In order to do this, the crafter will combine together the levels of any number of Level 1-10 materials. For example, an Artisan with their respective Basic Upgrade Tool may combine a Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6 Old Canvas together into a Level 15 Old Canvas. The basic upgrade tool is not consumed. This recipe is available for speed crafting at any time and is done concurrently with any other craft that uses these upgraded ingredients. Effects that increase production quality cannot be used on this recipe.
