I stood gallantly in front of the low level enemies that grouped together to fight me. Today was my first true fight and while I have trained constantly to prepare myself for this moment I couldn’t help but feel a bizarre mixture of excitement and anxiety. I faced three boars which circled around me but I merely waited for them to make the first strike.
My wish was soon granted as the largest of the three, a level two, charged me head on. I did not falter as it ran towards me I merely waited to the last moment to sidestep and give a powerful strike to its back making it falter as it continued running past me. I had given a good hit but it would take much more to kill the beast.
Then came the hard part. The two other smaller and level one, boar charged me simultaneously. They both came from one direction but slightly apart leaving a gap between them. I allowed myself a smirk as they ran towards me.
“Iron Body!” I called feeling my body harden. I braced myself and when the two boar were close enough I splayed my arms out and ran towards them as well sinking my fists into their skulls causing major damage from not only their charge itself but from the force I put into my arms. While I had not expected it the strikes hit hard enough to end their lives, typical level one creature, can’t stand a hit.
I turned around to face the last boar, if I could defeat him, then my first combat is a success. I saw him charge at me, a big mistake, with the same trick I used to slay the level one boars I punched the final one directly in its skull making it disappear in a blast of loot and experience.

Tsukiyomi was walking through the Windsor Great Woods. He was at a level where he could fight monsters here, but as a solo healer he couldn't do much. He had an offensive skill and two support skills. He walked through the forest, he spotted a man fighting some boars. Clearly he was a monk, he was fighting with his fists. Tsukiyomi watched as the man skillfully took out a boar.
This guy is quite the skilled fighter. He seems to be low leveled, since he is fighting level 1 boars. I think this guy has great potential. I started this game and had a hard time, since I was also a newbie. I got help though. This guy is quite the fighter. We could maybe work together, I could help him raise his level to a high point and then we could party together. I am only level 9 myself, can probably support him. I being a healer, him being a Tank. That's two parts of the holy trinity. Tank, Healer, DPS. I think that this would be a chance to make a new friend. I joined a guild recently, but they were pretty high leveled, making it hard for me to join in battle with them. I needed his own party of friends to fight with. I had a few friend I could train with, but I want to have a solid teammate and a good friend. The guys seemed pretty cool. I'll try to start up a conversation.
Tsukiyomi walked closer to the man, and waved his hand, making a kind gesture. "Hi, My name is Tsukiyomi."

The silence was broken by a man who walked fourth after my fight with the three boars. Upon hearing him I stood straight as if I was saluting him but with my arms crossed behind my back. I looked down at him, he was no threat to me, he merely came to greet me after my fight. From the looks of it he is a healer, one of a higher level than myself. That is to be expected, I am merely a level one for now, most everyone is a higher level.
“Greetings healer, I expect that you have a purpose for joining me?” I stated toggling iron body off returning to normal and allowing my mana to regenerate. I towered over him while I waited for a response even though I knew the answer already; they wanted to create a party. While I would be able to make a party with him it would be hard to make it successful as the monsters would target him because of the difference in levels. If given the chance to catch up in levels, which shouldn’t take long, I would be more than willing to join him. Having a healer is always welcome and even though monks aren’t generally tanky I’m making mine that way with help from my skills.

Tsukiyomi looked at the man. This man seemed quite straight forward. Interesting, thought Tsukiyomi. He observed the man. He seemed to still be in his starter gear how horrid is that. He was thinking of when he had to start with those. He felt that after some training this man need some new equipment. Although Tsukiyomi wasn't a crafter they could always go for equipment made by the people of the land.
"Hi, I am Tsukyomi a shaman of Apocrypha. Nice to meet you. I play an offensive healer/ war priest type build. I can deal damage and heal wounds. What are your classes and skills? I am also a farmer and a scribe."

I raised an eyebrow at the man who had described himself. While he has yet to state the fact that he wanted to form a party the inevitable question was obvious. I raised my hands in front of my chest and cracked them before returning them to behind my back.
“Within this game I am called Reame; I am a tank-built monk who currently has the two subclasses tailor and berserker. While you may have yet to ask, I know that you wish to form a party with me.” I spoke clearly and mater of factly to the shaman. “I am not opposed to the idea but you will have to know that you will be targeted by enemies till my level has grown to one closer to yours. Standard techniques such as the mentor system can bypass this though. The decision is solely yours.”
While waiting for a response I opened up my menu and began shifting through the different pages of it looking at what I had earned from the boars. While not much the amount of AP and gold was definitely enough for me to make progress toward leveling, by continuing at this rate I should get to level two within one or two more fights and level five within the day.
