Londenium. This place resembled London in every way, and it might be the city of London in some perspective, some dimension of time, or even in another frame of time. The buildings also resembled the buildings in London, but except for some buildings which had preserved most of their details, most of them got ruined by the luxuriant outgrowth bursting out of them. But the buildings which have gotten preserved were enough for most to perceive that this might be London. Hell, even the name resembled the name of London too closely that the People of the Land might have a contact with somebody some centuries ago who named it London, and they partially adopted that name as the name of this city. That might also prove that the People of the Land did not originate from London, but from some other place. What is that place is unknown until now. There are too much mysteries in this land that it might take years to know the truth in a greater picture. Londenium was only the start, but there were still many unexplained things here.
A young boy step foot at the city of Londenium in the dead of night. Unlike most of the boys with his age still unwilling to cope with their present situation, he seemed to be ready for anything that would come his way. And his mental mindset was that he should, if getting out of here was his goal. This was the second time he stepped foot at the city, after a fortnight of settling all by himself in an area; the first time was when he had logged on in the game Elder Tale. But the reason he was here was to immerse himself with all the information that he could get from Londenium. He had no time for getting acquaintances, nor did he want to have an interest to drag another person into an in-depth investigation of the whole land, since he thought it would be the best course for others to stay way from him.
After some searches, he came across an old library lined with moss and other foliage. He thought it was better to start here than find another library, and so he entered it. There were two people sitting side-by-side also reading some books, and they were the only people inside except the old librarian who was arranging some very worn-out books onto the shelves. He got himself some books about magic and ancient scripts, and when he had presented them to the librarian, he took his set on the table behind the two people. Taking a piece of very old paper and borrowing a quill pen from the librarian, he wrote some of his reflections on the city of Londenium, and slipped it in the small bag attached to his bandolier. Opening one book about sorcery, he read the contents of the book. The problem that bugged him is that how the tailor and the blacksmith upgrade the equipment sent to them, but scribes had no plan yet to rewrite a grimoire such that it would be more effective. He started on reading the books about magic, to see if there's a way of rewriting grimoires.
