"Thank you Randee." Taking the offered knife, Nala began chopping up some apples, laying the slices on three plates along side the cheese sandwiches she had made prior. She could already hear her other two brothers arguing over who should go with her to the market. Smiling to herself, she went over and got a glass from the cabinet to pour the boys some water. Together, the four had banded together fix up a small house that would be their temporary home until they could find somewhere better separately. With only two beds for the moment, her brothers all opted to sleep in one while leaving the other to herself, though two just slept on dusty couches. They threw up a fuss each time she tried to take a couch instead, picking up the little fox-tail and moving her into a bed if they had to. It made her sigh, but smile at their protectiveness. So she had ended up taking on the motherly role of the house; keeping them out of trouble and preparing the food since she was the chef in the family.
Laying the plates and drinks out on the table, Nala called the other two in so they could sit and eat. "Wait, where's your plate?" one of them asked, giving her a suspicious look. Fidgeting, she gave the group a small smile, "I... was planning on going to the market while you all ate." Needless to say this caused an uproar within the group of boys, saying how at least one of them should go with her just in case something should happen. Casually leading them all to their seats one by one, Nala calmed the boys and got them each to take a sip of their drink. "Now, I'm a big girl-" They all shot her a look, glancing over her small stature with raised eyebrows, "You know what I mean! Anyway, I can take care of myself so just sit, eat, and I'll be back with some more ingredients before you know it alright?" Once she got hesitant nods out of them all, she smiled and went around to hug them before heading out the door with multiple promises to be safe.
Closing the door behind her, she let out a long sigh, her brothers meant well, she knew, but really! It was just shopping, what was the worst that could happen? She'd get kidnapped? Laughing lightly to herself, Nala grinned more and shook her head. Just looking up to the sky put her at easy about anything bad that could possibly happen to her. The day was sunny with just a few clouds drifting and blocking out the warm sunlight, with such a beautiful time of day, the worst she was expecting would have to be falling up some stairs again.
It wasn't like people just went around looking for people to murder in public view so she figured herself safe enough as she went off with thoughts about what to fix for her own lunch and dinner tonight. Although... obviously these thoughts didn't last long as her incredible sense of balance kicked in and had her tripping to face plant on the ground. "oooow..." It didn't really hurt, but what a way to start off her day without the boys around.

Twitch, twitch
twitch,
Her ears moved with a keen sense. Supernatural even, unhuman, otherworldly; with all the magical inclination involved. And with all this magical super sense gifted to the fox-tail by her race, there was only one thing Okami could do with it. "Hilarity sense, tingling!" Okay, so maybe it wasn't so much a super awesome power that let her hear the fairly loud crash in her general area. She could totally pretend it was, couldn't she? Of course she could. Who was going to tell her she couldn't? Serious people?
Unconcerned for the possible dangers, Okami pranced her way towards the source of the noise. She moved with all the grace of a maniacal, crazed woman on a mission. A mission to explore all the wonders and hijinks of the world, even if it wasn't consciously done. Curiosity killed the cat, they'd say, to which she'd grin and say good thing she picked fox-tail.
To her surprise, the sorcerer had stumbled across another fox-tail upon her arrival to the 'crash site'. One of the very, very few she'd met during her time in game. So, naturally, she was bound by her eternal need to make friends with everything that moved, multiplied by a hundred because fellow fox-tail, and homed right in on the poor girl. Okami couldn't just leave the poor thing there all alone on the ground, right? Right?
"Good day to you!" She said, practically bouncing on her feet. Okami hovered energetically over the fallen fox-tail, toothy grin showing for all to see. "Why are you on the ground? You didn't trip did you~?" The other fox-tail, from what Okami could measure out, seemed to be a fairly proportionate woman, blond haired with some lovely eyes to go with an innocent look if she had to guess. Just a guess. Based on cute stereotypes.

Stretched out on the ground, Nala pouted at the space below her, why did it have to want to hug her so badly that it grabbed her feet and have her trip out of no where? How rude, it could have just asked, she liked hugs, she would give things hugs readily enough. While she didn't plan on staying there on the ground all day long, Nala was there longer than expected, just moping on the ground until she suddenly heard another voice nearby. "Good day to you!" Glancing over and upward, she was met the the face of a pretty young pink haired girl, excitement clear as she bounced next to her.
For awhile, Nala just laid there staring at her, she had never seen someone with such a hair color before. It made her curious as to why pick such a color, this didn't last long though when she realized that she was staring at the other girl, "O-Oh um... yes, I believe I did!" A light shading of red colored her cheeks as she attempted to give the other an embarrassed grin. It probably had been too much for her to expect that no one had noticed the tumble or would react on it. Rolling onto her side, Nala pushed herself up and dusted off, taking care to keep her gaze downward until she felt the heat the first encounter left fade slightly from her features. "I'm sorry." She wasn't really sure what she was apologizing for, it wasn't like the girl had tripped her or anything. It just felt like one of those occasions that it was needed.
Inching her way over to the side, she pressed her back up against the side of a building to keep out of the others along with anyone elses way. The last thing she wanted was to be a bother standing in the way of everyone. With the world at a proper angle, Nala got a clearer look at the girl in front of her now. Like herself, she seemed to be a Fox Tail, perhaps a caster type by the looks of her cloth armor. She hadn't seen many of those around, if at all if she remembered right, but looking at her now brought an easier smile across Nala's face.
Keeping her hands clasped behind her back, she tilted her head to the side, the foxy tail swishing slightly in response to her friendly demeanor, "It.. It's a good day indeed, thank you." Holding out one hand, she introduced herself first so as not to be rude like the ground, "I'm Nala, I was just wandering over to the market to get some food before the ground decided it needed companionship."

"You're so pretty when you blush!" Okami smiled at the flustered girl. She watched the fox-tail roll aside and push her-self up. With a few customary dustings she proceeded to...look downward? She seemed regretting something, for reasons completely unknown to the hyperactive sorcerer. Tilting her head in confusion, Okami tried to get a better look at the blond's expression. "I'm sorry." she apologized for no reason at all. Okami frowned. "Hey, hey, no reason to be sorry~" She tried to cheer, feeling her inner warmth rise back up from it's momentary lapse. It took but a moment for her signature, cheerful smile to resurface and beamed right at the other fox-tail.
As the girl edged her way to the side of the road, pressing her-self up against a building side, Okami tip-toed her way after the fox-tail. She treated it like a game, inching a bit for every inch the other fox-tail made, stopping whenever the girl might have noticed. Kinda like red light, green light. Only with fluffy tails and wizards. When they finally had reached the side of the road, out of the way of passerby's, Okami grinned in victory. Their distance hadn't been lengthened in the slightest.
Then with a familiar swish of a tail, instincts informing her of it's meaning, the fox-tail had introduced her-self as Nala and offered a hand. Okami looked at the hand, then assumed a mockingly serious expression, whole body stiffened and hand mechanically extended. "It's good to meet you, Nala. I'm Okami." She monotone, offering a rigid shake. Then, with but a pause, her stiff appearance relaxed back into fun and warmth, and Okami pulled the girl into a surprise hug. "and we're going to be best of friends! Fox-tail BBFs!" She declared, tail swishing behind her excitedly.

His eyes...well eye blinked slowly as he looked around the large place and then to himself, black clothing and bare feet. Around him the bustling noises of what could be described as a real life market was going about around him. Rei's first day in the world of Elder Tale was just beginning and he was already enjoying it, almost to the point he was yelling and shouting "yipee" and "awesome" around as he continued to look himself over. Rei had currently been near the start of the market area as he was still taking everything in, the smells, the sight and even the feeling of the dirt underneath his feet it all fell so real to him. Clearing his mind of his noobish thoughts, he began to walk around the market place with his hands stuffed into the depths of his black cloth pants, his uncovered brown eye looking left and right as he took in the many sights and even the people as well.
Stopping to look at some of the wares in one of the stalls, Rei stared silently at the fruit and smiled for a moment. It looked delicious although as he fiddled around in his pockets he had a few loose coins and held them out to the merchant. Luckily he was able to walk off with one of the fresh fruits and ate it slowly, stopping to look down at the ground. It wasn't the best taste for him so far, then again it was the first thing he had tried in his new adventure. Before he was walking at a decent pace before picking it up completely and walking a little faster, unaware of what was in front of him. After what seemed like minutes he would have already had bumped into some random stranger and fell to the ground," Ow...oh um sorry i didn't mean to bump into," standing up slowly he would dust himself off and look at the person whom he had just bumped into.

Kris was taking a walk around the marketplace, wondering what to get for the next few meals. After all, the food in this world had no taste in general, and the chefs haven't really came out with anything with substantial tastes at that point in time, so he had to make do with cheap food sold by the People of the Land. It wasn't his best option, but it was kind of the only one available at the moment, so he might as well buy something cheap to reduce his expenses. He could always get sugar or salt or something to give the food some taste to it, after all. For some reason, basic ingredients such as salt and sugar, as well as fruits retained their taste in this world. Kris hadn't figured out why, but judging from the fact that it was reality, living in this world as the People of the Land must have been real dull without tasty food. Hmm... Maybe I should get some fruits to go along with my food... thought Kris, thinking of random food stuff in his original world, like fruit desserts, fruity flavored yogurt which his sister loved, and the refrigerated fruits in his home. While thinking deeply, someone appeared to have bumped into him. Perhaps it was due to his stable stance, or the fact that the person in question was walking in an off balanced manner, but the person who bumped into him fell while Kris remained where he was.
"Ah, it's fine. Really. I wasn't watching myself either. Are you alright?" said Kris automatically as he turned to Rei, who appeared to have fallen down from the collision. He reached out a hand to help as Rei picked himself up, dusting himself in the process. Kris eyed the monk for a moment, and Rei's name and HP popped up, though he didn't comment on it. "I'm Kris, and you are?" Kris asked, following the standard courtesy of the original world, or would it be more accurate to say their home world? Regardless, he preferred to introduce himself by voice, since it paved the way for an easier and more normal interaction between people. He reached out his hand once again, this time for a handshake, though he was not sure if Rei would take it. Rei appeared to have just started, and probably hasn't entered many battles yet to have fallen down so easily. After all, in battle, if you fall down right in front of an enemy, its like practically screaming and holding a sign "Please hit me, I won't hit back!", so many players would have developed some sort of battle stance to prevent themselves from falling down, or at least a way to get up instantly if they had the tendency to trip over nothing.
Moments later, he could hear a voice that he was becoming all too familiar with from recent events. Okami... Ah, figures... thought Kris as he turned to the source of the noise. "Sups, who's your new friend? I'm Kris," said Kris, introducing himself casually. He nudged Kei, indicating for him to introduce himself as well.

The Words you Wove we are not alone; each is strong A bright day, as the blonde moved into the market. She was sure she had seen a particular duo around here a few moments ago, remembering the very first friends she made in this game. She still couldn't find her group, and right now she had the urge to be.. somewhere, and well it would make sense she could invite the casters. Why? Because Besavel was a front liner; and to her, casters were the back line, and definitely something she needed to some extent. It would help clear out a large number of monsters easier, along with finding items easier. However, she couldn't find the elusive duo right now, and she hadn't been shown how to use the friend list as of yet, so she had no idea how easily she could do something about it. She didn't necessarily speak to herself, but the noble elf found herself walking towards a direction, where there was a lot of commotion. When in doubt, follow the noise; that's usually where Okami was, knowing her. The green eyed girl gave a sigh, but smiled softly. It was definitely like them.. and as such, she found herself walking towards the sounds, and what unveils to her gaze? Okami, Kris, another fox tail, and someone with, pardon to say it, crazy hair. The girl stopped a moment, surprised by the sheer amount of people there. It was surprising, but she decided to not really mess into the situation, figuring there was a lot of that already. Instead, she just looked at them; her position was one that allowed her to see, but unless they specifically looked for her, they would not notice. The blonde just took a moment, watching how they interacted; and found it true to how they acted with her. Firstly, Okami was of course, pretty much all over the other fox tail. Said fox tail was also female, and of a browner skin tone; her hair was a beautiful blonde though, and Besavel found herself almost curious. Then her attention turned to.. the crazy haired man, whom seemed more like a martial artist then anything. What was that.. the monk class perhaps? In either case, she found that everyone looked beautiful, the elf a bit surprised. Was an online game supposed to be this visually appealing? In fact, she thought she was perhaps the least beautiful of the bunch. She had long ears, and her body was strangely lithe, and a bit taller then the girls themselves. In either case, she wouldn't let herself be buried by those feelings, as she choose to take a back seat; or at least wait until someone decided to look over her, looking for her. The Samurai felt her lips curve into another smile. It felt nice to just sit and watch them, and make sure nobody got into any trouble or some such. Almost kind of a motherly way, or maybe she should have picked that Guardian class. Despite not having picked it, she felt obligated to protect everyone. She was in the midst of all of the fights.. she had to protect them. And watching them like this, reminded her of the peaceful days at school. She couldn't shake that feeling, no matter how hard she tried. It just.. felt so comfortable. She couldn't lie and say she didn't like it; but maybe they didn't feel the same. In either case, it was made up in her mind; she would be a Guardian, for them. After all, Besavel was having too much fun watching them all frolic. And maybe she would join them.. but not right now. Though she really didn't want to, Nala ended up blushing even more at the compliment. Her brothers would tease her about how cute she was all the time, but they were family, having it come from someone else just flustered her even more. "I-It does not! I don't know what you're talking about!" Bringing her hands up, she held them in front of her folded together as if that would protect her. Not that she was afraid of the hyper woman in front of her, just that she wasn't use to such a personality, most people tended to keep a comfortable distance from her. At least she really hadn't needed to worry about the apology, the other woman didn't seem to mind about any fault or folly about her being found out on the ground.
What she wasn't expecting, was to be followed so closely off to the side of the building. She didn't find it a little funny the way the other girl kept a precise difference between them, she tried to change her pace a little to get away, but it ended up being the same, she still kept that distance. Smiling, Nala giggled slightly at the formal way the girl -Okami- introduced herself. A firm hand shake and serious attitude later and she was already back to what Nala assumed her naturally excitable self.
"Eep!"
Speaking of excitable, she was then glomped soon after, taken even more by surprise by this unexpected personality she happened upon. Well, actually, that happened upon her. Though she jumped at first, Nala ended up laughing and hugging Okami back, able to see the swish of the woman's own tail out of the corner of her eye. It made her wonder if her own tail did that when she was happy, she'd have to pay more attention.
While peering over Okami's shoulder during the hug, she noticed two other boys not to far away simply because at least one made his way over. Pulling away as they seemed to have been noticed. She didn't know this boy, Kris, so assumed that he was one of Okami's friends since he was asking about a new friend. Smiling shyly at him, she carefully inched a little more behind the other girl. Boys weren't something that she was familiar with given that her brothers kept them all at a safe distance from her for most of her life. Hopefully Okami wouldn't mind introducing Nala for her. She didn't even notice their ghostly watcher off to the side.

To her joyous surprise, Okami had been embraced back. Laughter erupted from her new friend, And the sorcerer couldn't help but join her. So often did people flee from her cheer that the fox-tail was most pleased to find someone enjoying it. She pulled the blond closer and spun them both in place, becoming a whirlwind of fluff and giggles. Oh yes, Okami thought, this was one most definitely a keeper!
So when an audible crash interrupted her fun, she immediately turned on the source, cheeks puffed, with a glare she hoped could melt through metal. What she'd found was two boys who'd collided. One was a younger man, lean and well-built. She assumed he was a monk with that body of his. The other was familiar, and thus a perfectly acceptable scapegoat for her rage. "Krisy!" She yelled, voice prissy. "Always ruining my fun! Harrumph!" She huffed.
Then, to her horror, Nala had pulled out of their greatest hugs of all times. Dejection fueled no doubt by her inherent shyness! A shyness sparked by the invasion of males within her vicinity! or at least that's how she justified holding her anger against the perfectly innocent Kris and foreign boy. The two boys standing side by side, Kris introducing him-self to the unfamiliar, Okami sensed movement behind her. Glancing over her shoulder, she could see the blond inching her way behind the sorcerer, as if to use her as an impromptu shield against the men. Which, naturally, only lead to fueling her holy crusade against the tyranny of the Krisy fun police. Whipping her head around, twin tails fluttering from the force and crossing her arms protectively, she stood tall and straight, and acted as if she wasn't the shortest person in the area.
"Oi! Back off, your scaring Nala!" She barked, fangs bared as if to look menacing, but only coming off as hilariously adorable. Like she was one of those little dogs that yipped at everything that moved. "Stupid boys!" More huffing and fire breathing, tail trashing behind her in agitation. Honestly, couldn't they see how much their presence was scaring her? "Hmph! Apologize now and maybe we'll forgive you." A purposeful, royal 'we' added into her sentence. She tapped her foot impatiently, "Well? Come on no we haven't got all day~." She said, looking considerably less prissy, turned slightly to the right and a sole eye opened as she looked at them. No, her attitude had been replaced with a imperialist stance laced with tyrannical playfulness. Her wrath and fury were waning, and it'd no doubt be long gone soon enough.

There would be a small silence as Rei looked upon the person he had just bumped into, what with their name popping up overhead he would smile," a human?? i don't know, maybe something else," he thought to himself before taking the man's outstretched hand and shaking it," Nice to meet you Kris, i am Rei although i would have to admit that i am rather new to the world around me so that was my first mistake. So...how long have you been playing the game Kris?," Rei was curious to know if the man in front of him was just starting out like him or maybe had been playing for a while.
When Kris suddenly moved over to another person, probably someone in which he was already acquainted with or maybe the two of them had started the game together? Either way he would walk over with him and stand to his side while he introduced him and soon did the same," Hello to you two, my names Rei and its nice to meet the both of you," Rei slowly bowed his head and he took the time to observe the two woman for what seemed liked a couple of seconds. The both of them shared the same race, the tails making it apparent although he would gladly admit that their tails were beautiful just like them...although this was never leaving the contents of his mind.
While one of the new females were quiet and withdrawn a bit the other was either really bipolar or really crazy, but looks could easily be deceived. The way she yelled at both Kris and himself made an involuntary smile come across Rei's face before he looked away slowly and nodded," We would not want you to attack us for being scary, so sure we will apologize right Kris," he nudged him softly as he still decided whether or not this Okami was kidding or not. Rei would give a small bow although this would be directed more towards Nala than Okami," Sorry," his uncovered eye went to look over to Okami in which he would only wave and look to Kris, waiting to see if he was going to play along or simply not do anything.
Before he got a little carried away he would scratch his head rather awkwardly," So are the two of you new to the game as well...or are you simply just hanging around this place for fun?," it was his curiosity getting the best of him as usual, but being the new guy wasn't as fun when you had no one to be the new guy with.

"Hm? I just started too. The UK server went online at the same time as the «Apocalypse» after all, so what are you talking about, ahhahaha," laughed Kris heartily in response to Rei's question. It wasn't often that someone asked you when did you start, after all, the UK server was pretty new, and almost all the players here were practically beginners. Well, it wasn't so bad in its own right, since there wasn't any preconceptions about this world, enabling the players to adapt pretty easily. Adaptation is the key to survival, and humans are the best at adapting, hence they could dominate the food chain and spread their influence across the lands in ancient times. He didn't want to think about the impact of being trapped in this new world for veteran players, with all their previous knowledge and beliefs about the game completely overturned due to the recent turn of events, namely, the «Apocalypse». It could be pretty mind blowing from a psychological point of view. He was sure that they were having nightmares about it as they slept, though he had not ventured to search for any veterans to ask, and he was pretty sure that either they would strongly deny it, or he wouldn't return alive from that meeting, so he never attempted to do so since he didn't like dying, not one bit.
Anyway, back to the current situation. "We? Why you little~" said Kris to Okami as he reached forward to ruffle her hair. Of course, he had noticed the royal "we" in the sentence, and decided that Okami needed a little placating, and that meant some form of body contact. It always seemed to placate her, body contact that is. To date, he still had no idea why. Maybe it had something to do with her personality, her childhood experiences, or maybe she was just that touchy. Regardless, she loved clinging and hugging people as a standard, but maybe she will let him off with just a simple caress of her head with his hand. "Anyways, other lady, sorry if we scared you. Please accept our joint apology," continued Kris, noticing that she did indeed look a bit scared at their arrival. Did she happen to have androphobia, an abnormal fear of men, or something? thought Kris, giving a concerned look as he took a step back, giving her the distance she might potentially need to overcome her fear. "I'm Kris, and this is Rei," continued Kris, introducing himself and Rei simply, while opting to call Reilin by the name he called himself instead of the ever so obvious status bar that displayed his full name. In encounters with new people, Kris had a tendency to keep introductions short and simple. Maybe it was a hidden side of him or something, or it was possible that he adopted this style to move on quickly to more engaging topics to quickly wind up as friends, but anyway it was a tried and true method that nearly always worked, and it fitted the "friendly" and "polite", along with a "simple" category of introductions.

The Words you Wove we are not alone; each is strong Indeed, perhaps it had been the best choice, as the elf just watched, smiling gently. The blonde haired fox-tail seemed shy, and it was probably overwhelming to her to have so many people around; but Besavel could tell she was also used to a lot of people. There was that feeling, because she herself had siblings as well; and that kind of feeling is easily told by others with a lot of them. Although Okami had turned around and scolded them, being angry; but knowing that one, it wouldn't stay long at the least. It was interesting, as the anger wasn't really there for long, it was already fading; because Okami was a friendly fox-tail by nature, so being mad at someone wouldn't stick for long. That's why Besavel wouldn't interfere; they could solve that much on their own, as the elf took out a blade, and a piece of wood she had acquire sometime, and started just guiding her blade to shave parts off it. She wasn't sure if this would work, but she had a feeling it just could. It was just a minor experiment, because well, her father used to do this. With his trusty knife, and a piece of wood, he'd carve and make small sculptures, whilst watching them when he was off work. She could remember days of him sitting on the back porch, watching her swing a stick around in a semblance of a sword exercise, whistling a tune that she swung her blade to. And when she was done, he'd give her the carving, and ask what he could do to make it better. However time, he got really good at it, making small figures. Her room had quite a few, and he'd give some to the other girls too, but.. Besavel had always kept every single one. From the clumsy ones, to the ones that her sisters wanted to throw out sometimes, to the intricate ones that could be sold if they wanted to. Why did she want to do this now? Well she could watch over her friends, and maybe they, like she did with her father, would provide as a source of support and inspiration. Humming, the blonde just chipped away at the wood, hoping that she would get something.. But she watched as the boys apologized, and introduced themselves, letting out a gentle nod. She was far enough they would have to run over if they wanted to talk to her without shouting, and the girl just kept chipping away at the wood before her. Sometimes, she'd stop and look, to keep an eye on the four; Okami, Kris, and the two unknowns. Of course, Besavel hadn't learned the trick of reading their name as of yet. But she would be glad to be introduced once they noticed her; until then, she would keep her distance, to allow them to be more relaxed, to know each other even more. Besavel just moved the knife a bit more, trying to go with a basic shape, rather then some intricate design, at least to test if she could do this within the system. Besavel was actually rather happy to just watch over them, like she had always done with her family. Squeaking at the suddenly aggressive Okami, Nala hugged the girl from behind, hoping to keep her from attacking the boys or something. Not only was her hair unique, but her personality as well! The last time Nala had seen someone change personalities so quickly had been... well, never! "I-It's okay, we'll have plenty of fun later, and maybe they can join us!" She didn't like to see people fight or argue, it was especially bad to do in the town where their virtual enforcers could plop down at a moments notice to break the players up, killing them if it came to that. After just meeting the friendly little fox, she didn't want to see her killed right before her eyes so soon- or ever for that matter. "I-I'm alright, really!" As much as she tended to lean toward being more afraid than protective of the opposite male species, Nala didn't want to see them get mauled before the guards arrived.
Despite her efforts though, the two didn't seem to find Okami very frightening at all, instead one of them got closer, even reaching out to- to pet her, of all things! They were stepping forward to touch the girl who was threatening them! ... Well, the guy did seem to know her, she should really be surprised if he knew her well enough to get away from such a gesture? Maybe he secretly held the secret secrets of her personality that secretly wanted to be stroked whenever she got all worked up like that. Very secretive, no wonder she questioned this unknown. In a way, she was kind of jealous of the reunited duo, having someone along that you at least had met once before was better than knowing no one. As much as she wanted to sigh and frown, Nala did neither of those things, she just continued to cling to Okami.
For awhile, she wasn't sure whether or not to let go of the girl, but when introductions were made, she didn't want to be rude and not answer them back with a wave. So, she had to let go of the girl once again to wiggle her fingers at the boys. She even managed to look around the other fox tail long enough to answer one of the questions, "I... I use to play before, but got forced to a new ch-character." That was all she let out before hiding back over the shoulder of the other girl. It probably seemed almost comical considering that Nala was the taller of the two.

"Ooph!" Okami felt a sudden force hit her back, and glanced over her shoulder to see her fellow fox-tail. She was clinging to the sorcerer, holding the pinkette in a fierce hug. It almost felt like she was trying to restrain Okami. But that was impossible right? What reason could she have to restrain the fox-tail. "I-It's okay, we'll have plenty of fun later, and maybe they can join us!" Okami blinked at Nala. Was she taking them and her-self seriously? It sounded like that was so! And being the ever mischievous fox-tail she was, Okami couldn't let that potential teasing slide away could she~?
"Hmm Hmm, we'll see~" She started, turning back to the men, "We'll just have to see how much they beg to be graced with our presence~" She let out a 'Ohoho~' laugh, holding a hand up to her mouth. The young monk introduced him-self, and gave a fairly standard apology. Seemed he was taking this as seriously as her little blond fox-tail was. The sorcerer's eyes drifted over to the summoner, sparkling with expectation. Surely Kris would have caught on to the game by now?
And then he did the one thing she wouldn't have expected of the summoner.
He petted her.
"Bluh?" She sounded, completely off guard as the blue-haired man ruffled her hair. "Bluh bluh" she tried to say something, but her mind just kinda went blank, mind going to a halt. Okami's primary function and source of social interaction was hugging and tugging people around. Enforcing physical connections through sheer force of determination and personality. So when someone else initiated physical connection outside of expected conditions (a shy hug from a scared girl was entirely expected). She just kinda stood there and let her-self get petted.
"Ah, aba, ah, haaa..." she finally started to feel things click into place. "A-ah, H-harumph." She finally huffed, puffing her cheeks and turning away slightly. "T-this doesn't let you off the hook just yet, u-understand?" One might find the sudden shift in personalities, or rather, the off taken reaction to be adorable. Those now rosy colored cheeks would certainly help in that assessment. "A-any way," she continued, finally regaining her composure. "I think I'll be fine to let them stay with us, I suppose~."

This new meeting was very... well awkward wouldn't be a good word to describe it so instead Rei had to use the word strange to fill in the thoughts in his seemingly confused girl. So far he could give a small generalization of each person he was standing either near or in front of, whether it be simple or complex, the first he had started with was Kris, an half alv...something he would have probably known sooner if he had done a little more research on the races instead of going with the one that looked 'cool'. So far he found Kris to be rather easy going and fun, him being the first guy he had encountered in the game so far it made it a little easier to get along with him. His eyes then trailed forward to the Fox Tail with the outlandish hair, Okami....well his guess was just as good as anyone as no words could sum up her weirdness. Although she carried a sense of fun around her, he couldn't really give more to it until he had more time to speak with her. Lastly his eyes trailed to the fox tail behind Okami, he assumed her name was Nala considering it was what Okami referred to her as and the only thing at the moment he noticed about her was her shyness.
It would have taken him only a few moments to piece these thoughts together as the others spoke, his mind coming out of his thinking phase as he smiled and nodded, his eyes simply sitting on the crowd of three. He found no reason to actually speak while Okami was being weird and for the small moment he wondered if she was always like this, but then again Rei could be oblivious beyond belief. When he had saw Kris literally pet Okami he could not help but laugh a little before taking a few steps back and rubbing his only visible brown eye," You all are very interesting people," of course this was all in his own opinion, but from what he had seen they would make good first friends for him.
So it would seem that Okami had a considerably cute side to her, it wasn't too unexpected but then again it was funny to see her embarrassed after displaying such a "spoiled" royal attitude so to speak. Sitting his hands into his pockets slowly, he wanted to simply stay in the back and watch before saying anything else in fear of making a mistake that could get on the bad side of some...never know what would make people angry sometimes. The Words you Wove we are not alone; each is strong The elf was really just paying half attention, and it was unfair to think of herself as part of the group, more so being solo then anything. But there was a slight ache in her chest, as she wanted to go out there, but felt as if there was too many of them. The girl hesitated, staring at the piece of wood before her. She.. wanted to go there. That thought in itself was surprising to her, as she let out another soft sigh. These feelings were confusing in themselves, as the girl strictly scolded her inner self. She was not meant to yield and become soft; she must be the shield and the blade that protected this daily life with her own. That was her very core duty, at least to her own mind. The blonde however, couldn't seem to shake off the very need to be around people. After all, Okami was like the sun, bright and joyful, and very very warm. It was something that made the knightly elf crave in a way. But once more, she breathed out, softly, slowly. Letting it sink away from her chest, from her being, and even just generally letting herself relax. She wouldn't want to get caught in the mind games that her emotions were sure to lead. After all, temptation came from within one's self, and that was not allowed to influence her. The girl gently looked at the sculpture in her hand, and concluded that it didn't look any sort of pretty. Perhaps she would have to be an artisan to make anything more then a general blob? No, Besavel could not always run. From the fact she couldn't carve, to the fact that she was using her morals as a method to try and escape groups because she was uncomfortable. Her morals were rigid, and to understand where to adjust them, she would have to interact with others, right? That was her duty, as someone that aspired to be someone that could guide others. Not that she wanted to be in the spotlight, but more often then not, she found herself doing so, simply because she was capable. There she went again; losing herself in her thoughts as a method to escape away from the reality in front of her. She needed to interact with them. Despite how difficult it was to her loner attitude, the girl pushed herself off the wall. With another breath, she walked towards the group, picking up a practice log from discarded, useless woodpile from a worker near by. She stopped before she could be seen by them, tried to gather her words, and then shook her head. She walked towards the quartet, arriving just on the fringe of the conversation, enough to see Okami get petted. The girl blinked, and then noticed the taller fox tail that was trying to cower behind the other. Putting away the carving knife and the log, she tried to sneak around the two, and then put her hands on the heads of the fox tails. If she managed to, the girl would start petting right in the ear spots that felt nice, from what she knew of animals. ''Hello.'' she would say softly, trying to hide the blush on her cheeks for being so brazen. But.. she would have to break out of her shell, bit by bit. Okami had taught her that. And she would try to make the caster proud.. if she could. Snuggling up against the friendly girl, Nala felt just as at ease with her after such a short time as she did with her brothers. It wasn’t exactly surprising, she did have a way of getting use to people fairly easily if the situation was right and the other’s personality wasn’t frightening. The only thing frightening about the pink haired girl would have to be her bursts of energy and sudden mood changes. Oh, and the threats, definitely the empty threats that she just couldn’t seem to tell were empty. “I’m glad, thank you.”
The petting to the girl’s head actually seemed to make her calm down enough to show off her inner adorableness. It was cute in and of its self just to see that such a simple thing could make her calm down like that, her little stutter just made it all the better since the last thing Nala thought the Fox Tail would do was stutter. Grinning from ear to ear, she resisted a giggle that was trying to bubble up and out of her throat, not wanting to be rude by looking as if she were laughing at the cuteness.
Then hearing that they were all interesting people, she just couldn’t hold it in. Nala ended up letting out a small giggle at the words, trying to cover her mouth to muffle it. Rei was one to call them interesting, he was just as bad as they were with that patch of his that made him look sort of like a pirate. Her thoughts were quickly cut off shortly after that though.
A hand suddenly descended out of nowhere to now pat Nala on the head along with Okami. It was… soothing. At least to her. More often than not her brothers would snuggle and pet her on the head, entertained by her flickering ears and fluffy tail, but their hands were always rough and ungentle. This was different though, the hands that petted her weren’t teasing or just trying to play with her, they were the sort of gentleness of another female touch. Rumbling softly at the accepted hand, she leaned into it, easily swayed and not being nearly as fidgety as she usually was with new arrivals. “Nnnyh, hellu…” the words were said back more out of habit, she wasn’t really thinking about what she said.
