Might want to buff Cavalier subclass to ensure that it remains viable should mounts be implemented in the shop.
Shop could also be used to sell house deeds when housing system gets implemented. They don't have to be in the inventory so it should be fine. Should.

I think someone asked a long time ago about being able to customize some skills, like making Orb of Fire split into two weaker fireballs instead of one. I think it could work just like how skill skins are working right now. Might make it a little bit more expensive since this isn't purely cosmestic anymore. I'd like to add Gachapon but it might be a nightmare to distribute since we'll have to go manually edit things in peoples' inventories like what happened during that first month when everyone was buying Windsor Antiquas and Call of Homes. Vanity items would be a good place to start. It makes adventurers unique in some way without having to go through the crafting claims queue (i.e. vanity crafts); skins, event costumes, glamours, mounts, non-combat pets. Customizing skills would take some balancing, might need some time to think about it. Maybe you can make an event where people will make suggestions and those who get their suggestions picked will get it for free. But limit it this time to maybe 5 suggestions per account so that people will really think about what they write.

Mounts:
Allow mounts to be purchasable by everyone. The cavalier subclass already takes into account the usage of mounts by everyone. Cavaliers, instead, get bonus abilities while mounted. So please do not limit mounts to just one group of people.
Economy:
It is near impossible to unite the forum gold with in-game mechanics. The reason for this is because in order for this to happen, you must have the mods dealing with every single transaction between players. In addition, in order to make an economy as close to real-world economics, you need to remove any form of money making that could cause imbalance in the economy. This includes the 50 gp per post, the bank, and the stock market, and the mods will HAVE to give money based on quests or some other mechanic. It'll be taxing on the mods, and you are all busy as hell anyways. Why add more to your work load?
The moment you attempt to join the IC and OOC economics, it'll just blow up. The reason why we have any prices at all is to make sure players are active enough to buy/make equipment or buy guild houses. The gold we make OOC doesn't really effect what we do IC, so why issue penalties or remove these things if it really doesn't effect us IC? It's just something fun to do... a competition to see who has the most money... That's all I'm saying. It's for fun... not really for real wealth...
Stock Market:
More on the stock market. If the stock market were to act like the real-world market, going up and down as it does now, it would need constant update rather than the update it does every hour. In addition, the amount of money you make in the stock market compared to the 4% interest would be a cent to $100. You will, at best, make 4% daily on the stock market, and that's not a surefire thing. Why would I risk money in something that returns less than my daily interest? In addition, stock market investments are meant for long-term gain, not short term, but at that point, I would just stick to my 4% daily...

I haven't been online in a while, so I'll just be listing as I think of things.
NPCers for GM'd events. There aren't many active or reliable ones. You can't count on DH for everything, nor can GM'd events keep being introduced but not have the GMs for them.
Add in a "fist weapon mastery" so monks aren't OP as anything. It'd do the same thing that monks naturally obtain, the bare handed extra damage and proficiency in fist weapons. It'd fix that imbalance IMO.
I'm sure there's other things but I'm barely online anymore so there you go.

I think Shield Mastery should also slightly reduce the cooldowns of shield based skills

If it isn't to late I wouldn't mind better spell descriptions for some of the enchanter skills. "lasts a few seconds is a little vague" :)
