“You took your time,” Sayha greeted Saiph as he finally made it to the St. Pancras Station. It had been quite the trek through the city coming from the Thames Coastline, and Saiph was ready for a break. However, he doubted that was what he was going to get.
“Well, how about you trek all the way from the Thames to here,” Saiph responded, “Also why are we here?”
“We are here because we need to get the rock fixed up,” Sayha responded, “You’ll need to be able to read what’s on the cuneiform, and you can’t at the moment. An Artisan has the skills to restore it.”
“I’m guessing you know an Artisan then?”
“I do, but they’re busy at the moment,” Sayha shrugged, “The best place to search is here because there are crafting booths set up everywhere. It’s were a lot of people complete their services.”
“Sounds fair,” Saiph nodded, “Though why you’re here is what is making me curious.”
“I said to call when you needed help,” Sayha explained, “You called needing help so I’m here.”
“You said you had other plans today.”
“I had other things to take care of, yes, but I’ve taken care of them already. I was going to head back to Sarum when you called me. Lucky for you, the train hadn’t arrived yet so here I am.”
Saiph had yet to figure out Sayha. She was a mystery to him, but he wasn’t quite sure if he wanted to figure her out. She seemed to like secrets and keeping things to herself. Usually, she stayed out of business that wasn’t hers… and there was the answer. She had already made it her business, more than likely before Saiph even started investigating the Sages.
“Are you coming or what,” Sayha’s voice brought him back to the then and there. Sayha had begun moving inside the Station, and she was half turned towards him, waiting for him.
“Yeah, I’m coming,” Saiph began walking towards Sayha, and she resumed walking.
