Appearance Burai is rather large for a human, standing at 6ft6in and weighing in at close to 209 lbs. His eyes are golden brown and usually carry an uninterested gaze. He has muscular build, One that focuses more on being cut and refined rather than big and bulky. coupled with his caramel brown skin. He walks around shirtless, with baggy, unattractive, khaki colored, cargo pants; the pant legs are rolled up just above his calves. Completing the outfit are his matching boots. He also has creamy platinum hair, which is dreaded. His hair is separated the front, sides and middle are small dreads, while the back is tied off by his personal scrunchy. That section contains three big dreads. Two smaller ones on the outside with a biggest one in the middle. He also wears a black head-wrap around his forehead to his his braids in place, and out of his face. If he is required to put effort into something (heaven forbid). He will not hesitate to take what he calls a ‘’short-cut‘’ when the opportunity strikes. Which is a creative way to bring an end to the problem at hand. And, a quick solution to rid him of his burden. This always leads to him being reckless and careless. He is a practitioner and true believer of the saying “With great risks, comes better rewards.” Though Burai has an upbeat personality. He tends to get serious about a few things, threats, fighting, and many life threatening altercations. Once the tension is over, Burai will return to being lighthearted. He takes his training seriously and will train his comrades in the same manner. Burai naive, and gullible. Always quick to trust; giving someone the benefit of the doubt. He believes people are good natured. Will he often be led astray or into questionable situations, by those who take advantage of his kind nature. Biography
Shinji grew up in a broken home, his father an admirable man; struggling to provide for his family. While his mother spent her days roaming downtown trying to make a quick buck. She spent her nights away from home, and when she was around. She abused Shinji and his father. As the years past, his mother struggled with her addiction, and wild outings. Usually coming home hungover.
One random afternoon Shinji left school early and walked home. Once he arrived He found his mother with another man in the living room. He lashed out at his mother in protest. Before he could finish his father walked in and dropped a bottle of wine; Shinji's father got off work early that day, he was promoted at his job. And, he wanted to surprise his family. He rushed inside with a grin on his face, which became a look of horror and confusion.
Shortly after a fight broke out, between Shinji's parents and the other man. Shinji instead of getting involved, he called the police. His mother and the other man were arrested. The event left a emotion scar on Shinji.
His mother was released later that night, but she didn't come home. Instead she called the house and told Shinji she was never coming back. Because she was a horrible mother, and she couldn't bear to face him. Years passed. Him and his father grew worlds apart. His father began to work ridiculous hours, leaving Shinji home alone. Shinji began to spend all his time outside, doing anything to keep him away from the house. A friend of his introduced him to video games.
Eventually he moved to mmo's. Able to get lost into another world, and forget about his own problems. He considered it his own personal freedom. Shinji didn't stop there. He dragged his newly acquainted friend into his "world." It wasn't long until she found out about Elder Tales, and bought them copies.
