TOPAZ Adventurer - Werecat - Cleric - Animal Trainer - Blacksmith - ♂ [attr="class","equipicon"] [attr="class","equipdescription"]Starter Platemail: Level 1 Armor A basic set of plate armor made from cheap iron. They are not really too protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. [attr="class","equipicon"] [attr="class","equipdescription"]Apprentice Grimoire: Level 1 Weapon A one-handed apprentice’s book of spells designed for novice mages, made out of cheap materials. Doesn’t particularly have too many pages, but it is better than nothing. If used by a magic class, you get the ability to shoot a basic magic attack with a range of 2 meters. [attr="class","equipicon"] [attr="class","equipdescription"]Starter Buckler: Level 1 Weapon A starter shield designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron and wood. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t really feel too sturdy. It is small enough to serve as an all-around defensive off-hand equip. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. [attr="class","equipicon"] [attr="class","equipdescription"]Accessory Name: Level # Accessory Description. Hermit SERIES/ARTIST. .hack//Quantum PLAYED BY. Tyo [attr="class","infotitle"]Appearance [attr="class","infobox"] Felix was a boy of blond hair and green eyes. He possessed a body toned, a result of some physically-demanding tasks he had to perform during his indigent upbringing. He possessed a below-average stature and apparently it was a trait he favoured for he translated it over to his Elder Tale character. Topaz is the epitome of adorability. He is a bipedal cat of short stature. The fur paving his precious structure is of a topaz colour, the primary reason behind the name he created for the character. His underbelly, flux of hand and paw, the interior of his ears, around half of his face and the end of his tail possess a white colouration. His eyes are of a lustrous moon yellow, nigh gleaming with an undeviating blend of candour and clarity. Topaz favours wearing nothing, but that simply won’t due. So, outside of combat, he prefers wearing cloth - casual clothing that sports comfort over stylish designs and makes. [attr="class","infotitle"]Personality [attr="class","infobox"] Topaz's most defining characteristic is undoubtedly his friendly air. The werecat is much more inclined to display common courtesy to even those he is unfamiliar with. It is unclear whether or not this pleasantness is genuine or counterfeit, but if the latter is true, he is quite genius at its execution. In truth, this trait is not a forgery and comes naturally, though often masks different intentions, meanings, or emotional flavours. His extroversion traits allow him to approach any individual that perks his apparently easily-stirred interest without any kind of social anxiety. He is at ease when talking to others, which is of great benefit. Never does he feel the need to curtain any outlandish aspect of himself nor does fear stifle his pursuits when forced to draw upon sentient beings as a resource. As an instinctual being, sometimes when something is wrong, he can just feel it in his gut, found sometimes acting upon intuition rather than strictly reasoning or observation. Cunning; it has a variety of meanings and each proves true. He is rather attractive by means of his smallness and skilled he is in the art of deception; especially if it requires making use of his relatively petite form and clearly, it bothers him not for his acceptance of it allows him to use it to his advantage when he sees fit. Effortlessly, his cunning produces that characteristic air of innocence and fragility. That atmosphere thirsts for the attraction of underestimation and naturally brings such assumptions into being. He is serenely, though at times more so freewheelingly, self-possessed. Composed. Seemingly, Topaz is generally free from succumbing to agitation, especially in times of stress. Perhaps a result of a rather harum-scarum worldly prospective; but nonetheless, facing the majority of trying situations is done with a cool head and at times, with a moderately troubling simper. Topaz's frivolousness sees to it that he looks upon matters with a lack of seriousness be they combat oriented or social in nature. This variety of emotional separation, this dismissal of the gravity of a situation, seemingly stems from some brand of humour found within what he would deem to be the over-reactions of others. His palate is an odd one in terms of taste preference regarding scenarios worthy of bestowing him with unfeigned botheration. He is independent in behaviour, thought, and generally is found in opposition to traditions, binding laws, or other things that rob individuals of their freedoms - moreso now after the Apocolypse. Both unorthodox and ostensibly fey; there is something off about him. He seems slightly 'touched;' a tad bit too chipper and childly. Even his relocation failed to sever his bond with his audience as seemingly, he still thinks he is recording a Let’s Play video. [attr="class","infotitle"]History [attr="class","infobox"] A boy of beautiful, straight blond hair and eyes as green as the most lustrous emerald. This was Felix Krall, a boy born in the Czech Republic and one considered to be ‘blessed’ by his impecunious family. He was a happy, giggly baby and his parents did their best providing for him. His mother was a devoted housewife and his father spent countless days attempting to acquire the odd job to continue paying for their necessities. There was no particular reason for their subpar ability at attaining and maintaining jobs outside of deficient qualifications. Both had lacking educations, dropping out before its completion for whimsical, fleeting, and most certainly regrettable reasons and before they knew it, they were to become a mother and father. Of course, there were times were Felix went without; but despite this, he always seemed to have a favourable disposition. He beamed with felicity, burned with enough spirit and impishness to distribute pranks - an outlet, most likely, and it was his joyous, energetic nature that convinced his family that he was indeed blessed. As he grew, his coleagues’ tolerance for his childly displays waned and quickly, he became the butt of many jokes and one hardly worthy to be taken seriously. It was an expected outcome, although cruel and for someone of lesser inner strength, soul crushing. However. it did not seem to bother Felix. If his ‘audience,’ if you will, tired of him, he would simply find another one to entertain. He needed money to accomplish his goal. Being the King of Luck/Success as the origins of his name suggests and unlike his parents, he found it a relatively easy task to find an employer willing to invest in him. So, he was hired to help out at a small, local restaurant. His personality made waiting something instinctual, natural, and he maintained the job alongside his schooling. The family was finally able to reliably make ends meet with their son’s help. What he saved went towards acquiring a computer and an internet connection so he could finally meet his new audience, which he did using a very popular video-sharing website. It was all he could afford really. He paid the monthly costs and helped buy things like groceries. “How’s it goin’, brahs? This is the whole KittenKaboodle!” Felix became a Let’s Player. It seemed to be the most popular kind of video at the time and having never touched a video game, each series of videos he created was an immensely enjoyable experience. It was not an instantaneous, overnight development. It required learning to use a computer at first, but his jubilant interest aided him greatly. After that, exploration of various sites and that famous, fated video-sharing site. He learned to use the latter and eventually educated himself on how to create his own content to upload to it. Nobody saw it coming, but his channel exploded with subscriptions. People loved his happy-go-lucky nature and the commentary he provided while playing video games. He began to acquire an income his mother nor his father could have ever foretold and happily, Felix lent them all the financial aid they could have ever wanted. After all, all he needed at that time were video games and to maintain a high-end computer as well as, of course, an internet connection. They remained in their humble abode, but their bills were paid on time and real, healthy food never seemed to grow scarce anymore. There was popular demand for him to cover a game by the name of Elder Tale. It went without saying that Felix could easily afford an additional subscription fee. The video series for Elder Tale was likely going to be a shorter one since there was no real “beating” a MMORPG. So, he started his capture like usual and … woke up in a world that definitely was not his own. [attr="class","infotitle"]Extra [attr="class","infobox"] Felix shows fairly obvious signs that being relocated to the world in which the game he played takes place was a bit too much for him. He is certain that his gaming session is still being recorded despite things and in a rather touched manner, often speaks to an audience that, at least to everybody else, clearly does not exist. |
[attr="class","bigheader]Skills [attr="class","columnheader"]MAIN CLASS SKILLs [attr="class","columnheader"]SUB-CLASS CLASS SKILLs [attr="class","columnheader"]CRAFTING CLASS SKILLs [attr="class","column"] -Reactive Heal: Tier I Skill. The Cleric's starting restorative skill and regarded as the Cleric's signature skill. Unlike Heal that immediately restores hit points at once, Reactive Heal requires the target to receive damage to trigger this skill's effect. Reactive Heal's effectiveness in combat relies on the caster's level and the level of the skill itself, but it does not require the Cleric to focus on a single ally like in Heal, allowing the "Heal Walk" tactic to be employed. When activated, the ally becomes wrapped with a warm orange light as a visual effect. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and no cooldown time. -Martyr Spear: Tier I Skill. One of the cleric's few offensive options. This spell causes a spear of light to appear in the air above the cleric. After the spear is ready, the cleric points at a target. The spear will promptly head towards the target's position at a high velocity and strike the opponent with light-elemental damage. While this skill has a decently long range, it becomes naturally easier to dodge the farther away the opponent is. This skill has a casting time of 3 seconds and a cooldown time of 5 seconds. -Resurrection: Tier I Skill. A fundamental resurrection magic for low level healing classes. A Player is transported to a nearby Cathedral when its HP becomes 0, but can be revived before this could happen. Resurrection has a long casting time, consumes a lot of MP, and the target must not make contact with anything else during casting, making this skill very difficult to use during combat. The target is revived with 25% HP and is invulnerable to damage for 3 seconds. This skill has a casting time of 5 seconds and triggers a global cooldown during its cast. -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description [attr="class","column"] -Scout: The Animal Trainer attempts to recruit a monster to their cause in order to create a temporary partner. This is often done by approaching the monster without startling or aggravating it. If performed successfully, a tamed monster will fight by the Trainer's side for a few minutes before control is lost and the monster returns to the environment. Certain situations might make this duration last longer or shorter; acts of kindness toward the tamed monster will make it stick around for longer, while excessive demand will make the Trainer quickly lose favor with the monster. Only one monster can be tamed at a time at the early levels. -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description -Skill: Description [attr="class","column"] -Heatsink: Blacksmiths are able to wear chain armor without penalties if they are normally unable to wear chain armor.
