Aeon sat in his old tailoring spot, the night was rolling in it was approaching Halloween and it seemed like the city was preparing for just that.
This spot was always very good for relaxing, round a campfire, however it had become a long time since Aeon had ever done any tailoring, he was now buried in books and researching the world we were now stuck in.
His new motto “Knowledge is Power”, the more you could discover about the world or its enemies or the creature within gave you more ability to combat them when they appeared or to work out weaknesses you could use against something which wasn’t going to aggro against you on sight.
Aeon hadn’t seen any of the people he had crafted for in a long time, maybe they had travelled away from the city in search of other people, maybe people had spawned in other cities of course it was hard to check with the travel times, having no maps and the fact we were all reset to basic characters meaning that we had none of our original contacts or gear, in all intents in purposes the experienced players had an advantage in knowledge but most of that knowledge wasn’t applicable now it could very well been seen as a disadvantage due to the fact the combat styles had now changed.
Aeon had become buried in notes around him were scattered crude drawings of dissections he had performed on mobs he had significantly weakened and then paralyzed to allow him to work before they could despawn.
He was sure many would cool him a mad man for his work, maybe he was, but it was the knowledge that was his main aim even if people would not appreciate his work.
