A recipe that allows a character to upgrade Level 1-10 crafting material into Level 11-20 material. In order to do this, the crafter will combine together the levels of any number of Level 1-10 materials. For example, an Artisan with their respective Basic Upgrade Tool may combine a Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6 Old Canvas together into a Level 15 Old Canvas. The basic upgrade tool is not consumed. This recipe is available for speed crafting at any time and can be done concurrently with any other craft.

Materials Used: Twelve level 10 materials & the Basic Pharmacist Mortar and Pestle upgrade tool

Approved. But in order to reduce crafting traffic, I'd like to say that Material Upgrading should be done in the same thread that you intend to use the upgraded materials. This reduces the amount of management that we will have to do when keeping track of players' materials. Thank you for your understanding.
