I wish to buy a property in the Avon River and to upgrade it to level 2 for 30K Situatied in a mountainous region near the Avon River.

I don't see room prices listed anywhere, but I will pay whatever price that is as well.
Description: Brewery is a process that can take many months to produce a high quality beverage. As such, it became necessary for the Dwarf to have a permanent dwelling to store some of his more secretive products. As such the house itself simply consists of two parts, a simple bungalow situated against the hillside containing all the basic essentials and the brewery and bathhouse both based behind the house through a short tunnel into the mountain itself.
