It was early in the morning when Sayha was up. However, that was pretty normal… she didn’t require a whole lot of sleep unless she was out adventuring or doing other… things. She had just finished up working on her Pharmacy subclass the other day, and she decided that it would be a good time to invite Hiro over to her house. She had called him the day before, offering the invite. He had been able to come over the next day so there Sayha was, just hanging out in her house for the time being. Normally, she would have been exercising in her dojo or out running, but she decided against it. As her apothecary was kind of a mess.
It had been a while… quite a long while, actually, since she had cleaned up her working area. She was well aware that there was no way she would be able to get it completely cleaned… it just wasn’t in her nature to… so instead she made it look presentable with a minimum amount of herbs and things laying around. Her office slash library through the apothecary was much cleaner than the apothecary with only a few books on the desk.
Once she was done, she checked the clock on her interface. It was about nine so Hiro would be appearing sometime in the near future, and Sayha relocated into the kitchen. She had lemonade on hand already, and she had a pot that had come with the house. Thanks to the locals in the village, Sayha had been able to figure out how to make traditional tea so she began to brew some.
Sayha thought back to when she had first bought the house. She hadn’t been around very much after it had first been built, though she did have input in what rooms went where. The greenhouse in the back of the house was added after the house was done. It was built like a traditional Japanese house with a place for shoes and all. It had taken Sayha some time to get used to it, and she now appreciated it… though she was still figuring out how to cook traditionally. The few times she had tried hadn’t turned out well, but most of her time in the kitchen was actually simply to clean up after herself after using the apothecary.
“Hopefully we don’t need me to attempt to cook today,” Sayha sighed to herself as she let herself relax a bit, pulling a chair from the dining room into the kitchen and sitting down.

[attr="class","capsol"] Hiro stretched just a bit, opening the door to his abode within the Moon Dance Forest. He had made it his goal to reach the house the day before, as he had been cordially invited to visit the new home of his recently-made girlfriend, Sayha. Hiro was finally made aware of her new house on their date a little while back now, which he was unaware of until then. Though it surprised him some, he was glad to know that she had some place of her own, and even more glad to know that she was willing to share it with him. Of course, one would clearly think ill of them, as a guy and a girl, having just gotten together, being alone in one place, but the point of this was for Hiro to see the building itself, as he had shown the girl his own home in the forest a while back now. Whatever else was there for him to see would be left up to the hostess, of course. For the time being, Hiro needed to get underway, since it was a little bit of a walk to get to the home of his girlfriend. Though he was still a little tired, as he had gotten in kind of late last night, he was still excited to see this new place.
As he began to journey through the forest, he wondered about a few things. Sayha had invited him over, as was mentioned at least 3 times by now, though he knew nothing of the layout of her house. Perhaps there was a thing or two she wanted to leave a surprise? And, while he knew the exact location of the girl's home, as provided by a map, he still wasn't entirely sure how to go about getting there. While the route seemed direct enough, given that it was almost a straight shot in one direction, he had no idea which way the door faced, so he wouldn't know what's the front or the back. However, the further he walked along, the more he thought how stupid a thought that was, especially considering he was just about there, anyways. He gave a wry grin to himself, as he felt mildly stupid for thinking such things while he was on his way there, anyways. An answer to a question like 'which way does the door face' was simple enough to find out: One needed only to go to the place where the house is, and find the door from there. This thought brought up a rather strange memory in his mind, though, which he kept to himself. He shrugged it off, and continued forward.
As the strange memory in his mind began to fade away into the confines of his inner psyche, he could see fairly well the building that he was going to. Sayha's home, which was without a name, from what he could tell, seemed to be the same kind of traditional Japanese-style that was the theme for the forestry's housing. As he shouldn't have assumed any different, he still found himself rather excited to see what was on the inside. But, while he was just as excited to see the interior of the building, he was also fairly happy to be with Sayha some more. A light flush made its way across his face, as he checked the time. 9:15 AM. So, maybe a little later than he wanted to be, but he had some tiredness as an excuse. In any case, he was glad that they would be living somewhat close to one another, which meant more time for them to hang out. Though he was probably thinking just a little bit too into the idea. He shook his head a few times, trying to get the thought out of his mind for the moment, as he walked up to the door of the building. Yes, he found the door. Good for him. Hiro walked up and started to knock on the door, waiting for the Assassin to show up and open the door to greet him. He tried to keep himself calm in the meantime, though with a slight smile and blush on his face.

As Sayha waited for the water to boil, she thought back on her past few adventures she had been on… mostly the one that still bugged her… and it lead into issues with her adventure after that… and it was preceded by the adventure before that… it was becoming to be a re-occurring theme.
The first adventure in the chain was actually a quest. Sayha had taken it from a Lander merchant for no reason in particular really. Maybe it was because she felt bad for the guy. Either way, the quest was to reclaim a family heirloom, a sword, that had been stolen. Sayha had reclaimed the sword… but not before finding out that a certain heretic had been behind it. The night after that happened was the night Sayha did her appearance change… she thought it would help some things that had been going around in her head… however, the adventure after that didn’t help her at all. She had run into the heretic head-on. The adventure after that, Sayha ran into one of the heretic’s lackeys that she had seen in the previous adventure.
After she had died, Sayha had made a promise to herself that she would change. She had, kind of… she had finally told Hiro how she truly felt… and then they had gone on a date-type thing. Sayha blushed slightly thinking back on it, and the whistle of the pot caught her attention. She stood up and removed the pot from the heat. After setting it aside and turning off the fire, she heard a knock on her door. It must be Hiro.
Sayha left the kitchen and headed to the front door. She slid it open, and just as she thought, Hiro was standing there, slightly blushing.
“I’m glad you could make it,” Sayha smiled, sliding the door open so that he would be able to walk in, “Welcome to Kurokage. You can take your shoes off if you want, but not necessary.” Sayha herself had her shoes on nor did she really care.
“Feel free to look around,” Sayha closed the door after Hiro had stepped inside, “Feel free to look around or I could give you a tour. Tea is nearly done, but I also have lemonade if you would prefer that.”

[attr="class","capsol"] The Monk brought his hand back down to his side, after having knocked just a moment before. He knew that Sayha was likely not standing there waiting at the door, as she didn't seem the kind of person to wait at the door for her boyfriend to arrive, even after she had invited him, so he decided that he'd take a moment to look at the building, and the surrounding area. The house seemed big enough, and it definitely looked like it belonged in this neighborhood, what with the oriental design. The design was, of course, as dictated by the nearby village. Given that this was a Japanese-style of area, it served to reason that he houses built by the locals would also hold the same kind of feel to it. Since there wasn't a whole lot for him to look at on the outside, he figured he'd see some more once he entered the building. From there, he turned around and looked at the scenery in front of the building. While he somewhat wished that there was like a waterfall in the distance, or something really intriguing to look at, there was only tree after tree after tree. He really couldn't expect much else, but still...
His thought process was cut off as the door had begun to open. Swinging himself back around to look at the face that would greet him, Hiro smiled. His face had lit up in the meantime, though not a whole lot. He nodded to the girl not too long afterwards, and proceeded to walk into the building, as she held the door open. It very much did look like an oriental house on the inside, too, with a stop at the door for people to put their shoes. He decided to go ahead and just take his shoes off, as it was much more comfortable to walk around in socks than with shoes. "Kurokage, huh?" He said, after a moment. "Not a bad name for a house." Finished with taking the shoes off by this point, and standing back up straight, he looked to the Assassin as she continued. "I can take a little look around. Please tell me when the tea's done." She had already closed the door by this point, and he assumed that she would probably begin walking over towards the kitchen again to finish up with the tea. He had an urge to walk over to her and give her a quick hug, but decided against it. She might not really appreciate a sudden hug, no matter how swift it was.
Instead, Hiro decided to go looking around the place. Since he had been invited, and there was a bit of time before the tea would be ready, from what Hiro could assume, he figured he might as well go ahead and take some time to familiarize himself with the place. Given that he would likely be here for a little while, it might help to look around. He took the time to look into what he could assume was an Apothecary/Library mix, before looking back over at the Dining room and Kitchen. From there, he walked over to these two larger rooms, just beyond the baths. He peaked inside the one at the end of the hall, first, seeing what he could only assume was something akin to a Meditation room. Hiro had to wonder if this was something that Sayha had gotten after having seen Hiro's house, but he dispelled that shortly afterwards. It seemed pretty nice in there, though, which was definitely something he wanted to see. His next part of his own personal tour had shifted him over towards the other side of the hallway, which lead him into a Dojo, which he was more than ecstatic about. As he walked into the room, he could see all kinds of things in there that he would've loved to try out immediately. However, he had his own tour to finish, which meant he would go upstairs next. Heading out of the Dojo, for now, he started to move to the stairs, and began ascending them.

After Sayha closed the door behind Hiro, he opted to go with the shoeless option which was completely fine. He commented that Kurokage was a good name for a home, and she agreed… mostly because it was kind of her fault it was called that. It was a bit out of the way, and it was possible that no one would even notice it if they weren’t looking for it. The trails in the area were mostly natural caused by the animals that traveled through the forest. Sayha planned on switching from Tracker to Animal Trainer in the near future so knowing the animals in the area would help her get started.
“I will let you know,” Sayha responded to Hiro once he started his self-tour of her home. As he walked around, Sayha made her way back to the kitchen. She had already removed the boiled water from the heat, but she knew from past experience that the water would need to cool for a while before the type of tea she kind of liked and planned to make. She poured the boiling water from the pot it had been in into a smaller ceramic pot and left the lid off to let it cool.
After it cooled for a bit, Sayha placed fresh tea leaves into the water and put the lid on, allowing the water to absorb the taste of the leaves. As the tea began to settle, Sayha moved the chair she had moved into kitchen back into the dining room.
In the meantime, Sayha though about how Hiro would like or dislike her house. It was rather large considering she was the only person who lived there. Though it was also plenty large enough so that when she switched to Animal Trainer, there would be plenty of room for them to roam around. Though she knew that the main reason the house was so large was because of the dojo. That was fine with her; after all, most of her time at home was spent in the dojo.
After a few minutes, Sayha heard Hiro move up the stairs to her upper level, and she decided to check the tea. After opening the lid, it looked like the tea was pretty well settled. She put the lid back on the pot and set it on the table in the dining room. Then she found two small tea glasses and set them on the table as well. Once everything was set, she moved to the base of the stairs.
“The tea is ready whenever you’re done exploring,” Sayha called. Once she was done, she went back to the kitchen and poured tea in both glasses on the table. She sat down in one of the chairs and waited for Hiro to re-appear.

[attr="class","capsol"] The upstairs wasn't quite as big as the downstairs, but there was room for multiple people to stay. Hiro had to wonder if it would have been Sayha's intention to invite him over at some point for the night. A devilish grin appeared on his face, as a mischievous thought began to course through his mind. Perhaps Hiro would taunt Sayha about that while here, since he hadn't had much of a chance to tease her about much of anything yet. Since the two were officially together by this point, it would be justifiable to have something to joke around about. But, perhaps she wouldn't appreciate the implied innuendo, and instead slap him for the joke. It would be worth it for the later-on thought, as a little nudge to the side would be enough to set the thought to mind again, though she might end up resenting him for it. Either way, Hiro started to look around more than just the living room that he had arrived in. It was interesting to see a living room in the upstairs portion of the house, since most people would have them downstairs at an easily-accessible part. Maybe that was just his girlfriend's stylistic choice.
That having been addressed in his mind, Hiro looked to the room before himself, which he guessed was one of the guest rooms. It was a bit smaller than his own bedroom, which honestly wasn't very big at all to begin with, but it was enough room for someone to live in, he figured. It looked nice, though. He left the room and continued down the hallway so that he would check out the other guest room, seeing it was very much the same as the other. And now, just ahead of himself out of the second guest room, was what he assumed to be Sayha's room. He began to think about going into her room, and looking around. But, would it really be okay for a guy to enter a girl's room? Her house, fine, but he was also invited. But to enter a woman's room... Hiro recalled the last time he walked into Evan's room. He was just telling her that dinner was ready, and she flipped out. Granted, he should've knocked before going in, but the thought only occurred to him afterwards. Hiro had to wonder, though. He took a step closer to the door, wondering if there would really be any problem of just going in, and taking a quick peek...
His mind started to race, thinking about how he could just as easily walk in for a quick minute, look around, and then leave. If Sayha asked anything about it, he wouldn't say anything, or probably say that the upstairs was nice. But walking into a girl's room without her there is basically sacrilege, right? His hand reached slowly toward the door. Maybe... One little quick look wouldn't be that bad of a thing, right? He figured it would only help him understand the girl a bit more, since they were together and all. He shook his head a bit, trying to regain his senses. No, no, if she found out, she'd likely stick a sword or something through his neck for having gone into her room. It wasn't like Hiro intended to look through her closet and dressers or anything! Though... That might help him understand her a bit, on more of a physical level...
The girl's voice from the base of the stairs caused him to jolt a bit. His hand went flying away from the handle, which he had gripped by that point, and he almost lost his balance entirely. Able to keep himself from shouting in surprise and shock, he stared at the stairwell, hoping that she wouldn't come up to find him herself. "A-Alright! Be right there!" He shouted back, almost immediately. He stayed in place for a moment, trying not to make any sudden movements, in case she decided to come upstairs. Luckily enough, she didn't. Hiro let out a massive sigh of relief, and tried to let his heart rate die down. After about 10 seconds of calming down, he started for the stairs. Heading down into the kitchen, he wore a smile on his face, as he looked to the girl. He could smell the tea, which broadened his smile. "Mmm." The Monk mumbled. "Smells good." Hiro walked over to the table, and sat down across from the girl, looking into the cup. The tea looked and smelled nice, as he reached down and brought the cup to his face, taking a little sip. The flavor swirled in his mouth for a few moments, before he drank it down. "This is pretty good, thanks for making it. What kind of tea is this, Sayha?" He asked. Hopefully, she wouldn't ask if he had gone into her room. So long as that didn't come up in conversation, things would be just fine. Even still, he felt a bead of sweat from the thought drip down the back of his neck.

Hiro responded to Sayha’s call though he seemed kind of surprised. She shrugged it off, figuring that he just wasn’t prepared to hear Sayha yell up the stairs. He arrived in the dining room, commenting that the tea smelled good. “Well, at least it does for you,” Sayha chuckled, “I don’t really like or dislike it.”
Sayha took a sip of her tea just as Hiro did his. He said it was pretty good and asked what kind it was. “Let’s see… it was a Kabusecha Green Tree if I’m remembering correctly. I picked it up in the village a while ago. I don’t drink tea that much since I’m happy with lemonade. Though in the near future, I’ll probably be trying to make different types of drinks since I’ve heard that pharmacists can make some of the brewer recipes. Not sure if that has been confirmed or not, but it’s definitely something to check out.”
Sayha took another sip of her tea before she set it aside, “So what did you think of the house? I know it’s pretty large considering only I live here… for now at least. I don’t think I’ve mentioned it before, I’m planning on switching from Tracker to Animal Trainer. Not exactly sure when, but soon. The house is definitely large enough to accommodate any monsters I end up taming… though that wasn’t the reason it’s so large. I’m assuming you found my favorite room in the house?”
Sayha was referring to the dojo, and the name fit. She spent most of her time in the dojo when she was home while spending a bit of time in her apothecary and office slash library space. She was also curious to hear what Hiro thought about the layout of her house. The living room, Sayha knew was in an odd location on the second floor. The main reason it was located up there was because of… well not so great space planning… though she got the dojo so that part was the main part she focused on.

[attr="class","capsol"] While his previous thoughts about having attempted to go into his girlfriend's room were still there, but pushed off to the side by this point, Hiro listened as Sayha had begun to explain the type of tea. It actually was a fairly refreshing kind of tea, one that he hadn't had before. Always nice to try something new, though the crisp taste and feeling of soda did remain longingly in his heart and mind. He couldn't remember what his favorite kinds of soda tasted like by this point, which was regrettable in his mind, since he did love to drink a good deal of soda. Perhaps not the best thing for him, but his life kept him busy outside of video games, which meant he was always up and walking around, or doing something that involved motion. Because of that, he didn't really feel the effects of the sugary substance. Not only that, but his family, being the kind of family it was, always had these incredibly robust and 'good for you' kinds of meals, so whenever he ate anything, he was getting all the nutrients and such that he needed. By this point, Hiro realized that he had gone off on a bit of a tangent in his mind, and shook the thoughts.
The Monk focused on the conversation again, taking a sip from the tea before him. However, as soon as Sayha asked him about the house, he almost choked on the tea. The earlier thoughts of having gone near the girl's room resurfaced for just a moment. Hiro tried to keep the potential choking under wraps for the time being, and only put the cup down onto the table once more. Swallowing down the tea, he continued to listen. And it was a good thing that he had, because the girl soon mentioning that she wouldn't be the only one living there. That could've meant one of two things: Someone else was coming to live with her, or she was going to ask Hiro to move in. The thought was very quickly denied, as Sayha mentioned that she would become an Animal Trainer sometime soon. A wash of relief pooled over the Monk, but also one of a little regret. That meant that there wouldn't be any more of their little hide and seek games, if she was to swap out from being a Tracker. But, if it was what made Sayha happy, Hiro would do nothing but support her decision. Hiro smiled and nodded for the moment, looking into the girl's eyes. He caught himself before much longer, and looked at the table.
After awkwardly turning his attention to the table, he looked around the kitchen. "You do have a nice house, I'll say." The Monk began. "Plenty of room for people, and animals, once that happens." Pausing for just a second, he returned his gaze to the girl, a bit of a grin on his face. "I'm guessing your favorite room is the dojo?" It was a bit too obvious that that would be the answer. "Hard to imagine your favorite room's the bedroom, considering your fascination with weaponry, my dear." Speaking with a slightly jovial tone, he reached down to the table and took a sip from the tea. "While I was walking around, I noticed the pool you also have. I'm kinda surprised you don't have a hot spring-like bath, or anything of the like, but I figure you needed the room for the dojo and training area." He put the cup back down onto the table, before speaking further. "I didn't go outside, but I'm guessing you have a greenhouse for your pharmaceuticals? At least, I think that's a greenhouse." To be perfectly frank, he hadn't gone outside at all, and only noticed the smaller building on his way up and in. If Sayha had mentioned it before, he didn't really remember. Such is the curse of having contemplated entering one's girlfriend's room without them knowing. This brought about the question in his mind if Sayha would care at all, but he shook the thoughts from his mind. Not a good idea to linger on such things, for his own sake.

As Sayha asked about her house, Hiro seemed to choke… at least partially. And it was only when she asked about which room was her favorite. Her mind then went back to think about when she had first gone to the guild building. Minds quickly went into the gutter… and Hiro’s must have as well. He had gone upstairs to where the bed rooms were… Sayha simply smirked slightly while sipping her tea. She was curious, though, as to what Hiro thought. That was when she realized that they were looking at each other directly in the eyes. Sayha flushed up a bit, but not as much as she had before.
Hiro seemed to notice then and diverted his gaze to the table before looking around the kitchen. He mentioned that she had a nice place with plenty of room for people and animals. She was glad he agreed… and she thought he would be at least interested in what companion she would have first. Though that was still a bit down the road. Hiro guessed the dojo was her favorite room, and he was correct. It wasn’t all he said. He continued to talk, saying that he found it hard that her bedroom would be her favorite room due to her obsession with weapons. That made her chuckle. He also mentioned that he was surprised that she didn’t have a hot spring bath, and he guessed that she had a greenhouse.
“I don’t have a hot spring,” Sayha nodded, “but I do have a separated bath. It’s right next to the gym, but not attached to the gym like the weight room and the pool area. I don’t use the pool very much, but I’m not complaining.” Sayha took another sip of her tea before continuing. “I do have a greenhouse in the back, but it’s kind of empty right now. I probably should do an excursion to collect herbs so I can grow them myself… though some of them, I don’t know if I would want to grow here. In the near future, I want to develop some poisons that can be applied to weapons. I’ve been meaning to work on that, but I have been a bit distracted by other things. I plan on continuing that plan in the near future though. Just not quite sure when.”
Sayha took another sip of her tea to finish it off, “Though another thing I have been neglecting is outside training. I remember you talking about the skill, <Swift Sakura Slash>, and that I would need to train in the Village to perfect the skill. I… well… I still haven’t done that yet. I mean I have the skill now, but I just haven’t trained with it quite yet. I guess that’s the problem with training traditionally without skills.”

[attr="class","capsol"] Thank the Amaterasu spirits, Sayha mentioned nothing about the rooms upstairs. From how she had started talking, it seemed that she had begun a small rant about what her plan was, which was excellent for diverging the topic. Hiro payed attention while she spoke, while also taking sips at the tea here and there. He finished it off not too much longer afterwards, setting the cup down onto the table once more, and listening as she continued on. Eventually, she got to the topic of the skill that she had so longingly wished for, one that could only be learned here in the forest. Now, Hiro knew exactly why one couldn't use said skill until they had been to the forest. It was because they had to go see the Elder, or another high-ranking person in the village. Granted, it was only Yamamoto at the moment, since the other high-ranking individuals were all older-than-dirt sages that dropped the blade for the quill long ago. They left the hunting and fighting to the younger men, who were still mostly all just learning the ropes. The village has been at peace for a while, so a trained militia wasn't needed.
"I see." Hiro said, as Sayha finished up her thoughts. He remained there, thinking, for just a few more moments, before a smile appearing on his face. "Well, nothing for it. We might as well go visit the Elder, while we have time." He thought back to the time he and Sayha had come here to play Hide and Seek, remembering how much he had pissed her off, but the fact that he had been able to use the skill in question, to which he should explain. "So, even though I've used those skills before, I can't teach them to someone else. Even then, I only used them because the Elder was giving me a hand, as you can probably imagine. The game still has rules, and they can't necessarily be broken. But, I'd suggest that we go see Yamamoto for a little while, see if she could teach you how to use it." In truth, he did want to go see the Elder himself about something, though that would be left under wraps for the time being. This would be a good enough reason to go there as well, especially if it meant helping Sayha learn a new skill. There was something that he needed a few answers to, before much else happened. Something that had been tugging at his mind for a while now.
His mind flashed back to the tunnels that he and Sayha had explored, back in the city. His eyes slowly shut, as the memories returned as pictures in his mind's eye. The Living Nether. Hecate. Morgana. That dream. So many things he didn't understand, and yet, somehow, they were all connected by something that Hiro had never felt before. Those flames... What were they? After spending so long on his own, meditating, trying to find out the true answer to it all, he couldn't come up with anything for it. No reasonable explanation, rationale to back it up, or even a motive for having it happen at all. The only thing he could think about was the Nether being there, and the only reason he could give was his body somehow rejecting the Miasma. The Monk opened his eyes, realizing that his expression had turned somber for a moment. He blinked once or twice, and then returned his vision to the Assassin, putting a smile back on. "If you want, we can head over there whenever you'd like. Hopefully, the old bat's not busy with stuff, so we should get things squared away pretty swiftly." He concluded, and then decided to wait for Sayha's own response to his offer. Whatever they decided to do from there was up to her, but either way, he'd likely see the Elder himself. It was time to at least seek knowledge on this aspect, and Yamamoto may be the first, and only, lead he has.

Hiro listened to Sayha as she spoke… and of course she seemed to go on again talking about things that really weren’t that important. At least it wasn’t weapons again… Though it seemed Hiro didn’t mind either way. Sayha was glad Hiro was rather patient… or she might have been in trouble a while ago. Though after she finished her explanation, Hiro hadn’t said anything right away. He was thinking, and Sayha had yet to figure out what he was thinking. His mind was like a pachinko machine much like hers had a tendency to be. He also knew a lot more about the game than she did so it was possible he was thinking of things that were over her head.
After a moment, a smile formed on Hiro’s face and he said that they should visit the Elder while they both had the time. The Elder he was referring to was Elder Yamamoto, someone she only met once… at least that she could remember. Yamamoto was the only Elder Sayha knew from Moon Dance Forest. She was an old woman… like really old. Sayha couldn’t recall meeting anyone else as old as she probably was, but that wasn’t saying much since Sayha really didn’t go out much on the other side.
Hiro went on, though, explaining that even though he used the skill that Sayha wanted to learn, the only reason he could use them was because of Yamamoto. She recalled him explaining that before back after he had used them… and Sayha had punched him in the stomach… but that was a different time. Hiro said that she should study with Yamamoto to learn the skill. It was a fair statement. After that, though, his mind seemed to be elsewhere. Sayha didn’t respond right away so Hiro continued to say that if she wanted, they could go visit her now… assuming she wasn’t busy with anything.
“You really shouldn’t call her an old bat,” Sayha gave a soft smile, “Even if it is true.” Sayha thought back to when she was training for martial arts. Her sifu and shimu had been an older couple but not nearly as old as Yamamoto. She was always cordial and polite to them, even when they weren’t around. It was just the way that they were taught. They had gotten used to Sayha’s sharp tongue very quickly, and they actually remarked back to her in a very similar tone… though they never called each other names. Though maybe that was just the way Hiro and Yamamoto were.
“I’d be up to visiting the Elder,” Sayha responded after a moment, “Though I’m not exactly sure where her house is in the village.” Sayha stood up from her seat, “I’ll clean this stuff up later so we can head there now. I’ll even show you the shorter way to get to my house since I know this place is kind of a pain to find.”
Sayha waited for Hiro before leading him to the front door. After he got his shoes on, Sayha opened the door to let him out first and then closed the door once they were both outside. Instead of taking the semi apparent path that was in front of the house, Sayha cut off and went off to the side of the house into the forest. There were natural paths all around where she lived from where the monsters walked. She had found the paths relatively easily once she had moved in… and she also found that the paths were the pretty straightforward. Of course, taking only those paths wouldn’t get them to the Village.
After a few minutes, Sayha diverted from the path towards a path that only Sayha seemed to know. It didn’t take long to see the buildings of the Village in the short distance and soon Sayha had led the two of them onto one of the streets of the Village.
“It’s hard to find this path at first, but I use it regularly so it’s not too bad,” Sayha turned to Hiro, “Can you lead the way from here then?”
