The white haired and white furred Wolf Hair took in a deep breathe and let it out in a slow and steady sigh. How long had it been now since she first downloaded this... this game? How long ago was it now that she'd been stuck in this body, trapped in something she just absolutely could not escape from? Mary or Sabrenna rather had lost track of time now. It was something vaguely like a day maybe? Regardless, thinking about her problem didn't do much in the way of actually getting out and from the way other people reacted, she wasn't the only one. All these people were in here still, but instead of panicking and dreading they all began to move on. They began to forge new lives. Sabrenna soon realized that she needed to as well. She recalled a certain Subclass that she had chosen character generation, one that could at least start her on a new path.
And so here she was, waiting for the person that she was supposed to be accompanied by. Courier was the role that Sabrenna had come to undertake after finally managing to resist her urge to scream and shout and punch some walls. After all, that only did so much to lower your stress before your hands started hurting and everyone started looking at you like you were mad. Though, that was kinda interesting itself too, wasn't it? These NPCs were... alive for lack of a better term. A couple other players that were nice enough to spare her a few words called them "The People of The Land", saying that the NPCs truly were just as alive as the PCs themselves within this crazy world. And it made the Wolf Hair's head hurt even more as she tried to understand what was going on in her mind.
It was all horribly annoying and it gave her even more of a headache each time that she tried to think about it. Really, that could sum up everything that had happened since Sabrenna logged into this stupid game. It was a massive headache and so very annoying. But regardless, one could only stay so mad for so long if they had any sense about them here. They were trapped and there was no way out, that was just a plain truth. Well, perhaps there was one, but no one had found it yet. Regardless, you had to accept your circumstances and try to move on. It was the best thing to do in this crazy world and it's crazy nonsense.
...Where the heck was the person she was waiting on? All this remembrance of other events was a pretty terrible way to stave off the boredom while she waited along the path that entered the Greatwoods. Her delivery was bound for a rougher part of the woods and she wasn't exactly a super warrior. She'd just started this stupid "game" after all. Sabrenna began to scratch behind one of her lupine ears, it was pretty odd to get used to that as well. Oh whatever, in truth it wasn't like she had anything better to do either.
Sabrenna took in a deep breathe and let out a slow and steady sigh.

Elkeid had work to do, which was impossible with the small werecat clinging to her leg. What the hell did Sorrel want now? "But mum! I wanna go with you!" The leg the little puss was latched onto began to vigorously shake, Elk's way of attempting to free herself from the cat boy. "I wanna be a badass body guard too, mum! Let me go with you! Pretty please! Don't leave me here all alone! Mum pleeeeeease!"
Sorrel's childish antics were drawing the eyes of every Adventurer outside of their inn. If they did not think that Elk was this kid's mother before, they certainly would now. "Sorrel. Bugger off." There were times when she could tolerate the kid, and even like spending time with him. This was not one of those times. Normally she would threaten to bury him up to his neck in dirt, but he no longer feared such an outcome. 'This is what happens when you grow soft.'
In the end, the woman resorted to leaning down and simply prying him off, but not without a spot of trouble. Sorrel was being especially clingy today, and almost tore holes into the pants leg of her armor. "Look - I need you to stay here, out of the way. I'm going to have my hands full taking care of one person. I don't need a kid getting in my way." Sorrel puffed his cheeks out, gearing up to rant and rave about how he was not useless, and that he could hold his own in a fight - ahahahaha no. She made a fist and waved it under his tiny nose. It was an empty threat, but Sorrel flinched and stepped back in alarm. He was pretty fond of not receiving intense pain. "I'll be home in a few hours, all right?"
The little werecat huffed at her turned back, and said nary a word as she sauntered off. The silent treatment, eh? That was a good one. If she was lucky, he would remain silent for the duration of the day. 'Yeah, right.' She gave him five minutes at the most. Those five minutes went by awfully fast, however, and even after that she saw nary a sign of the werecat following her. Was he really that mad about being left behind? That kid seriously needed to find others his own age to pal around with.
She arrived in the Greatwoods a few minutes later, slowing her powerwalk to a slower gait. The person she was to meet and protect today was set to meet her around this zone - assuming they had not run off after being made to wait so long. Freaking Sorrel. Did he not understand how important work and punctuality was to adults?
Her eyes scanned the path, and came to an abrupt stop as she noticed the tall and well-built woman standing along it. By the way the woman was standing around and scratching the wolf-like ears perched upon her head, Elk figured she was the client. Her fingers twitched by her sides as she sauntered over, resisting the urge to reach out and pet the woman on the head. There was something about wolf-hairs… 'Hm, she's taller than I thought.' They were only at the same height because of the heels Elk wore. It was a little odd to meet another woman that was taller than she was. "Hello. Are you the Courier?" Her instincts screamed yes, but it was always good to double check. coded by benetnasch of THQ / ET[newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] [newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] Muse: Artificial NocturneNotes:Felt a little rushed. ;;Tags:SabrennaWords:585

Sabrenna's thoughts had begun to wander as she waited, drifting off to a more positive note and thinking about what she could make with the Tailoring skill she'd chosen. Maybe a nice scarf? Well, it really wouldn't work that well with the large scarf-like fluff she already had wrapped around her shoulders about now. She'd thought it a quite fancy accessory to include, but it was crazy too. She'd set the thing down for like a minute or two and then suddenly it'd just appear on her shoulders once more, as it refused to part with it's beloved mistress. Well, whatever. It wasn't exactly much odder than anything else that was around in this crazy game. And then her thoughts were quite abruptly interrupted as the sharp eared woman's ears twitched briefly before her head turned in full to look at the source of the voice that she'd heard.
And who she saw was quite a good looking woman as well. As tall as Sabrenna herself, the other woman was dressed in what could only be described as an incredible black catsuit that really served the brunette well in accentuating her figure. To say the Human that came up to the white Wolf Hair was a knockout was really just an understatement. Still, now wasn't the time to ogle the person she'd been waiting on. That was just rude. Even if it was nice. Seriously, stop now Sabrenna before you make a complete fool out of yourself in front of a stranger again after that stunt earlier when you punched a boar.
The Wolf Hair nodded in response to the question after a moment. "Yeah. I take it you're the bodyguard I was waiting for?" Well, Sabrenna certainly hoped this woman was. The guy didn't say anything about having to worry about any PvP issues on this job, just monster problems involved in the area she was needing to go to. Speaking of which...
The Courier briefly looked over the treetops, spotting that familiar faint pillar of light before looking back to the new arrival. "Sabrenna, by the way. I'm ready to get a move on whenever you are." There was still quite a bit of work to do, after all. She didn't exactly like having to depend on someone else like this, but it was better than what she had been doing still. "You were told all the specifics of this delivery, right? Or is that my job on this one? Still kind of... new to all this." The freshly trapped Monk had begun to rub the back of her head with a hand again, scratching a bit behind her ear once more. It felt really nice for some reason that Sabrenna just couldn't explain. Regardless, it was time to get her head in the game for all of this crazy stuff.

This close up, Elkeid could see that the other woman had patches of fur on her forearms. That must be a wolf-hair thing. Her eyes were once again drawn to the woman's head. 'Ears.' Of the two wolf-hairs she knew, their wolf-like features only made themselves known in times of stress, or in Caerbannog's case, drunkenness. Basically, it was difficult for her to cop a feel when those two were calm or sober. Today, however, seemed as good as any to touch a wolf-hair's ears - . "Er, yes. Yes I am." Grade A save, Elk. She was paying attention. Women were better at multitasking than men, after all.
This was technically her first time acting as a body guard for someone else, but that's what tanks did, right? Her class was apparently more of an evasive tank, though she had several skills suitable for it. Not to mention that the Windsor Greatwood had monsters that only went as high as level twenty (except for the rare level forty six Brier Weasel), so there wasn't anything she would difficulty putting down. Hell, she might even get to use some of her new skills. But that was enough introspection for now.
"And I am Elkeid." Their names, like other information, were accessible via the interface, but that was a rather… impersonal way of doing things. She took a step back, expecting to get this show on the road, but Sabrenna wasn't done yet. "I was given the bare facts. My contact said that you needed protection while delivering something, but not much beyond that, a time, and a place. If there's anything more, we could discuss it while on the move, though." Elkeid wasn't the kind of woman to dilly dally, and she was already late; there was no point in delaying further. There were also some monsters that liked to attack idling Adventurers, like the Garden Snake eying them from the other side of the path. 'I could use a new belt, though.'
Ignoring the snake for the cheap belt it was, Elkeid stepped back onto the path and shot her companion a casual glance. "What exactly does the Courier subclass do, anyway - besides handling packages?" She doubted it was useful in combat, like her Exorcist subclass. It surely had better use than subclasses like Accountant or Advertiser, though. She didn't move in any particular direction; it was Sabrenna's job to do the leading, since she would know where to go. This was somewhat odd for Elkeid, who was used to doing the leading and having followers. Elk's job here, on the other hand, consisted of standing around looking pretty denying anything that vaguely resembled a threat to the lower levelled Monk. coded by benetnasch of THQ / ET[newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] [newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] Muse: Be StillNotes:My alt actually started with the Courier subclass.Tags:SabrennaWords:453

Sabrenna stepped onto the path proper once more, starting to head into the woods now along with Elkeid, starting to get on track for getting this job done. "Pretty simple job from my understanding of it. Get from Point A to Point B and don't get caught up while trying to do just that. Deliver the package to the guy who's at Point B and then that's job completed for us." That was as much as the white Wolf Hair had been told anyways. And really, she was happy enough to have just gotten a job to do around here. Alot better than the sulking and raging about, that's for sure. She looked about the area for a moment before turning off onto a road that led even deeper in the woods.
Then came the question about what all a Courier does. And well, she didn't exactly know. Sure, Sabrenna did know the basics of the Subclass and what it offered to someone who chose it. Really, it was kind of exactly what you would expect. "Delivering packages is just part of it. Really, you could say that it's like delivering anything period. Packages, information, even people in a manner of speaking. If you need something delivered somewhere, a Courier is just the person to do the job." Sabrenna spoke cheerily as she described the job. In real life she always did love the idea of travel, though wasn't in much of a position to do alot of it by any means. The Subclass certainly had a knack for requiring lots of it though and it definitely offered a chance to see alot of different sights along the way. Game or crazy demonically possessed technological nightmare, there was some real beautiful sights all around.
The Courier began to make another turn, stopping briefly as she heard a loud, but short rustling sound. Her ears twitched as she started to listen for more, looking on both sides of the path that was quite quickly nearing an end. "...Did you hear that Elkeid?" Maybe she was just being a little paranoid, but she had heard of Assassins that liked to stalk the roads of the Greatwoods out for the blood of lower leveled Adventurers. And she hadn't seen any monsters yet either, for that matter. "Too quiet..." She didn't trust this silence, eyes narrowing as she looked about. After a moment a figure burst from the foliage behind where she had looked, an Elf Assassin swinging about a scythe as he moved quickly towards Sabrenna. She managed to evade the swing by ducking, surprised at her own luck before starting to quickly back off and allow her bodyguard to get to work.
"Elk! Little help here!"

"That sounds fairly standard, but people? Isn't that… human trafficking?" Movies like Transporter and Lilja 4-ever immediately came to mind. She did not like the idea of people being treated like cargo, and would have backed out if this job required it. Slavery was just… no. She wanted no part of it, especially if it was sexual slavery. That was a horrible thing to have weigh on your conscious. Her hand went to the red scarf wrapped around her shoulders, a sign of unease. In any case, Sabrenna did not have anyone else with her. She was probably delivering supplies or something. Or something illegal, like drugs. Drugs were something she could deal with. It was a victimless crime.
"...Hm?" She glanced over at Sabrenna. "Hear what?" This was a horrible question to ask the brunette, who was afflicted with auditory agnosia since birth. It generally only affected speech, however, though other sounds often confused her. She could only assume that the "sound" involved rustling of some kind - or whatever lurkers of the shadows made when they failed at being sneaky. Sabrenna was right, though; it was too quiet out here. There was no room for her to even mistake a shout for a jet engine out here. They were being stalked.
Elkeid hissed through gritted teeth as a humanoid - not a monster - burst from the surrounding foliage. She had not been expecting another Adventurer to show up, though in hindsight she really should have. The strong preying on the weak… She darted past Sabrenna, who had managed to avoid the scythe wielding Elf, and lifted an arm to ward off the next blow. The corners of her eyes prickled with tears as the blade dug into her arm. It did not hurt as much as one would expect it to in the real world, but the pain was still very much real.
With her other hand, Elkeid reached out to grab the shaft of the scythe, and pivoted on one foot to swing her body and the Elf attached to the weapon into a nearby tree. Her opponent gasped breathlessly as the air was forcibly expelled from his lungs. She yanked the scythe from his hands and drove the end into his knee. For an Assassin, he wasn't very strong or smart. 'But then again, you don't have to be when your target is several levels beneath you.' She had a feeling she outranked him, too. But seriously - why throw a long weapon around, when it could be easily grabbed and pulled away from you?
She toggled on her Acupressure skill, which resulted in the figure of the Assassin being covered with several targets. Elkeid jabbed one just over the Elf's wounded knee, causing him to groan out in discomfort. According to instructions, that would deal a minor stun to his limb. She quickly jabbed several other places to keep him immobilized, and slammed one heel into his chest when he tried to sit up. The high pitched groan of pain from the figure beneath her was… quite satisfying. Elk raised her foot and brought it down again.
Before she knew it, Elkeid was relentlessly stomping the man to death. At some point she had gagged him with the body of a Garden Snake, and the heel of her boot was obliterating his groin. Would it be appropriate of her to say that her foot "slipped" numerous times? But how would she explain the snake? Elk shrugged and leaned down to throttle the Assassin's remaining health out with her fists. "That was barely even a workout," Elkeid said as she stepped back from the "bubbling" Assassin. This wasn't real life; it was a fantasy. The guy would revive back at the Cathedral in a few minutes, which was more than he deserved.
"If he has any friends, they're either slow or disorganized." She winced a little when she flexed her arm. There was a little blood from the wound - and it was staining her armor. Elkeid's left eye twitched as drops of blood made their way onto her leg. It was a good thing that she had chosen black over something lighter. She ripped off a piece of the would be killer's armor before he vanished, and tied it around her bleeding forearm. "Let's continue, shall we?" It's not like she just killed a man or anything. coded by benetnasch of THQ / ET[newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] [newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] Muse: TimberNotes:Hello, friends.Tags:SabrennaWords:733

The Assassin had begun to chase after the first swing, his scythe moving in for a follow up on the much weaker Monk. Sabrenna's breath hitched as it began to come around once more, only releasing once the beautiful form of her hired protector moved in the way, intercepting the wickedly curved blade. The fearsome brunette quickly disarmed the attacker, even sending him flying towards a nearby tree. Sabrenna didn't follow the action entirely though, the ears atop her head began to twitch as her eyes scanned the rest of the woods. Some more rustling, but it seemed alot more distant rather than the closeness of before. The Courier began to look back toward the action, spotting what could only be described as one of the most brutal curb stomps she'd seen. Heck, the stomp part was even literal! And... Wait. Wait a second...
What... What was...
WHAT IS SHE DOING WITH THAT SNAKE!?
Sabrenna couldn't help but fill a little giddy as she watched Elkeid go to work. Sexy and strong all in one package! She would have to commend her employer on his very fine choice of bodyguard for this job, that's for certain! The much stronger Monk eventually stopped her assault and slowly the white Wolf Hair began to pull her senses back together, even pulling her eyes off of the impressive brunette and starting to look around once more. She heard some rustling that started close, but was quickly beating a hasty retreat into the woods. No doubt they had been grouped with the other guy before his ridiculously brutal beating that he was forced to endure. And it didn't take needing to see the event happen twice for all of them to get the picture that running away was in their much better interests about now.
Eventually Elkeid's assault finally came to a halt and the Assassin had faded away, left with a horrifying memory of snakes and the brunette that did utterly horrifying things with them. Sabrenna had to mentally remind herself no staring once more as the femme fatale began to speak again. "More like running scared!" Sabrenna chuckled a bit. "That was seriously pretty amazing! Where did that thing with the Snake come from though? I just have to ask!" Despite the brutality a bit ago, Sabrenna couldn't keep back the slightly giddy tone. She wasn't too concerned over the dead guy, there was a part of her mind that still remembered this whole thing was a game even before that "Catastrophe" thing and death wasn't a permanent for Adventurers.
"Ah, right. Let's go ahead and get a move on again." Sabrenna nodded and began to start on again, it shouldn't be too much further now and then it's only monstrous things to watch out for. Then again, there wasn't supposed to be a guy like the Assassin around either. Well, whatever. Worrying wasn't gonna do any good.
"Say... How long have you been stuck here?"
The question had escaped her lips before she realized she was the one that had said it. She bit her lower lip slightly, hoping it didn't somehow offend or make the other woman suddenly want to breakdown. Dammit Sabrenna, you told yourself NO EMBARRASSMENTS!

Elk was relieved that Sabrenna took the… dispatchment of the Assassin so well. Sorrel would have wet his pants, and her usual companions may have protested the man's temporary death. She cracked her knuckles, ignoring the sharp pain that radiated up her arm. "They better keep running if they know what's good for them…" Them turning back would give her a good excuse to use Incarnated Assault or Battering Ram - not that she really needed one. "...The snake?" Where exactly had she grabbed it from? A tree seemed like the most likely answer, but she had blacked out for a few seconds during all that violence. "Intuition," she said with a small shrug.
Sabrenna's sudden burst of enthusiasm reminded Elkeid of an excitable child, and without thinking she reached out to pat the other woman on the head. She came close to ruffling the woman's short crop of white hair, but casually hooked a thumb into one of her ears instead. It was alleged that dogs were quite fond of having their ears rubbed, though she did not know if the same were true for wolves or wolf-hairs. To test that theory, Elkeid ran one finger over Sabrenna's ear, completely unfazed when the woman asked how long it's been since she was trapped in here. "...Why are you making that face?" Was it the ear fondling? Or did she regret asking that question? Elk tried to help turn that frown upside down by seizing the woman by the other ear. This was going to make walking difficult.
"How long have I been here…?" She pretended to pause and think about it, but in actuality focused on fondling Sabrenna's ears. "A few months, maybe? It was around winter when I installed the game, and there was even a New Years' event some time after I found myself stuck here. And now it's nearing summer, though I do not know if time here works the same as in the real world." This was a freaking long monologue for someone like Elk, who usually kept to small sentences. It was probably best to ramble on and distract the wolf-hair from the invasion of privacy. "I spent a lot of time going through withdrawal, too - tobacco - and time has a way of slowing down when you're suffering the effects."
Thinking about the real world made her wonder how her assets, job, apartment, etc. were holding up. Was she declared missing? Was her body actually on a hospital bed and her mind playing tricks with her while she lied in a coma-like state? But everything here seemed so real, like the pain and other sensations. How the hell was she going to explain to her family and friends where she was this entire time, when - if - she got back? Elkeid closed her eyes for a moment of quiet reflection, but never ceased her ministrations on Sabrenna's ears. The client that requested the video game themed interior was going to get quite the thrashing if she ever got out of here. This was ultimately his fault; she never would have wound up playing this game for research if it wasn't for him.
She opened her eyes into narrow slits, and then widened them as she removed her hands, though kept them hovering just over the tips of Sabrenna's ears. "Does that answer your question?" That was as thorough as she could be, and she was not willing to divulge anything personal beyond what was already stated. "I apologize for… manhandling your ears." Not really. She was absolutely pleased with herself, though it would be hard to tell with her poker face. This stuff was therapeutic, you know? coded by benetnasch of THQ / ET[newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] [newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] Muse: How Do I LiveNotes:Got this song stuck in my head.Tags:SabrennaWords:616

Instinct? When did something like grabbing a snake out of nowhere become instinctual? Because that would be kind of neat, admittedly. Instinctually being able to grab a snake and start strangling someone with it would be a preeeeetty neat and handy skill. Sabrenna admittedly wasn't sure when she'd be able to actually use it, but hey. However, the Wolf Hair did take notice of the brunette placing a hand upon her head and starting to scratch behind one of her ears. The white haired Courier began to speak up, but stopped just short, the torn expression of asking her prying question now gained a set of blushing cheeks as well. The feeling of having her ear scratched like that was good. Really good. She could feel her foot starting to move on it's own, wanting to raise and lower as the scratching behind her ear continued and her head began to move around slightly. Sabrenna wanted the scratches to continue, the good feeling to never end.
She listened hazily to the words that Elkeid spoke about how she'd been here for a few months now. ...Wait. A few months? Dear lord, where was the notifications that warned not to play this crazy game!? If it had been going on that long then... Ugh. The possibility of time being non-linear here didn't help any of Sabrenna's worries. Well, not like these ear scratches that were delightful. But... What about the real world? She was sure she'd been here what amounted to a couple days now at least. Was her body gone? Disappeared into this virtual world? Maybe she was lying on a hospital bed right now, her parents crying over her body and hoping that their daughter would wake up from a horrible coma? It... It was a bit too much to think about.
Sabrenna snapped back to attention as the ministrations ceased, Elkeid starting to talk once more. "Ah... Yeah, I guess it does answer my question." If Elkeid had been here that long, then she definitely didn't know a way out. Though at the mention of what the stronger woman had done with her ears, Sabrenna's cheeks began to color themselves red once more and her golden eyes locked focus entirely on the road and the bumpy dirt and rocks and twigs and gee they were so fascinating, weren't they? "Um. It... It's fine. I wouldn't mind if you wanted to- Er, n-nevermind." She bit her lip a little once more, getting her wits back about herself. Probably shouldn't be saying that sort of thing unless she wanted to look like a complete weirdo.
"Ah, anyways. I think we're getting closer. Just need to cut through here." She walked right on past the current split in the road, starting to enter the forest proper, passing a line of trees while looking out for any unsavory beasts or more uninvited guests on her delivery. The brush rustled occasionally, but nothing emerged to fight and eventually the woods gave way to an open glade, a pool of fresh water nearby as well. Sabrenna took her eyes of her surroundings for a moment, looking to the horizon above the treeline. The pillar of light that was visible to the eyes of a Courier was now a good deal brighter, showing that she was nearing her destination. The Wolf Hair began to stride forward once more, only stopping after she heard a cry and spotted a human dressed in green burst out of another side of the glade, shouting something about "rabid pigs". What this meant was revealed a moment later, a group of boars headed by a much bigger one came barreling out of the woods before catching up to the Human and spearing him upon their tusks. It didn't take long before the group of blood hungry creatures began to look now upon Sabrenna. And as they did so, she began to ready herself. No doubt Elk could take them, but she couldn't rely on the other woman for everything now. Though seriously, how did he attract that many boars against himself?

Allowing Elk to have her way without putting up resistance or complaining? How delightful. Never mind the fact that the other woman backpedaled after giving a tentative acceptance of her fate. Permission was more than enough for Elk, who would assault the wolf-hair's ears at a later date. Her thirst for ear fondling was satiated - for now. With them apparently nearing their destination, however, Elkeid went back scouting the path they were traversing. That moment of lag would have been a perfect time for villains - or beasts to strike. Fortunately for the two of them, things seemed to have died down - or so she thought.
The amusing image of Sabrenna's red face firmly stamped itself in Elk's mind, but was not strong enough to block out the green clad player streaking by. The man was screaming his head off about God knows what - she couldn't understand him at this distance - but if she had to guess… The small horde of boars chasing him were obviously the culprits. The boars were usually docile creatures, so she could only assume that the fool had managed to piss them off, possibly by killing one of the younglings. He therefore received what he deserved for poor planning: gored and trampled to death by boars. They sure worked quickly in numbers. She was going to suggest that her white haired companion get a move on before the boars… neep.
Their bloodlust unleashed, the boars came charging around, straight for Sabrenna. The lot of them were ignoring the higher levelled Monk, likely out of fear of being obliterated in one fell swoop. Yeah, like she was going to stand around and let that happen. She refused to let harm come to the other woman, and especially not in the form of a humiliating trampling by swine. To ensure that, she needed to take out all of the boars at once, which was not as easy as it seemed. An AoE skill would definitely be the wisest choice here. But which…? She ruled out Aura Dragon Punch, recalling her previous encounters with slimes.
"Brace yourself," she said to Sabrenna as she sprinted forward. She did not bother to say from what. That was better witnessed with the eyes than heard by the ears. She skidded to a stop just in the midst of the boars, and could feel their grubby little hooves and snouts pressing against her as she leaned down and sent one fist into the ground, activating Tiger Echo Fist. The air around her was rent with shrieks as the boars went flying into the air at various angles. Sadly, her fist had failed to strike one in the process, but the resulting shockwave knocked their individual health bars to the halfway mark. A punch or two to each would be enough for the woman to kill them. But that would be boring.
She leapt into the air and grabbed the nearest Pittered Boar. The boar squealed and flailed its legs in protest, failing miserably to free itself before Elk could use Suplex on it. The sound the boar made as it was slammed into the ground could best be described as a dying tuba heard from a glass pressed against a door. The boar was reduced to a smattering of gold and bubbles, the latter of which Elk slung into the eyes of its charging mate. The remaining adult boar crashed to the ground, rolling onto its side and pawing at its eyes. Elkeid gave it a hard kick, using enough force to lift it bodily off the ground, and quickly pivoted to deal a second kick, much like a football (soccer for you silly Americans) player trying to brain the goalie with the dangerous trajectory.
More squeals and items rained onto the field as the boar struck two of its young and took them out with it. My my, what kind of parent would do something so offensive to their own offspring?! She rounded on the three remaining Young Pittered Boars, intending to put them out of their misery, and then thought of Sabrenna. These youngsters were weak enough for the other Monk to handle if she so desired. Besides, these little guys were too low levelled to cause much damage - if at all. The adults were the true concern, and both of them were now dead. To Elk, as long as it was for training purposes, getting a little bloody was alright.
"Sabrenna! Heads up!" She pulled back one leg and sent it flying at one of the young boars. The kick turned out to be to hard, though, as it knocked the life out of the critter upon impact. Elkeid paused for a few moments, and then adopted a new strategy. She scooped one of the two surviving boars up, and tossed it over to Sabrenna. The same method would be applied to the last if the woman succeeded. coded by benetnasch of THQ / ET[newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] [newclass=.alkaid]background-color:#050505; border: 2px solid #050505; border-radius: 5px; overflow: hidden; width: 100px; height:6px;[/newclass] Muse: Dirty LaundryNotes:Young Pittered Boar: 3/5 Pittered Boar: 2/2Tags:SabrennaWords:824

Well, if the way that Elkeid had rained down on the Elf Assassin earlier was any indication, things were about to end quickly and messily as she moved in. Sabrenna briefly wondered what the other woman had meant about bracing herself, but started to do it anyways, trusting in the veteran Monk's words. It simply seemed a safer bet all told. And with the way the ground had shook and the boars took flight, it was one hell of a good idea too! The skill and power that Elkeid had gained over the course of her time in this game was definitely on display as the boars began to die one by one, like flies being swat out of the air or ants being crushed under the heel of a boot. It was inspiring in a way and also somewhat terrifying to behold as well. This was the developments of staying here for so long.
The pitiful weakened boar that Elkeid grabbed hold of flew through the air much like a ball being passed between two people and Sabrenna tensed before lashing with one of her legs, slamming into the the pig and causing it to explode in a shower of coins. She kept spinning, a second boar in flight soon after the first and then the Wolf Hair kicked straight up, heel of her foot slamming into the boar's chin from below as her spin transferred into the force of her ax kick. With both of the vicious pigs now among the deceased, Sabrenna relaxed and took a deep breathe. "Well, that was something. You've really got some crazy skills!" If that was the kind of stuff she could be pulling off by doing more stuff around here, then Sabrenna was definitely ready to get started on just that. Another brief look to the pillar of light and she was starting to get back on track though.
"Ah, right. Let's get this finished up and then we can go get a drink or something!" Fun time after the job was done. If nothing else, she had learned that from her various odd jobs taken during summers that were now gone. Regardless, the white Wolf Hair was back on the job and passed through the glade after collecting the various coins and items. Pushing once more through trees and verdant overgrowth, Sabrenna made her way onwards, determined to finish the delivery before finally being able to get out of these crazy woods. A smell began to waft toward the Monk as she continued forward and soon it began to make sense when the Wolf Hair began to encroach upon a campsite, the golden light shining upon a human man that was currently sharpening a hunting knife in one hand. He looked up from his work for a moment.
"Are you Abdul?" Sabrenna spoke first, querying the Lander who nodded after a moment and started to rise. "Who's asking?"
Sabrenna continued forward however. "Sabrenna, I'm a courier by way of Jermaine. He sent me with a delivery for you." The hunter grunted and sheathed his hunting knife. "It's about time! I've been waiting on him to get done with that thing for a week now!" A smile began to appear on his face though after Sabrenna had given him the package and a bundle of coin. "I think that settles us up. You take care now." The gruff Lander nodded to the white Wolf Hair before heading into his tent.
Sabrenna on the other hand was already starting to turn around and leave. "And that takes care of that. Luckily we didn't run into anything too horrible after all!" She gave a smile to Elkeid before taking a deep breathe and sighing slightly. "Ah, now to find something else to do to take up my time though. Thanks for all your help though!"

(OOC: And that does it for the thread! PM me if you want to have another, I'd definitely be up for it! Hopefully I can think of something more exciting given the level difference in this one. ^.^')
