Summoners summons and their skills

First day of school so I can't ask in the Cbox. Anyway I just wan to clarify a few things. The forums version of Elemental Bolt is used and fired by the Summoner while the original show version is used by the Summon itself correct? If so that implies you can use it on summons you originally couldn't. So I'll give a few examples of what I mean.

Golem: Earth
Slime: Earth(maybe, this one seems like a stretch or a poison dot instead.)
Salamander: Fire
Harpy: Wind

These last few is what I'm unsure about.
The undead(Skeleton, Phantom): Darkness
The healers(Carbuncle, Unicorn): Light
What would the Slyph give, she can heal but also had a wind attack.

Elemental Bolt on the forum is used by the Summoner indeed. I think it makes a bit more of a distinction to have the Summoner use it, since some followers only have elemental attacks as their only attack method.

It's supposed to be an offensive attack, so Sylph's bolt would deal wind damage. I'm a bit inclined to think Slime's would deal water-type damage.

So then what about the Carbuncle, Unicorn, Skeleton and the Phantom?

Maybe for the first two nature damage if light isn't an option? I can only see undead giving darkness damage.

Just thought of an idea for a summon, a lightning elemental. Think a floating orb of lightning energy, auto attack is a weakfish lightning bolt with a special skill of increasing attack speed for melee and magic power for casters. Maybe call the skill overcharge?

Phantom is definitely darkness. Skeleton is arguably earth or nonelemental, but let's just say it's darkness for the time being. Carbuncle and Unicorn make sense to be light elemental.

We'll probably add new summons when we fix up the older classes and add the contest class.

I would love to see the list of offensive element based spells finished. Elemental ray and elemental blast. As always thank you for the informative replies.
