Ryuu was putting out flyers for his guild. He thought he was pretty popular, but the recent dip in activity or disappearance of his members were beginning to show as only few people were actually still around in the core group. He decided to bring in some new faces, and well, that meant advertising the guild that probably didn’t need any advertisement. The poster read: “AERYN! COME YE COME ALL! NOOB FRIENDLY! HQ: WESTMINSTER ABBEY.” He wondered if anyone read these things. He sighed as he plastered it onto the wall without wrinkling the poster. It was difficult, since his hands were full with other posters. He looked around and saw a man, dressed in starter equipment. He forced posters into his hands saying: “Could you hold these for me? Thanks!” He didn’t even wait for a reply. He finally got the poster up and went to retrieve his other posters. “Thanks for the help,” he nodded. He took the posters from the man and offered up his hand to him. “The name is Kumori,”

"Hi there Kumori I'm Crimson Blood" I say as I shake Kumori's hand "But you can call me Crimson. I noticed you were putting up flyers for your guild and as it just so happens I was looking for a guild to join. So my question to you is... Can I join your guild?" I say vigorously. Porky squeals excitedly

“Nice to meet you, mate. Aye, I was putting up flyers. I’m trying to bring new people into the guild. But before I let you into my guild, I’d like to ask you, what is your reason for finding a guild? I ask this to all those who wish to join my guild. If your answer is satisfactory, then I will allow you to join,” he said to Crimson. The assassin smiled and did not hesitate when he asked the question. Aeryn was still a guild that required to screen its members.

He looked over the stats of the man and noticed he was a Level 1 Bard. While the assassin was interested in helping characters who were not as high level as he, he still needed to screen them to make sure their heart was in the right place. He could not allow a wolf in sheep’s clothing to come among his family, or there would be hell to pay. Ryuu was strict about his line of questioning, and should he deem someone unworthy of joining, he had no qualm in rejecting them.

"I would like to join because I don't like playing alone. Nobody does." Porky squeals in agreement. "All I want is to have fun. And the only way to do that is to do it with other people. And I hope you understand that." Porky nods. "Now, I would like to join." I smile and wink.

Ryuu pondered for a second after the man had given him his bit about why he wanted to join a guild Ryuu nodded. It wasn’t about power, but to have fun. Ryuu liked that answer, but there was one question that remained that would bug him should he not answer it or did not answer the way he wanted. “How would you treat your guild members? Give me an example of how you would treat a fellow guild member that was not me. Should you answer the way I expect you to answer it, then I will have no problems in recruiting you to join Aeryn, however I ask you think about this question deeply and carefully. It is not an easy one to answer, so I suggest you take your time,” he said. The guild leader looked at the prospect and waited for his reply. He wanted him to be truthful and honest, so Ryuu gave no hints to how he should answer. All he wanted was his raw answer.
