Additionally, a Beginner Equipment can be upgraded to a higher level by performing a Equipment craft with the item in question replacing the Unrefined Metal.

Ragnarok – Level 19 – Long and sturdy, this blade stretches out gloriously into the air, and it doesn’t give a rats arse about what the gods may say. Bringing devastation, turmoil, and pain to the world around it, this sword is an outcast amongst its brethren. Even during crafting, the blacksmith knew something was off with this weapon, and much of its creation was against the will of its maker. It was as if it had a mind of its own, and it does. The soul which formed within the blade once it had begun to take shape immediately began to despise the world, and encased itself in a hard metallic shell. The metal was burned black, and its body cold. No matter how hot the crafter made the air, the weapon remained frozen, dead, and full of hatred for the place it had been brought into. Taming this blade will take time, but its strength will be unmatched.
Taking the shape of a claymore, this sword is long and slightly wider than most other weapons. Its hilt is sixteen inches in length, with the blade being more than double that, as it stretches just about fifty inches outwards from the hilt. The long hilt swirls and twists in around itself, as if holding the weapon together with multiple seals to keep in the beast hidden beneath the metal. The pattern of this “sealing” is quite strange, but also gives the user an enhanced grip. Unlike the diamond wrappings of many other blades, this hilt has “bumps”. Every two inches there is a rise in the fabric, creating a circular shape which wraps around the entirety of the hilt. There are six circles on the hilt, one for each God this sword swears it will bring down.
The sheath of this weapon has also been specially made as to fit its estranged personality. It is completely black, hardened, and has leather clasps near the top which are used to hold the weapon in place, out of fear that it might come out on its own. During the first use of the sheath, the sword tore open the spine and snarled loudly at the blacksmith, refusing to be locked away in such a place. The blacksmith compromised and left the spines open rather than deal with the weapon’s annoying nature.
Yet, the blacksmith tamed the blade long enough to brand it. On each side of its circular pommel, there is the engraving of the Funeral Parlor emblem.

Tiger – Level 19 – The gentlest beasts tend to be hidden in the largest bodies, and sometimes the smallest bodies contain the worst nightmares that have ever lived. This blade is the latter, and contains a creature which stalks its prey and attacks with such precision and power that very few have survived its jaws to tell the tale of their endeavor. Those who have speak of shining eyes, a loud roar, rumbling, and a swift moving shadow that appeared from now where. Stealth, speed, and power are the Tiger’s greatest weapons, and it uses them ferociously. Yet, the creature which looms in the heart of this Katana cares little for hiding itself. It makes its presence known. The blood thirst which leaks from the shining katana’s blade reeks of death, so much so that a weak minded soul will have trouble staying calm in its presence, causing one to fidget or have the need to run. A user who has become fully paired with this blade may even hear rumbles and snarls when holding it out of its sheath.
Being a katana, this weapon is slender but its blade is extremely sharp because of the care taken during its creation. Tempered to be one of the sharpest and strongest blades ever made, this black Katana is a fierce weapon of war. Its blade extends forty-two inches out from the guard and a fuller runs along the spine on both sides, stopping just above the guard and just beneath the tip. The actual guard which separates the hilt from the blade is a tsuba-styled one, with the tiger design in mind. On it, there are two friendly beasts, but one is shown to be hunting the other. The hilt of this weapon is a black, thick wood, and is wrapped with orange-colored leather, mimicking the stripes of the beast which occupies the weapon’s heart. At the base of the hilt, there is a bronze clasp which acts as the pommel. The Funeral Parlor emblem is branded into the bottom of this.

Fox -- Level 19 -- Glory and honor are two reasons many warriors fight, yet it is not a universal battle cry. Many fight for themselves and are viewed as weak and cold, while others draw blood for money, allowing them to be seen as merciless killers. But, there are a few who do not follow these rules. Cool and collected, smart and wise, but with the mind of a demon, the creature which has possessed this blade is one that very few dare cross. It is sly, quick, clever, and ruthless. Many have called it the four tailed curse, and others who have seen it have named it the blood furred devil. Neither are too far off. The soul is a fox which was birthed by the flames of its own will, and one that has lived simply because it denied death’s own scythe. It lived up to its name of a curse and plagued many villages during its time as a being, and took many souls to feed its hunger. However, it grew tired. Now, it resides in the black metal which forms this blade, allowing the wielder to feed it with the hopes of one day being able to return to the wild.
