request, but when he looked at his friend list it was still at 1.
Ehh…….., why? I mean nii-sama said that’s how you talk to girls. This is quite the perplexing situation, what should I do?
Haneroze looked at Tsukiyomi straight at his eyes, as if challenging him to reveal his true self.
What is this woman, her eyes are fierce, it like a fire burning into my soul. As if she is about to eat me whole. What a woman, I’ve never met a woman with such a strong will such as her’s. Maybe she saw through my act. I mean, I didn’t really want to act that way, nii-sama lied to me! Yosuke nii-sama wa baka! My soul just shed a tear. How embarrassing. Oh, it seems the samurai left. Wonder what he was doing here in the first place, well whatever. I guess since she saw through me, it time to confess.
While twiddling his fingers, Tsukiyomi started speaking.
“Sorry to so..k” “Ow, ow, I bit my tongue.”
Tsukiyomi looked at Haneroze and then looked down, clearly scared. He continued speaking.
“Sorry to shock you, it wasn’t my intention, it was just Yosuke nii-sama told me that the best way to talk to girls was. I didn't think that would be so embarrassing. I was truly impressed by your skill, I just wanted to know if we could form a party. I’m really sorry, so... can we party together? Please?”
He looked back at her emerald green eyes and waited for her to say something.
Wait come to think of it, she hasn't said a word since this encounter. Did I really shock her that bad? I mean it was just Shakespeare that Yosuke nii-sama and I practiced together.
Still looking into her eyes, Tsukiyomi waiting for a reaction.

ITTOU SENSO
Zantetsuken Race/ Human Samurai, Lv. 1 80% HP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| 100% MP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| Status/ Recovering
While he was at it, practicing with the blade against the imaginative opponents, Ittou thought he should try a couple of combination with what he was equipped with. Let's see how smoothly this would feel, he'd wondered. With that, he retrieved the Beginner Grimoire book from his side and held it in his left hand. At that point of time, if he was dressed in something more relaxed, non armored he probably would look like a cross between a sword instructor and a high school tutor. A pair of glasses on his face would complete that image though.
Ittou then began his next training phase. He extended the left hand and opened the book, reciting the written spell which most non-spell-caster -without the Scribe class- could do. As soon as he did so, a swirling ball of light materialized before him. He shot it towards the first imaginary target and immediately dashed forward, chasing after it. In his mind, the spell landed true but in reality, it blasted a chunk of earth with a loud bang. Ittou then launched a consecutive strike with the weapon in his master hand, slicing horizontally on the same target before slashing diagonally on the one right next to it. With the momentum of his move, he turned around and crouched low, ducking under a shadow's attempt at decapitating him. Reflexively, he brought the Grimoire close to its face and blast another shot of basic spell towards it. Again, in his mind, it was a hit. In reality however, the ball of yellow orb was hurled skyward for about a couple of meters from the Samurai before it vanished into thin air.
He continued to move. Like the stream of a river, fluid and consistent but carrying with it a strong current capable of sweeping those foolish enough to attempt crossing it. Effortlessly, he swirled the katana with a flick of his wrist and then delivered what looked like an elbow strike to one's rib beside it, ultimately burying the pointy end of the blade into one's stomach. Ittou then stepped away and finished the shadow off with another blast of spell, causing yet another tear on the ground's surface. He then stopped moving and ran through the whole session again mentally. Evaluating. Analyzing.
It felt smooth. Flawless. But he wasn't sure how well it'll go in actual combat. Would he be able to initiate them properly? Would there be delays between each execution again even after he'd chained his attack between both melee and magic attack?
Taking a moment to breath, he turned towards the tree where the couple of Adventurers he'd earlier saw were. The man stretched his neck to see beyond the main road. They were still there. But it didn't look like they're training. He then smirked, almost grunting at those two. Amused at the ways the young ones these days would do to make a friend. His era would have been different. In a way that it'll be less embarrassing, that's for sure.
Quite exhausted now, Ittou sat on the ground cross legged. Whether or not they'd realized he was still within their vicinity, he wasn't really sure. But he felt like he might wrap things up for today and be on his way like he said he would. Maybe he'll do just that after another mental run on another set of attack.

Still looking away, Haneroze awaited a reaction from this person named Tsukiyomi. However, he was not speaking nor moving. Whatever he was thinking now, Haneroze was certain she made an effect on him.
"What will he do now? I don't believe he'll continue his act. Will he speak to me normally, or will he leave? Ah, I hope he's not the kind to get angry easily..."
That last thought made her feel more uneasy, but she was sure he didn't have any weapon drawn, so she'd hear him should he try to attack. Then suddenly, the man started apologizing yet messed up early. Haneroze was reassured, and smiled, before shily turning back to the man.
"So that's what it was. It was sweet, but the timing was creepy. What kind of life has he lived, thought, for never having talked with girls?"
The man then asked for a party. It was a proper request, however Haneroze wasn't sure, and showed her hesitation by rising her head with her index under. She did not feel ready for fighting monsters yet. She wanted to do some outside of battle training before trying to fight with her new arsenal.
She turned her arm toward Tsukiyomi with her index finger pointing upward as to say "wait a minute", turned to her left, then picked her scimitar with both hands and doing a slash up-to-down, like the typical Kendo training move. She then turned her head toward the man, hoping he'd understand what she wants.

Tsukiyomi looked at the woman, waiting, she seemed to be satisfied with his answer, and she then proceeded to draw her sword. She slashed it forward, a simple kendo move. Not sure what her actions are trying to say, this confused Tsukiyomi greatly. He wondered if he should also unsheathe his sword. He looked at Haneroze, with a weird look. He drew his sword. Then swung it down, mirroring her actions.
What is she trying to say? Why won’t she speak with me? She seemed to be shadow training few moments ago, wait does she want me to be her training partner? I’m so confused I don’t even know what’s going on. Wait does she not speak, or is she not willing to speak with me. This is quite the headache. I think I have some paper. Of course I have paper, I’m a scribe, if I didn’t have paper who would? Here we go, found it. Let me just hand this to Haneroze.
“I’m sorry for angering you, and I know your mad and won’t speak with me. But, writing isn’t speaking right?”
After writing, he handed it to Hanaroze with a smile.
“Please if you’re not going to say it, at least write it down for me ok? Tell me about yourself, I’m quite interested. For real. I mean, you just have such a mysterious aura around you. I still haven’t heard your voice yet. Write down what you want to say, if you aren’t going to talk at least, please?”

ITTOU SENSO
Zantetsuken Race/ Human Samurai, Lv. 1 100% HP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| 100% MP |||▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇| Status/ Fully Restored
As Ittou mentally revised his earlier executed attacks, the Samurai picked up a few things that might require looking into. What he discovered was, although he'd tried harmonizing both swordplay and magic attack in his art, Ittou learnt that it might drain a lot more of his mana than necessary. Especially since he's a Samurai, where he knew he didn't have much mana pool to begin with. And since the skills of a Samurai required quite the amount of it, the man just couldn't afford wasting it on small damage attack. He will have to keep the Grimoire in his inventory and just go with the blade in his hand. Perhaps, he might need to consider using a two handed weapon. Or maybe an upgraded one. Why then had he taken the Scribe if it weren't meant to be used on the book?
So he wouldn't get lost during one of his solo attempts, that's why.
Just as he'd expected when he started choosing which class he should use, Ittou predicted that he would be on his own in this world most of the time. Hence, he'd only got himself to rely on. That's one of the reasons he'd chosen the Scribe. Otherwise, he might have chosen a Blacksmith. But that wouldn't allow him freedom to venture into uncharted grounds and return to tell the rest of the Adventurers about it.
Sensing that his thoughts have somewhat gone astray, he shook his head and returned his focus to his practice. Two fingers raised before him as he pulled up the interface. He stared at the status section. Looking up at the digits on his life and mana. Then he scrolled down to look at the base strength, believing that at every level raised, the number will also increase. Same goes with the rest of his attributes; his dexterity, agility, intelligence and wisdom. No doubt these stats would play a major role at how powerful or fast he'll become.
Why do I even bother with the petty details now? Ittou suddenly wondered. It's because you can't take this lightly even though it is a game! The more you do, the further away your goal would be! His conscience argued. This is absurd!
For no apparent reason, the Samurai began to feel slightly annoyed. There were too many things to take note of and too many plans to follow. Life as a bodyguard was much more easier. Less complex than that of a gamer, thought Ittou. The truth was, Ittou wasn't sure if all the training and practice he'd been doing would in the end matter. Perhaps it was due to the fact that he already have a martial art background to begin with and so wouldn't notice how helpful the practice would be.
Within moments, all his theories prior to this day seemed to have gone out the window. He was conflicted. Irritated and impatient with finding the answers he'd been seeking that he started to feel like he was going crazy.
I shouldn't be wasting my time doing this! Ittou got up to his feet and stared over the field. I should be out there, engaging myself in battle and raise my level up quickly so I could find a way out of this place! He sheathed his weapon and turned his head around. But then... The Samurai studied the two Adventurer on the other side of the road. I might not be able to do this by myself.. Ittou told himself with a sigh. I need to calm myself down and come up with a better idea.. Thought the man before he walked up to the main road.
He stood there quietly for about half a dozen beat, looking at the two as they started waving their weapon in front of them. A standard Suburi, the repetitive stroking in the air with the weapon. Naturally, Ittou's gaze then dropped to their footwork, to see whether or not they'd included Shomen Uchi -the forward men(mask) strike- or Okuri Ashi -the slide stepping- into their move. They were the basics ways of Kendo. Ittou Senso had a few lessons back in the real world before he became a bodyguard, so that much, he knew what to look for and what they were.
They seemed to get along really nicely now, the Samurai noticed. And although he did feel the urge to join them, perhaps even to show them a couple of training sessions, Ittou just wasn't sure if he should. For one, he might revive that awkwardness about them once again. Two, he simply didn't want to intrude the youngsters as they did their things. He knew how some people preferred to be among friends of their own age and not mingle around with someone older. Despite of his younger appearance here, he thought they could tell that he's in his third decades when he started talking. So the Samurai concluded that he should leave them on their own and head back to the city. Perhaps their path might cross again in the near future and by then, he could only hope these two would recognize and approach him. Or at the very least, feel much comfortable around him. Slowly, he walked away.

(Legend: <Written text>) (You've written Hanaroze again '^' )
Haneroze watched as the man imitated her. She did not expect this reaction.
"What did he understand? That I wanted to train him? I... certainly don't have what it takes to teach him..."
Then, shortly after, he started writing on a small paper. Haneroze observed, puzzled by his actions.
"What is he doing now? I don't get this man. Does he misunderstands so easily?"
After he finished, Haneroze took the piece of paper. Quickly reading it, she sighed. Without waiting for him to finish speaking, she searched her bag for her Artisan drawing tools, and simply wrote: <I'm mute>. Then handed down to Tsukiyomi before stepping away and facing the tree from a good distance.
She wanted to practice weapon swapping. Changing fighting style the fastest possible, so that she could adapt as quickly as possible to any situation. Pointing the sword toward the tree, she shealthed it back, picked her bow on her back and readied and arrow as quickly as she could. She estimated the time she took to 4 seconds. She tried from bow to staff, then from staff to sword. However, she did it a bit too quickly for that last try, as her staff slipped off her hand and rolled on the ground.

Super Sorry about the lag!! My parents needed help at my family restaurant, and my rents basiclly worked me the whole weeked!
Oh, she’s mute, I wonder why, but I guess it’s not for me to ask. Well, so be it.
“So “Haneroze”, what is it you wanted to do?”
I’m still not sure what she wanted, maybe she wanted to practice weapon switching. That must be it!
Before Haneroze could react, “Hey you’re practicing weapon swapping, right? Ok, I know of the perfect place for us to spar!”
Hm… it seems that the samurai from before also went in that direction, I wonder if he also knows about the spot I’m talking about. He seems pretty chill, so I think he would be willing to share some of the clearing for Haneroze and I to spar. I don’t have any more weapons, so I’ll just help her practice. I have enough gold to buy one, but I’m saving up for my guild. Oh yeah, that friend I talked to you about was my guildmaster. I still haven’t really connected to my other guild mates yet. Did that samurai run to the clearing. He seemed to be walking straight towards it, so maybe.
“Let’s go!”
Tsukiyomi was excited and forgot all formalities and grabbed Haneroze’s hand and started to drag her along.

(I started thinking you had quit! Could you have dropped a PM? Also, Zantetsuken quit the thread, so it's your turn now)
Still holding her sword, Haneroze crouched to get her staff back. However, the moment she touched it, she felt a small shock on her hand, quickly taking her hand away from it.
"Ah! Is that what happens when we try to do something not allowed by the system? The staff being a two-handed weapon, the system does not allow me to hold both of these weapons at once? That limits the max speed I can switch at, then."
She sheathed her sword and picked her staff, then stood back up as Tsukiyomi wanted to confirm that she wanted to do weapon practice. She turned toward him and nodded. But then he said he knew a perfect place to spare. Haneroze slighty tilted her head, both in curiosity and doubt.
"A good place to spar? But this place is good already, no? What kind of place does he have in mind? Ah, maybe his place doesn't have any nearby monster spawns? That'd be perfect indeed."
Then, suddenly, the man grabbed Haneroze's hand before dragging her away. Surprised, she tried to look where he was heading to, then looked behind for two seconds toward the lone tree.
"How far is it, thought? I hope he doesn't drag me too far away..."

Sorry, I got tired and didn't mean for Zantetsuken to quit. I was lazy after work, and didn't pm you, so sorry.
Happily dragging Haneroze away, Tsukiyomi runs happily through the forest. Jumping over bushes, running past trees, and chattering away at Haneroze.
“Hey the place I was talking about is really cool. It has a wall around it, I think maybe it used to be a private school. Monsters have a hard time getting in so when we pass through the gate, make sure to lock it. It also is a safe place if you need to camp for the night. Ah, I see it just up ahead.”
Just as Tsukiyomi said, the flower garden cleared a little, and then there was a gate. Tsukiyomi stopped in front of the gate, and beckoned her to follow. He unlocked the gate and was walking through when,
Tsukiyomi abruptly stopped. He looked behind him and said, “I think we’ve got company!”
That’s weird, the animal seems clearly agitated, I didn’t think that it would attack us. It is normally docile. Hmm,,, wait was that the squishy things I thought I stepped on? Oh well, now’s not the time for thinking it’s coming.
“I’ll tank it, so can you support me. I don’t have any support skill. Let’s go!”
Swinging his katana, Tsukiyomi yelled “Divine Subjugation!” He made contact with the Boar A, and Boar B seemed to go for the attack. Tsukiyomi sidestepped, but was grazed by the tiny stub of its snout. “Holy Banishment!” This calmed them down a little and gave some time for Tsukiyomi to cast “Divine Subjugation” again, He slashed at Boar A once again, hoping to kill the weaker one first.
Ok scratch that, I’m not strong enough to tank. This one’s weaker so I think I can take care of it. That one is a higher level, and Haneroze is level 10, so it should be easy for her.
“Sorry, guess it was too hard for me to tank, so I’ll take care of this one, how about we divide and conquer. You can take that one, you’re a higher level, so it’ll probably be a piece of cake!”

(Actually, it was his exit post, so he warned me right after that he's out of the thread. After all, he was kind of... outside the thread already)
Haneroze listened to Tsukiyomi's description of the place. It did sound ideal, but he did not speak of the space. Being a school, she thought maybe the rooms were too small, but she supposed there could also be a huge room for the gym, or that there was more than enough space outside of it. Then she started seeing the place he was talking about. Arrived at the gate, she heard some steps behind while the man was unlocking the gate. Haneroze looked behind to see two bears that were ready to attack.
"Let's just finish with them quickly. We won't be fighting monsters after this, so I don't have to worry about cooldowns."
As soon as Tsukiyomi went on the offensive, Haneroze sheathed her staff and took out her sword. She then rose her left hand with the thumb, index and ring risen. "Divine Subjugation!". As she was casting it, the man, most certainly a Shaman too, said it probably was too much for him to tank. She sighed as she pointed the lower boar with her hand fully opened.
"Leaping Apricot Technique!"
She turned backward before disappearing in petals, then appeared directly behind the low level boar, slightly in the air. She then slashed the boar with a powerful falling vertical slash, taking away nearly all of its remaining health away.
Immediately after, she ran for the stronger boar. It had just started charging for Haneroze. "Not enough time for a spell, let's just attack!" She stopped running, waiting for the boar to approach. At the last moment, she sidestepped with a spinning slash, but the timing was a bit too soon and the slash missed.
"That strategy works better with a longer weapon like my staff."
As the boar was stopping and turning away, Haneroze immediately charged at it and attacked the boar's tusk, pushing with her other hand on the blade's side, essentially preventing the boar from attacking without stepping back.
