Caerbannog has been to Savill Flower Garden many times and gathered her ingredients from there (in this thread) with the aid of @0x1dea. She likes sweets and thought them to be a good way to offset the bitterness of most medicinal herbs. In particular, Caerbannog is working on wagashi with different resistance effects. The outcome does not always have to be wagashi, and although confections are usually sweet, they can instead be sour, spicy, etc. depending on the crafter.
