Despite looking like and being a rather bland looking staff for clerics, this stave is one said to have been used by Viceroy Bubbles Von Salamancer! Maybe that'll make you more confident or something. If you didn't know that someone just made this for you and therefore the legends are obviously false. That said, the magician's stave has a curled top that rotates in a circle and curls in on itself. It almost seems like it'd be better to use this for necromancy, but the weapon can't really be truly identified one way or another. You guess it's useful. You guess.
