Ame hung her head low as she felt herself sink to the ground. 'Ugh, what am I going to do?! I just don't know what I want from this game anymore!!' She had been undecided as to what to choose for her RP class in the beginning, and she was finding it even harder to figure out what she wanted now. Her main class had been easy to choose, and as for her crafting class, she loved to cook so she went with the obvious choice of chef for her, but the RP class was a different story. She had an interest in so many of them, but she knew that she could only choose one, but how? She found herself at a board, looking at the posters. She thought that perhaps if she found something there that sparked her interest, maybe she could ask who ever made the posts to help her train, but she still found nothing she really wanted to do, which was how she ended up on the ground in the first place.
She sighed and shook her head, picking herself up off of the ground and wiped her hands together to shake off the dirt that had stuck to them. 'Great,' she thought to herself. 'Now I'm dirty.' She hated being dirty and had slight O.C.D, so first she had thought maybe she be a maid of sorts, but she wanted something more. She had always love to dance so she thought maybe she could choose to be a dancer, though she then remembered that she had never actually danced in front of anyone. It had always been alone, in her room, or while she was cleaning and alone, in her house. She sighed again, this time longer. What could she do that would make her less of a boring person. Then, as if a light bulb had gone off in her head, she had remembered seeing something that had interested her greatly and it was something she would love as well. "That's it! An animal Trainer!" She put her fist in the air in excitement and then lowered it slowly, a grim look overtaking her face as she looked around the crowd and saw people staring at her. She smiled awkwardly and let out a laugh even more awkward then her smile. She turned so she was no longer facing anyone. 'Ah, crap. Why do I always do that?' She shook her head and looked back up at the board, not realizing she was once again speaking out loud. "Okay, now to find someone who can teach me animal training." She wished some one would just magically appear to help her, though she highly doubted that would happen.

Word Count: 651 "Wheat, Corn, yeast, a bit of flavouring- Seem's I'mma done 'ere."During this particilar day Tobin had been shopping for the upcoming event in the weekend, the plan of the day was to take the products from these season, mash them up in cold water and to put yeast in to make alcohol for a home brew that we was going to prepare. As he went to leave through the great London gate, the Dwarf’s day would be derailed. Threads that the dwarf joined often rarely went to plan, a loud, feminine shout jerked him out of his drifting mind. -No, Cear, please, today’s my day off- wait, it's not the drunken lass today.-The dwarf took a quick, curious glance around the through the crowd and was quickly able to identify the woman, a blond woman with a surprisingly oriental style of dress, though as he wasn’t able to see over the crowd clearly to identify the race. This bold moment make a grin flicker across his bearded, only an adventurer processed that kind of bravado, even if only in spades. -Heh, most people advertise on billboards, but I guess I can spare a few hours-With a sigh he activated –eye of the tiger- and broke out into a sprint, for a couple of seconds he flew through the crowds, and stood behind the cleric just half a meter away, to give the impression he had appeared literally by magic. Though when he opened his mouth, he spoke in a heavy northern, dwarf accent. "Lookin' fa a tall, handsome, animal tamer?"Therehe would stand, arms folded as she would investigate the source of this dwarfen English, only to find a square, stocky biped a head shorter then lass that peered up around her chest region with a raised eyebrow and a slight, amused smirk. He had short, brown course hair and a well-trimmed beard that covered his neck, though unlike most dwarfs of fiction he seemed lightly clothed, with only a fine green monk outfit and yellow Sash being the clothes he wore. Despite being short, the dwarf seemed to radiate a certain aura of a jolly swagger and of self-confidence, and was quite broad, his body had more in common with a muscular barrel or brick then the more elegant shapes of most humanoids. The dwarf then sniggered, laughing at a joke he had yet to tell. "Well, I guess I be onleh be one of ta thing's ya be lookin' fa wee lassie! Bahahaha! But all jestin' aside I am a tamer of ya wild folk 'n' I be willin' ta teach if ya be willing to learn!" The dwarf paused momentarily as he flicked through his interphase and, like magic, a large boar the size of a small car emerged out of thin air. Thankfully this time he hadn't summoned the boar in a compromising position this time around as he didn't want to put off a potentially interesting person. The large creature snorted out of some indignification though the dwarf was quick to quell that by flicking a apple into his wrist and giving a snort of his own, those more experienced would recognise it was a use of the -natures tongue- to communicate directly with the beast. The dwarf then smiled as he switched back to good old English. "Just ta prove it, 'eres an Iron Tusked Gerald, one of the mightiest creatures oaf ta great wood forest tha- I tamed when I was level 14. Ya could say I know a little about wha' I be talkin' 'bout, interested? If so-" He patted the shoulder of the heavy creature and gave a wink as he put his palm forward to shake. “hop aboard ‘n’ I’ll help ya, the names Tobin Strider, the iron dwarf of London.”Well, no one actually called him that. But no one was there to correct him this time. (OOC: Dwarf is dwarf. XD Feel free to RP him giving Kitty a vault up. kittygrey )

Ame jumped as she heard a voice in front of her. She looked up a bit over her height, literally assuming to see a tall and handsome animal trainer, but when she looked, she saw no one. She raised her brow, feeling as though she had been hearing voices in her head, and she stepped back and gasped as she heard the voice again, but instead of looking up, she found her head bowing. There was a short man standing in front of her. She figured this must be a dwarf class character. She felt a small smirk crack her lips as she heard what he said. She couldn't help but let out a small laugh of her own at his comment. She felt a little bad for doing so, but she wasn't laughing at him, more so laughing with him. She smiled widely with a nod of her head. Then she found herself stepping back and gasping yet again as a giant beast appeared in front of her. She raised her brow as she examined the creature and she found herself trying to force her tail from between her legs. She looked back at the man as he grunted, seemingly talking to the animal, then stammered out, "Oh.. wow.." The creature was massive. She nodded her head as he asked the word interested, and then stared at his hand for a moment.
Before grabbing it she smiled to him. "Nice to meet you Tobin, iron dwarf of London. I am KittyGrey, though most people here just call me kitty. Meow." She shifted her eyes left, and then right, and then her cheeks burst into hues of pink. 'Why the hell did I just say meow?' She let out a nervous laugh and shook her head, grabbing the dwarfs hand. Sooner than she could scream she was somehow perched ontop of the, 'what had he called it? Iron Tusked Mammoth? No.. Gerald, Iron Tusked Gerald.' She would wait until Tobin, too, was a top the giant beast and then curiosity struck. "Does he have a name? Can you talk to him? What did you say? What did he say?!' She knew she was asking too much at once, but her excitement just got the best of her.
She felt her tail wagging fiercely as she sat, looking at everyone below them. She would have never thought that she would find someone so quickly to teach her, let alone someone who had such a large creature. She wondered if she would learn to speak with animals, and be able to have one like that, though she wasn't sure she wanted one so big. She wanted something cute, and possibly fluffy, like a little rabbit, or a unicorn, or some cool creature. She wasn't even sure what was possible to catch in Elder Tale, but she knew that she was ready to learn, and if she couldn't have a unicorn, she would have to find some other creature to tame. "Can you fight with this thing?"

Word Count: 920 Naturally the dwarf took everything in good humour, a chucked emitted from his chest as he gripped her palm with his broad, rough hand. His smile broadened into a great grin as he pulled the lass close with a firm tug and before one could say "DWARFRASMENT!" his hand clapped against her side and he twirled and scooped up the fox tail up with his arm, before she was released gently her at the apex of the arc to land precisely onto the boars back. The shortass then hopped on before and crossed his legs, almost as if he were a budda or gnome statue as he faced backward. Tobin had a couple of reasons for doing that, partly because he had always find it difficult to hear someone he couldn't see but also because the cleric was pleasant enough company so far, hence he liked to sit in a position that allowed him to interact with his trainee. Thus with a quick grumbled snort to the boar rumbled off though not without complaint, a fact that also seemed to entertain the dwarf. "Ahahah, so tha' whut the fox says. Ahahaah! *Canned Laughter* Rightio Kitty, tis a pleasure ta meet ya." The Dwarf curled his arms around his stomach as he relaxed, though that period of relaxation was short lived as he was barraged with a series of questions. His teeth shone through his beard via a wily smile as he weathered the storm before he replied. -Well, she’s certainly eager.-"Ahahaha! Curiousteh killed the cat ya know." He winked with a chuckle, a little joke to start off the lesson. Though dwarf appeared lacked a certain refinement, often his social presence was comparable to a mace, he was also quite open and quite willing to explain the questions in detail. "He ish called Gerald, apparently a name that expands back fa generations but I tend ta call him mah swagtusk, never ta his face though. Ahahah! But ya, I can talk ta him 'n' understand. Basically went like "What ya want me for this time ya bastard?" 'n' told him "Nice ta meet ya too, mind goin' fa a walk?" Don't worreh, he's a lovely fellow realleh. It's wha' I get for tamin' an alpha male."The dwarf paused a moment as let the woman take it all in, with a conscious effort he tore his eyes drawn to the extra set of ears and that tail that wagged in a blur. It brought back a memory the time he tried to "tame" a wolf hair by fuddling the ears, though even original question hadn’t been answered. -Do the extra limbs actually feel? Hear? Gah, this isn’t the time for weird questions- He shrugged the thought off with a absent minded chuckle, though the gaze would continue to linger unconsciously when it wasn’t meeting her gaze. Wagging tails never ceased to amuse him. "As fa the how, I simpleh took the adventurers skill, -Natures Tongue-, lets me talk 'n' understand the tongue of all animals. Quite handeh realleh, otherwise ya would have few ways ta communicate with them."Tobin cast a glance back, the boar wasn’t a quick noble steed by any description, but by now he could see the first trees peak up from beyond the ring of farmlands that hung close to the city. “Aye, certainly, certain creatures like tis one ‘ere can punch abuve his weight. Animals can be used fa a lot oaf things, companionship, labour, entertainment, resource gatherin’, if ya can name it ‘n’ can stuff et inta ‘n’ airtight ball, ya pet can do et. Gahahah! “What are you sayin’ about air tight balls you son of a bitch?”
The dwarf sighed as the boar gave him a verbal exchange, the dwarf waved a palm up to indicate a moment. He had forgot he understood some words in English. “I’m comparin’ ya to a pokemon ya breeze block.”
“Oh, so your talkin’ about that time you made my family faint and put me in the red, you fiend?”
“Oh come on I thought we spoke about this 5 times already, tha’ were a honest mistake. I didn’t know.”
“You could have started talking to me rather then applyin’ sage to mah ass an’ using me to carry random chicks around for you.”
Indeed it were true, the dwarf had forgotten to take natures tongue as a skill prior to the taming, though that would be one such story he likely wouldn’t share with the cleric. Or that time he became the best level one projectile, he shivered. The dwarf notably grew irritated at this point, perhaps reflected in his own grumbles. “For frigs sake, I have spent at least one day a week walking you around when most of the time ya free, seriously, it won’t surprise me if half the boars the litter the country side now are related ta you.”
At this point the big boar stopped rumbling and the dwarf gave a chuckle as he met the clerics gaze. It was light banter for him when the boar was in a poor mood, though he was somewhat glad that Kitty the fox couldn’t understand it yet. “Sorry ‘bout tha’, wha’ is it ya lookin’ ta tame anyways?” There was a momentary pause, before his eyebrow rose as he thought on. “Oh ‘n’ don’t worry by ya lack of subclass level, if tha be the issue, we can soon sort it out by tha time we get ta the taming.”

Ame found herself laughing along with Tobin. Yup, she had said meow, and she certainly was a fox in this world she she supposed it was the truth, somewhat. But that got her thinking, 'What does a fox say?' She shook her head and blushed, bringing her left hand up and to the back of her head. She had listened to that song a few times, but she had never really liked it, but now that Tobin had brought it up, the song kept ringing in her head. She had enjoyed the second verse though, much to her surprise. She shook her head again. 'Must get that song.. out of my head!' She breathed in a moment and looked to Tobin as he began speaking, answering her questions one by one. She found herself leaning forward, excited to learn about his creature, and possibly of ways to obtain her own. She let out a small giggle at the name swagtusk and the fact that he would never call him that to his face. She would bring out her surprised look as he said the word bastard and patted Gerald, the Iron Tusked Gerald. "Does he normally use such colorful language?" She laughed then, her smile wide, as if saying it didn't matter. She was really no angel in terms of her own language, though she was a pretty innocent person.
She tilted her head at Tobin, seeing him look at her ears, and her tail as it wagged behind her. She too, found herself looking back at it and decided to grab onto it. She had never actually touched it before so she brought it around her and laid it down on her lap. She held the tip and began petting it like she would an actual animal. She could feel each stroke as it sent small, delightful shivers up and then back down her back. Now she knew what it felt like when she would pet the stray cats that roamed around where she lived. She thought that maybe if she got back home, she would adopt one of them as her own, maybe two, if she would be allowed to. She looked up as Tobin began to explain the skill Natures Tongue, and how it allowed him to both talk to and understand animals. She nodded with a smile, thinking it would be really awesome to be able to speak with them. She widened her eyes, thinking of how useful the creatures could be, and how they could do anything really, and she chuckled as he spoke about an air tight ball. All that came to mind was the show, pokemon, that she had watched entirely with glee. Then, she found her head tilting as grunts began escaping from the two. She wished she could hear what they were saying, but after reading the spoilers, she would probably have been okay with not being able too (XD). "Oh, right, um.." She had been thinking of what kind of conversation they could have been having when Tobin hit her with a question.
"Well, to be honest, I'm not really sure. I wouldn't mind something that can match my class, like a creature with healing abilities, or possibly one that can boost my own abilities?" She wasn't sure of the mechanics surrounding even finding out a creatures abilities, but she was sure there would be some way. She wanted to stay the role as cleric and having a creature to help her would be more of a blessing than any, but if there wasn't a way for that too happen, she was sure she would be fine with a damage dealer as well. She could also do damage, though she preferred to keep her mana, and her strength use to a minimum. "Yeah, my subclass is still level one, but I chose apprentice, so in order for me to learn a new subclass and gain the levels, I needed a mentor," she said, pausing for a moment, then looking at Tobin with a wide smile. "That's you, Mentor Tobin!" Her face beamed with excitement and then she added, "or maybe you'd prefer sensei?" She giggled and looked down at her apparel. Her garb was quite oriental, though in turn, she was Japanese, so it fit her well. She looked back up soon after she spoke and smiled, waiting for a reply, about either of her questions, though her first question might be viewed more as a statement than anything.

(OOC: Ops I typed a lot. By accident. WORD COUNT FOR AP GOD
In any case feel free to have him help find an animal. If you wish to start on small mob as practice and then tame something bigger I can do that. Hope ya like!)
Word Count: 983
Tobin found this particular mentoring experience different than those he had previously. Prior to this, he had often given mentor experiences fairly informally on simple lessons that either didn’t require much explanation, or the people weren’t really interested in one. Examples included educating a young man on various sub classes, basic combat and the value of a good powerful drink. Or that time he took a bunch of low levellers out to hunt Gerald and came back after getting just under half of them killed. Good times.
In any case, the fact that the blond woman was actually taking every word and taking humour in his jokes was a unique experience to him. So much so that the dwarf found himself taken aback, somewhere deep in his subconscious his reveal life persona was nervous, though it was something Tobin had learnt to conceal with a laugh or an off comment. It wasn’t unpleasant; her nature was anything but as her demeanour was very pleasant, just it was rare that a person he met didn’t have the intention to throw him. Just Kitty stroking her tail just reminded him of that theory he had yet to test out; circumstance had a curious sense of humour.
Don’t, touch the ears DWARF
"Probableh not before meeting me. Bahahah! I jest of course."
Then, after he had asked his questions the dwarf listened patiently, his eyes half drawn as he gazed at her, and occasionally back to the distant city of London. At some point a small metal flask was drawn out of his pocket and with a flick of the wrist the cap hung loosely on the chain. The dwarf pressed his lips to the container and took a brief draft of the sweet, ginger accented cha-tea latte, before he offered it to her with a raised eyebrow. Drinking alcohol wasn't a hindrance for him, as a brewer he didn't suffer its determents, but since taking work at a cafe he took the time to experiment with different drinks. With the drinks exchanged the dwarf pocketed the flask, a flicker of a big grin flickered on his relaxed features. The grin broadened into a lions smile as she called him “Master Tobin” and, as she made reference to her style of dress, it occurred to the dwarf that they probably did look like a pair of travelling monks, with the dwarfs marital gab and beard making him look like the wise old man. Tobin pitied the fool who actually believed that to be the case.
-The ironary, I'm a walking martial arts stereotype and she's dressed oriental, guess it is appropriate-
"Ahahahah! Aye, we realleh do look from tha east! Sensei makes me feel old though, like a mastur from a martial arts movie "You want ta learn way of animal taming, you, must, first, tame, yourself whooowwahhhh"" The dwarf gave the last sentence with a different accent from the norm, perfectly pronounced, yet every word was forced and somehow out of sync with his lips. The dwarf paused to steady himself as the boar shifted under him. Political correctness wasn't a strong point of his. "I can go fa either, whatever makes ya feel more comfortable, young grasshopper."
He rumbled a chuckle, before he turned his attention to the more serious question.
"As fa ya other question, well, ta be honest et tends ta be more a matter of taste than anythin' else. Do ya want a big tanky boar lik'a old swagtusk here, a weastle? Or maybeh even a bunneh" the dwarf shivered briefly at the mention of the last one. His first pet he had helpped tame for Caer had savaged him and was a spiteful little runt of a rabbit "Dun’t laugh, bunneh’s are friggin’ deadly! But ya, there are none tha' directly increase casting abilities, just often tha' pet is an extra aid tha’ don’t cost ya manner. Fa tha', ya have ta make ya mind up on whether ya want a striker, a fast fellow or a tank.” Tobin paused and, following the martial arts tropes, decided to drop an analogy in for good measure. “It’s like when I were workin’ at tha bar of the Australian Kiss, menu knowledge wasn’t tha’ important as people knew wha’ they wanted ta drink when they came in, so tell me wha-cha wanna order and I’ll serve you, ya follow me grasshopper?”
The dwarf let a silence settle, Tobin was aware that he hadn’t really answered her question at all. But then again when it came to matters of desire it was often best to let the apprentice decide before he flung more “sagely wisdom” at her. Again Dwarf sat back and glanced towards the looming forest before he sighed. A few moments longer passed, then he succumb to the curiosity, leant forward, brought his broad arms up and cupped her fox ears with the shovel hands
No Dwarf! Stop That! You can’t simply just do that! THERES LAWSUITS FOR THIS KIND OF THING!
Shut up author!
“Oh, day feel real.”
He absentmindedly mutter passed his lips as palms pressed against the hair and began to rub in broad, steady circles as he flopped her ears rapidly, the motion greatly amused him as Tobing sought to end the mystery once and for all! Was it painful? Pleasant? Did they hear? Were they simply implements added by crazy Japanese people? DWARF HAD TO KNOW FOR SCIENCE! After about 15 seconds he abruptly stopped and let a chuckle erupt from the stomach as he rolled off the creature, the trees were starting to grow denser, so the dwarf now justified walking now.
“Ahahah! Tha’s exactly like a dog’s ears! Sorreh ‘bout tha’, I had always been a bit curious ‘bout tha’, made ya mind up?”
The dwarf flicked his gaze up to the sky, strangely that prompted a distant vague memory from the previous world.

Ame let out a small laugh as he explained Gerald's language. She thought it was funny that the beast could pick up on their language, and even swear along with it. She wanted to be able to connect with a creature as he had, but still wondered what sort of creature she would even want to have. She had read through the bestiary on her first time visiting the Windsor Greatwoods, and looking around, it seemed as though that was exactly where they were headed. She looked down at the flask that had been offered to her and nodded her head as she took it and put it to her own lips. Her eyes widened as she tasted it and once she passed it back she had to lick her lips. "Wow, is that a chai tea latte? It's really good, thank you!" She smiled wide and then let her mind wander on the greater task at hand. She thought hard about the bestiary, trying to remember what skills the monsters had, what levels they were and even where they could be located, but her thoughts were soon interrupted, which she didn't really mind.
She felt a smile grace her lips as she bared her white teeth, listening to Tobin. His words made her think of home, which made her feel a little pang of sadness. It wasn't that she wasn't happy here, she felt more involved in this world than she ever had in her own, but she did miss her family. She had signed on to Elder Tale with the thought of getting away for a few hours a day, but now, she didn't even know how long she had been in the world, versus the time in her own. At the word Grasshopper, she stopped her thoughts from digging to hard and found herself giggling along with his chuckle. She wasn't sure what she would call him, she supposed she would just call him Tobin, or mentor, or maybe even Lord Tobin, or something silly to match his humour. She was happy that he had been the one to become her mentor. She doubted that she would be having this much fun if it had been someone else.
After listening to his words she felt herself nodding. She did understand, and knew then what she wanted for a creature, though she was a little sad that there weren't any to increase her own power. She let her tail go as it flung itself behind her and sat forward. "I think I know what I want." She nodded her head as she made up the decision in her mind, though she hoped Tobin would stick around for her plan. "In the bestiary, there's a beast called an enemic buster. If you are alright with it, could we possibly try and catch one?" Then his previous words caught up to her and she dropped her mouth into and 'O' shape and then shook her head. "Oh, I'm sorry, I just remembered what you said about the rabbits.." She hung her head as she remembered that that's exactly what the enemic buster was, a rabbit. "If you'd prefer, I wouldn't mind a weasel." She knew that she was mainly hunting for herself, but she didn't want to trouble him too much either, since he had take the time out of his day to help her. "Also, I was wondering if we could start with a few lesser monsters first, just till I get the hang of it?" She looked at him with anticipated eyes, not wanting to bother him further, but also wanting him to be the one coaching her along. "I would greatly appreciate it!"
Soon after, her eyes widened as she saw the dwarf lean in. She was about to tilt her head when she felt his hands reach her ears and began to pet them. She was almost outraged but a few more seconds and she felt her foot twitch, then twitch more, to the point where it would twitch non stop, and it was very apparent. She closed her eyes and let the feeling take her over as she stuck her tongue out, and began panting. It was odd to her, but the feeling was pure bliss in her mind, so much so that when he let them go, she pouted to him, but then quickly turned her head not wanting to show the bright pink cheeks she currently had on her face. "Oh, uh, yeah." She felt as though she couldn't speak. She was far to embarrassed to answer at first, but then she took a breath in and looked at him. "You wouldn't mind warning a girl before you do something like that." Her voice, though slightly stern, wasn't angry. "You could've asked, you know. But yeah, I can feel everything. My ears, my tail, they are apart of me now."
The last words she spoke brought her into a trance as she thought about what she had said, so much so that she hadn't noticed that Tobin was no longer atop Gerald, but soon, she did. She looked down at him and then stood, jumping, then doing a random flip in the air before landing perfectly with both of her feet on the ground. 'I have the reflexes of a cat and the, well, that thing with the ears was just like a dog would do.' She found it strange that she had been completely taken over by the patting. She decided that it would be best not to let too many people know that that's the effect petting would have. She nodded her head to Tobin's question, then looked at him staring up at the sky. She found herself gazing up as well. 'I wonder what he is thinking about.'

Word Count: 1075 Tobin was quite relaxed for the journey, thankful that he had picked this seating arrangement as it really had enabled him to engage in conversation, the dwarf couldn't remember the last time he had spoken to this long in a relaxed, fairly civilised manner. Aside from Caer when they were going down to the swamp for a spot fishing, most of the interactions he had with adventures were fairly fleeting for a number of reasons. Some had a entire peacock up their retinal passages (Like him really, he inwardly chuckled at that), others were really shy or otherwise withdrawn, a person of few words. The times aside from that the people seemed caught up in the rush of life, the desire to do. This probably led them to proactive lifestyles that, quite frankly he couldn't be arsed with. So riding on the back of an Boar, chatting to a pleasant person seemed like a luxury that was rarely afforded. The only other time he would reply to the conversations, aside from nods and smiles, was when she changed her mind on a Buster. "Ahahah! Don't pay me any mind, just make sure whatevar it is ya want to raise, ya raise it right. Not like that vindictive Hyzenhay." He nodded as he exposed teeth for his grin. "But yeah, I be more than happy ta help you Kitty. It helps ta have a few experiment ta entice before ya look for your companion. Tha' bein' said. Since ya dun't talk the natures tongue, ya could do with learnin' et, before ya do it. So tha' they understand wha' ya be expecting from them."The boar grumbled under him. Actually reminding him that was exactly how he hadn't done it, time to move on. "But ya ta learn the basics ya need to have somethin' the animal will want from ya. Tis worth rememberin' tha' they are not like us, they are motivated by simple things, such as food, land, mates all tha' fun stuff. But ya, when ya get the critter, ya often want ta reassure it with a firm stroke. Kind of lik' tis."Of course, that lead to the action of stroking the ears and thus the weird situation that the dwarf found himself in. Despite noble intentions of pushing forward the boundaries of understanding, Tobin found himself with the lasses head between his hands as he messed with soft hair and fur alike, the red tongue and pink lips blossomed as a tempting target of conquest. “DWARF! WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON MY BACK! SHES THUMPING LIKE A STEAMTRAIN HERE.”The dwarf blinked. How did the boar even know what one of those was? -Wait, what am I THINKING. PG-13 AHOOYYYYY-The more rational part of his being kicked in and he withdrew the hands and uttered his apologies. The catalogue of reactions, that ranged from sheer embarrassment (I mean, who wouldn’t if your jimmies were rustled) to the sterner talking to, prompted no immediate response from the dwarf as he rolled off the boar. Hands wrapped behind his back as he strode away with a gaze up towards as he steadied the drum that thumped in his ear. For the Dwarf it had actually been the first time in months he had been completely forced out of the character he had chosen to maintain for this world, leaving a flustered Gavin under the shell. -Cricky, that’s never happened before. I mean, as dwarf I knew I could get flirty, but I never quite crossed into the danger zone quite like that before. Beside, it would be terrible to be subdued by a short hairy midget.-The dwarf chuckled and blinked as he became aware of the presence of the woman looming over his shoulder and he glanced up and gave a slight grin With a mental thought the red interphase flickered in-front of him and he clicked the gold lettered “party invite” button, it was only after then he spoke again, though perhaps unusually again his accent had changed to a softer Irish lilt. It was an open secret that the dwarf put on the accent most of the time, just now he was talking softly, and quickly with his normal voice. “Alright, I’m sorry ‘bout that, didn't think it would have THAT effect. I’ll go and find something for you to start on.” The dwarf clapped his hands and activated –eye of the tiger- and, just as he went to leave, he turned to the lass and winked as a red flickering fire seemed to sparkle in his eye. “Guess tha’ makes us friends then Kit. Bahahaha!”With that the dwarf bolted off into the forest with speed, the dwarf jumped up into the treeline with a bound, the bipedal brick seemed to fly up to a branch, before he sprung off that and started pouncing off tree trunks with a combination of controlled jumps and magnet grip. A backflip, a corkscrew, he even spread out his arms at some point, with all the grace of a flying dodo. Kitty could likely see and hear some of that, it wasn’t so much showing off, but with his short legs it made more sense to travel short distance off the ground, plus it was good training. Occasionally he gave a curse as he slammed into a tree, only to pounce off it by punching it with his knuckle duster, leaving his name imprinted on the bark for the next generation. Eventually the dwarf landed heavy on a branch and held himself there with magnet grip as he perspired, the entire thing quivered with all the momentum coming to a stop. A small flock of white rabbits were on the ground below, building borrows and munching on the green grass below. A perfect testing ground for an animal tamer to be! Though it brought up an uncomfortable flashback of that time he tried to tame rabbits. OHGAWDWHYRABBITS A grimace repressed that memory a party message was sent off. “Found som’ cute cuddeh bunnies for you, got food? Fenric rabbits can attack, but long as ya treat them kindly, they should be fine with ya, I be close ta hand in case ya need help. Grasshopper"Then he would wait, the dwarf slumped and rested his back against the trunk as he glanced down with his lazy eyes. There likely wouldn’t be any problems posed by the rabbits, but it didn’t hurt to be weary. He wasn't about to leave his apprentice to the wolves! Well, Rabbits. But you get the point. (OOC: I had to backtrack a little, partly what made this post so large. XD Hopefully the next few will be more streightforward. And just to clarify, I am roleplaying a guy who is actually roleplaying as a Dwarf. Rollception. XD)

Ame watched as the party invite flashed before her face. Without a thought, she clicked the 'accept' button and it closed right away. She blushed as she heard Tobin speak, and tilted her head slightly, thinking to herself, 'I didn't think it would have that kind of affect either.' She felt her whole face turn red after her thought and then tuned back in as Tobin winked at her, saying that they were now friends. She couldn't help but let out a small giggle as he lept off into the woods. She could hear alot of noise coming from in the woods, and wondered if he wasn't scaring the animals as he went. The thought made her smile, but her eyes opened in amazement as she watched him fly into the sky. "Wow, for a dwarf, he's pretty acrobatic." Again, a small giggle escaped her lips. She shook her head at her thought and walked over to Gerald. "You have a strange owner, my good Sir." She chuckled lightly and began patting the iron tusked giant. She hoped he would be okay with it, and hopefully didn't stomp her to death before Tobin came back. She thought the giant creature was so cool, and she thought that she wouldn't mind having one like this some day, though really, she didn't think she could handle something so big. 'You could handle it.' Her mind slipped in. It had a way of doing that in this world, telling her what she could and couldn't do, though it had yet to tell her she couldn't do anything, really. She knew it was just herself telling herself it would be fine and that she was stronger than she thought she was, but she still thought it strange.
As Tobin came back to the scene she stopped patting Gerald and opened her inventory upon him speaking. 'Food, food... Food!' She nodded her head to him, closing her inventory. She had food, but there was a problem. "I do have some food, but I only have one and it's a sandwich. Do you think the bunnies will like it? I made it myself." She tilted her head in question, then raised her brow for a moment. "Also, you said I should start out with nature's tongue, but I don't have that skill so, how would I acquire it?" She kept thinking in her head that she would just be all like, 'Oh hai bunneh's. I want to be your master.. so come here.. I have foods for yuuh!' She doubted that the bunnies would be drawn to her baby voice, and they would probably just attack her, which was exactly what she didn't want, though she was sure she could take them if they did, well, with Tobin's help. She also kept thinking how she was supposed to gain a skill for something she didn't have. She still didn't understand how the mechanics of the apprentice class worked, but there was supposed to be a way that she could use her mentor's skills as her own for the time they spent together. She wondered if he knew how, and if not, they would have to fight the bunnies, she supposed. Regardless if she could beat them, she just wanted to befriend one, nothing else. She wasn't the type to beat up her friends, or her pets, though really, she had never had a pet before. She had always wanted to adopt a little kitty, the way she had been adopted, but her parents wouldn't allow it and she didn't know why. When she got her own place she would. "I wonder if there are cat like creatures I can tame?" The thought was meant to be in her head, though she said it out loud.
She lowered her gaze and sighed a little. Maybe she wasn't cut out to be an animal trainer, it seemed like a hard thing to do, but she wanted it so bad. She shook her head at herself and brought her head up. Her face would be fiercely intense as she spoke to herself. 'No Ame! This is a time to prove to yourself that you can do this! You have a mentor to help you learn so go out there and show that dwarf what you are made of! Got it?!' Then she threw her fist in the air and loudly said, "Got it!" Then her eyes would lower to Tobin as her cheeks flushed. She shifted her gaze to the side and let out her odd nervous laugh, sounding something like a witch's cackle and a cow's moo. "He he he, sorry, I was uh, thinking to myself. Got a little out of hand I suppose." She shook her head lightly again, and shifted her gaze the other way. Wow, speaking to herself out loud twice in the same post? What was wrong with her? She hoped Tobin wouldn't judge her, or if he had too, she hoped it wouldn't be too harshly. More so, she hoped he would still help her, even though she was clearly a mentally insane person. But seriously, who has a witch's cackle and a cow's moo as a nervous laugh anyways? Oh right, she did..

( Here you go! Sorry for length, you gave me a lot to answer, n this is one of the few times I level animal taming. Hehe. I cal word count and format when I get back. Did most of this at home. Hope you enjoy!)
Word Count: 998
The giant mountain boar was a simple creature with simple motivations. It wanted to eat, mate, sleep, repeat and lived in a society where strength made right. It was the boars right as an elite mob to rule over those without the elite mob status. Yet now it had been humbled long ago in the past, so now it acted as the mere steed of a vertically challenged squat. Needless to say, though it's emotional range was fairly limited, it felt something akin to relief as the dwarf darted off after, well, doing whatever dwarf had done on his back. Not that he had mistreated him, after the Dwarf had finally gone through the effort of learning natures tongue, just even by fickle adventurer standards the dwarf was a barny and unpredictable character. Thus, as she approached the boar eyed her waringly, but as she patted him he sensed no harm and replaced with a deep grunt as it relaxed. the dwarf was amused by this as he returned and dropped down.
-Even I can't get him too relax round me like that-
"nah, ther' be nay need, I have a few nibbles good 'nough fa animals, though good fa 'ear ya a chief, I only knuw one ovar mastur baker, Cear I think her name is. Short lass, barely taller than I. Met her? In any case hope ta sample some ya cooking soon,.
The dwarf laughed as he passed random fruit n veg stowed in the depths of his inventory, while the dwarf was unusual, if there was one person that the dwarf was waery of offending, it was Caer, though that was another story for another day.
"as fa ya other question, along with ya class skills ya can take, ya also hav' adventurer skills ya can take. Natur' tongue is one such skill." The dwarf glanced around and winked "just add et ta ya next ap claim, mods won't mind if ya use it here. Shhhhhh"
The dwarf cast his gaze toward the rabbits and for most part didn't mind the monologues, though when she shouted Tobins jolted and turned his head back with a curious eyebrow, though he shrugged with a chuckle.
"Errmm, right. Well, least ya not holdin' conversations with ya self, tha' would be crazy, wouldn't it?"
"Hmm, I'll tell ya what lassie since ya seem ta be a bit nervious, rightfulleh so, I'll guide ya first time trainin'. Ya gotta trust me thou, do ya trust me, Kit?" The Dwarf met her gaze until she gave an response, though he would likely nod, satsified. "Alright, nu funneh business, unless ya want tha'. Aha. In any case, Animal tamin' is more than just gettin' ya cuddleh, but ya have ta understand how to approach a creature. Ta understand tha ya hav'ta know its nature. Let me show ya, folloeh me, slowly now."
The dwarf then did what few adventurers would consider wise and started to casually stroll over towards the spawning burrows, both hands empty as his arms lazily swayed, perhaps most noticeably was that the dwarf appeared calm, little heed was paid to the small mammals as they stared up at the intruder, pausing only to extend a hand to the fox-tail in case the reassurance was needed, if needed he would take the hand quite firmly, smile up at her, as if they were just walking through the park. In any case the dwarf would chose a clearing in the area away from the borrows, where he would sit cross-legged and gesture for Kitty to get comfortable before him. By now around eight of them approached the adventurers, barely within reach as they inquisitively investigated the pair. The dwarf smiled slightly.
"Fa these, rabbit's are territorial, but nut naturally aggressive. Once ya enter the terretory and show ya mean no harm; they chill since they want no trouble, even ya too much trouble fa them, less ther' buster 'ere. Tha' being said, more aggressive mobs will be 'arder ta approach, so sometimes ya need ta hav' a little support. But aye, get ya food out invite one in."
The dwarf switched over to animal speak and immediately found the volley of voices disorientating. First it was observations that they made, questions, even the odd threat chuckled by the bravest of the bunch. Yet as soon as he pulled a slice of apple out, the mumbles turned into one chorus of "food! food!" and the mammals swarmed with abandon, only a stop gesture prevented them climbing all over him. After all, even the dwarf didn't want to risk being mauled by the furballs. Then, silently the dwarf pointed and gave a little squeak and immediately one nervous, grey and white rabbit came fourth, even preoccupied with food they didn't want to cross a monk of his level. The dwarf offered the food to the wild rabbit and, as it neared he reached a hand over behind its head and gently cupped the base of it's ears, massaging' with just the finger and thumb. The creature flinched to the touch initially though as the massage continued, the small mammal relaxed in the dwarfs broad hands
"Sit bac' and welcome tha little fella in with ta food, lure it in, 'n' when it's next ta ya, ruffle it's ears 'n' make it feel nice. Ya should know how tha' goes." The dwarf chuckled with a knowing wink. "In any case, be slow 'n be gentle, they are wild n fa some it might be their first time bein' interacted with in sucha way. Ya know if ya been successful tamin' if the icon comes up." A message flickered up right on cue, though the dwarf dismissed the pet invite with a hand wave and, after a moment to ponder his action, gently lifted the rabbit and desposited it to one side, a pat on its rear sent it scurrying off.
"now, ya turn Kitty, please be gentle ta it"
oh you dwarf!

Ame stopped patting Gerald and tilted her head to Tobin. She hadn't met the girl he was speaking of, but smiled, hoping one day she would. "Well, as payment, I could make you something if you'd like! I can make pretty much anything, so just tell me what your favorite is!" She would beam happiness as she spoke, if there was one thing Ame loved to do, it was cook! She took the fruit and vegetables from Tobin. "Thank you very much!" She smiled widely, happy to have such a wonderful mentor. She was lucky he had come around when he had, or she might have been stuck with some creepy, perverted man, or worse. (XD) She smiled, but her face went firm as she nodded to his next words. "Right, so I'll use it, but I promise I won't say a word. My lips are sealed." She would bring her index finger and thumb together and glide them across her lips as if to motion a zipper, then she twisted it at the end like a key in a lock and tossed the imaginary key into a near by bush. She giggled lightly at her foolish game and then laughed a little louder once Tobin spoke again. "I suppose I'm safe for another day. No mental hospital would admit me, yet." Another laugh. She thought he was a very funny, little man, and she was enjoying the time they got to spend together. She was happy that they were friends, and would more than likely continue their friendship even after her training had come to an end.
As Tobin asked her if she trusted him, she nodded. Sure, the ear thing had thrown her off a bit, but she knew he wasn't a bad person, he had just been curious... Riight?? Anyways! She followed him into the forest and looked down at his outstretched hand. She was nervous and it was nice to have some reassurance, so she took it and felt his tight grip. She smiled back at him and then let out a snort of a laugh. She widened her eyes at it and simply shook her head, not even responding to his question about any 'funneh business.' As they came to the clearing, she watched Tobin sit, and gesture her to do the same. She sat down beside him, not wanting to miss any of the action. She paid close attention as he held out the food and a small, timid rabbit came towards him. He Held on to the rabbit and massaged it's ears. She smiled sweetly as he patted the rabbits bum and it went off back into the woods. She nodded. 'Right, now it's my turn." She clicked on a carrot from her inventory and it came into her hand. Like Tobin had suggested, she turned on Nature's tongue and began to speak in their language.
"Hey little bunnies, who wants a yummy carrot?" She looked around the group and a pure white rabbit hopped over to her. It, too, was timid and made small hopping movements towards her. She waited patiently and as the rabbit came up to sniff the carrot, she motioned her hand towards the bunnies ear but she must have moved too quickly, or not quickly enough because the bunny turned it's tail to her and hopped away. She let out a small sigh and made a pouty face, but noticed another rabbit heading towards her. She liked the sight of this one. He, or she, was white, but he had two black spots, one on his bum, right above his tail and one on the tip of his right ear. She smiled sweetly to it and it must have enjoyed her because it hopped right up to her and took the carrot with ease. Quickly, she moved to ruffle it's ears and made contact. She massaged it's ears and Tobin had showed her and as she did a message popped up, catching her off guard. "Pet invite?" She smiled widely and clicked the accept button. She looked to Tobin as the rabbit looked up to her.
"Hey little ladeh, gots any more of tha food for meh?" Ame tiled her head, realizing that she still had nature's tongue on. She looked down at him, then over to Tobin. The accent's were similar, but different, and it made her wonder about it, but she opened her inventory and gave him some lettuce. He munched happily and once he was finished and took his two paws and set them on her chest. "You's a pretteh ladeh, with nice squishy balls. I likes em.." She widened her eyes as the rabbit kneaded her. She grabbed his paws and looked down at him, using her Nature's tongue skill again. "Hey! That is very rude! Seems as though I'm going to have to tame you to be nicer! Can't have my friends meeting you like this." She shook her head and looked at Tobin. "I'm going to keep him, but, do I get to name him, or does he already have one?" She tilted her head. "Yu can call meh big poppa." She looked down at him and shook her head. "I will not call you big poppa, that's ridiculous!" She shook her head, then it slowly turned towards Tobin. 'Oh no.. he heard that.. now he knows my rabbit is a little perv..' She let out her nervous laugh and then looked down at the bunny, who was tilting her head strangely at her. "How about, Spoticus?" The rabbit tilted his head to the other side, glanced at her for a moment and then seemingly nodded his head. "I thinks we're gunna be great together ladeh, or should I call yah waifu?" She shook her head again, seeing the rabbits mouth being sly and she sighed.
Ame looked back to Tobin. "My rabbit.. is a little strange.." At this point, she was rather happy with her strange, and highly perverted rabbit. Perhaps she would save the Enemic Buster for another day, and if they acted even the slightest bit like this one, she doubted she could even handle another rabbit. The thought made her giggle and she felt Spoticus nuzzle his face into her boobs. 'He's lucky he's a cute little animal, or I'd have to hurt him.' She sighed and shook her head, yet again.

Word Count: 929 The "sensei" watched with a quiet pride as the “apprentice” interacted with the creatures, no matter what action she took the Dwarf didn’t give any verbal response, though the temptation was great for a loud mouth like him. There was wisdom in letting her simply get on with it and learn to adopt the correct frame of mind to tame the animal. Some were soft tamers, others mobs required a heavy hand to show dominance, but in all cases the mob had to submit to the mural bond with its master to be. Naturally Kitty had been patient, perhaps more so than he had ever been with his own pet and, before long, the foxtail had tamed her first pet, the dwarf let a big grin cross his face as he clapped loudly to scatter the remainder of the rabbits to a larger ring. "Ahhh well done! I knew you could pull it off! Oh? Nevar expected ya ta take to a bunneh, I was onleh intendin' ta ease ya in. But if tha' is wha' ya want. I dun't mind."The dwarf found his eyebrow rise as her choice of pet confounded him in two ways, first of all he had only planned to teach the basics with the Feric rabbits, and secondly the mammal in particular had an accent and temperament that seemed to mirror his own. Tobin scratched the side of his head as his bushy eyebrow rose as it pressed against the orbs. Even he had to admit he would have never have dreamt of being quite that bold, even he had standards! Additively his phaser’s was set to stun for entertainment purposes. -Well, I'm certain tha mammal has found the right owner, but had the owner found the right pet? Almost makes me wish I had tamed such an lively pet.-He chuckled inwardly as that idea tickled his fancy, though he soon turned his attention back to what he did best, talking. "Well, tha' name depends on tha' pet, some do, some dunt hav' names.. As fa their personalities though ya kind of stuck with tha', fa better and fa worse. Just in case ya were wonderin' about that." A heartily chuckle accompanied the selection of the name and, without having to utter a single word, the rabbits of the ring started chatting "No, I am Spoticus" in a circle creating a curious echo that dazed him as the antics continued. The dwarf could only smile at its activities that hardly fazed him in the slightest; it seemed that somehow, a little portion of dwarf was distilled within this cute cuddly mammal, it did Dwarf proud. "Though if ya want, as an expert, I am sure there is one question that will determine its true nature. Close ya ears."If approved, the dwarf held a stoic expression as he flicked back to natures tongue, stared the mammal in the eye with the sternest and spoke a simple message. "Out of 10, what wuld ya rate dem?" After the inevitable reply, which depended the dwarf would turn his stolic gaze back to Kitty and spoke softly, a grin threatened to betray his amusement. "Yup, gewd luck wit' tha' fellow. Tis personality is termimal!" There was a pause as a gaze was flicked up at the sun, a sigh drawn slowly from his lips. Tobin had enjoyed talking at and with the lass for probably at least an hour by now, but it had seemed that he had run out of things to teach, at least for the time being. A snort was given as he called for his pet, the boar trundled up behind him slowly as he finally rose, a soft groan and the cracking of joints accompanied the gesture. " Well, tis been fun, but I taught cha all I can fa now, I'm headin' out ta a farm ta do some brewin'. Very borin' job so I doubt ya want to be comin', In any case, gonna be runnin’ a weddin’ soon, so feel free ta come." The Halfling flicked open his HUD and sent a friends request, before his mind turned to other matters. "Now, 'bout the payment." Again the bearded fellow rolled his head back and scratched under the well groomed facial hair, bef. "Ya know what a bit of bread puddin' sounds fantastic, tis been a very long time since I hav' had that." With that he hoped on the back of his mighty swagtusk and he cast a glance downwards, his mind momentarily in thought. “Oh ya, wha’s ya real name lassie?"He would do one of two responces, before he galloped off. The Squat would raise his eyebrows and give a hearty chuckle, before he cast a weary glance around, gestured to Kitty to come closer and if she did so he would lean down close to her ears, opened his mouth, before he gave a chuckle and gave her ears another playful ruffle, a humoured rumble echoing from his stomach.
“Ahahah! Maybeh if we meet again, pip pip, tally ho and awy!” The squat would shrug and chuckle, giving a broad grin.
“Well, ya sensiable, see ya later Kitty!" With that he would gallop off with a wave, like the maniac he was destined to be, his bulk settled back to face forward as he took another deep draft from the metal container. -Fun lass, if a bit crazy like we all are. Ahahah! Hope I meet her again- “Oi Dwarf, you ever going to act like a real man?” “Probably not swagtusk. Today, I act my shoesize.”“What has-“Nevermind."(OOC: Been fun RPing with you! In any case, you can make the subclass switch to animal tamer and it should allow you to keep your pet. ^^ The last bit was just a bit of fun, since he likes a bit of mischief, though he means no harm, considering some of the practical jokes he pulls on people it's well within his character. XD Animal taming exp AHOY!)

Ame blushed lightly as Tobin began clapping, seemingly proud of her accomplishment. She smiled wide at his words and nodded. "Honestly, I wasn't really expecting to have a connection with any of these bunnies, however, for some reason, this one just caught my attention. He's just so cute! His personality, reminds me of someone I know though." She sly eyed Tobin, and then let out a soft chuckle. The rabbit really did remind her of Tobin, though he was definitely more perverted than Tobin was, or that she knew of anyways. She looked down at her newly founded friend and patted him on the head. He had moved, now laying down in her lap, looking up at Tobin. She tilted her head, wondering what he was thinking, and then looked at Tobin, also wondering what he was thinking. She tilted her head as Tobin gave her 'expert' advice, and she turned off her nature's tongue as to not hear their conversation. She had no clue what Tobin had asked, but Spoticus got rather excited, squeaking happily away.
"I'd rate 'em a ten o' course! Anything belongs to meh needs to beh! Yuh mean yuh haven't touched 'em? Well, I suppose tha's a good thing, I'd have tah kill yuh if yuh had!" Spoticus let out a chipper laugh, if that's what you would even call a bunnies laugh. Ame tilted her head as Tobin spoke with a grin about his personality being 'terminal.' 'Now, what could he mean by that?' She wanted to ask, but thought it was better not too as he looked up to the sky and gave a snort. She felt her head fall and her eyes rest on Spoticus. She had been having so much fun that she forgot that he had taken the time out of his day to teach her. She felt upset that he was going to head of, but she knew he had other things to do, with the wedding coming up and everything. She looked up at him and nodded, maybe she would wander into the wedding, it should have been fun, though she had never been to one before. She smiled widely at his request, and again nodded her head. "My pleasure! And thank you again!" She tilted her head at his last question and her brow rose, it had been the first time anyone had asked for her real name, but she felt as though she could trust him so she said, "oh, it's, uhm, Ameratsu, but, you can call me Ame." She smiled up to him.
As he gestured her to come closer, she tilted her head, but did so. She raised her brow at his open mouth, wondering what he was doing, and then ruffled her ears. She felt her leg twitch and shook her head with a chuckle of her own, but then tilted her head again at his words. "Wait, wha- Before she could finish her question, .which was what do you mean?' he was galloping off with a wave. She grabbed Spoticus and picked him up, waving after him. Next time, she would ask him what he had meant, if she remembered that was. It possibly wouldn't be until the wedding that she saw him again. Next time she would definitely remember, and he owed her his name as well. She smiled and nodded. 'Bread Pudding eh, wonder how you make that?' She figured she would have to look up the recipe some how, or ask a villager, regardless of what she had to do, she would make sure she made him some as thanks. She patted Spoticus on the head and began walking into town. She thought about the day, and how fun it had been, she looked forward to meeting Tobin again in the future and as a friend request popped up, she clicked accept with ease. Yup, they certainly were friends now. With that adventure done, she would begin a new one.
