"Welcome to the store!"
Okami waved to the people of the land who'd stepped into her clients shop. Hers was a simple job. Stand at the front of the shop, greet customers with a smile, and sweep away any kind of dirt or grim that might be potentially dragged in. Okay, that wasn't really a part of the job description, but she made it that way. Broom in hand, the Fox-tail sweep across the shop's outside - and when it looked like the customer flow was turning down - the inside as well. The older lady in charge of the shop had kept telling her that cleaning wasn't part of the job and she shouldn't feel pushed into doing it (her grand-daughter was a fairly lazy girl), since she wasn't going to be rewarded for the chore or anything. But Okami would just smile and say "Effort is its own reward".
Because it was.
Grinning evilly, Okami glanced over her <<Housekeeper>> class growth. She'd started off simple enough, offering to sweep the local stores or mend stalls. When word got out of a 'pretty girl craftsman' drifting through the streets markets, Okami was flooded with requests and offers to be a paid worker. She looked down the Street, mentally checking off all the shops she'd be visiting and doing work for over the next few weeks. She never accepted a full-time job - adventuring on the side would never allow that, she realized. Had to level up that wizardry so she could be a badass magic-flinger with mad casting skills. So, the sorcerer had taken to simply going from shop to shop day to day, and soaking up all the appreciation and admiration for her skills. Oh yes, she could get addicted to that.
