[attr="class","ws"] [attr="class","h"]PRINCESS LOLLIPOP [attr="class","fc"] [attr="class","bi"]REAL NAME: Cheryl "Cherry" Sweet [attr="class","bi2"]REAL GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]AGE: 13 [attr="class","bi2"]SEXUALITY: Bisexual [attr="class","bi2"]FACE-CLAIM: hatsune miku, VOCALOID [attr="class","bi2"]PLAYED BY: Kyou [attr="class","bi2"]FACTION: Adventurer [attr="class","h2"]Appearance [attr="class","b"] In the real world, Cheryl looks like your typical thirteen-year-old girl. She has a head of curly red hair than falls just below her shoulders, large, bright blue eyes, and a face full of freckles. She stands at just under five feet and is slightly petite for her age. She has a burn scar on her right wrist from helping her father in his shop. Aside from this she has no other markings, aside from pierced ears. She likes to wear simple clothing that is also light and breathable. Partial to skirts, you would be hard-pressed to find her in pants or shorts. She also likes light, hooded jackets, and controversial as a skirt and jacket might be. In Elder Tale, Princess Lollipop is a slightly taller girl at around five-foot-three with light blue hair and twintails. The has eyes of similar color and fair skin. Currently, she dons the potato sack equipment of a low-level toon, but Cheryl plans to dress her in similar fashion to her own, if possible. Although not a mandatory feature for Half-Alvs, Cheryl gave Princess traditional pointed ears that protrude through her hair. Cheryl hopes to be able to give Princess and attire fit for her name. Lollipop staff will be mandatory. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"] Cheryl is a bright, cheery girl. A little on the loud side, but controversially shy in public, she takes time to warm up to others. However, once she becomes comfortable she starts to become let conscious of herself. Spontaneous and carefree, she's quick to speak her mind. She also has a tendency to invite herself into groups or conversations. A bit on the nosy side but in no way a gossip, she likes to gather information but isn't one to spread it. She's a very private person, and while she might pry something out of someone, she'll at least always keep it to herself. Cheryl is no stranger to making a fool of herself among familiar company, and she relishes in the fun in can create. Never too shy to crack a joke or break out into random song and dance, she is often the life of the party. As long as the party is small and she knows everyone, of course. Due to the antics of school children and young boys, she has a slightly...greener mind than she probably should at her age. However, this is also typically among friends, and is generally avoided around family or elders. Generally speaking, you'll either love Cheryl or be extremely annoyed by her. Just don't let her know it if it's the latter. She's kind of a butt when she finds that out. [attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"] Cherylene Jean Sweet was born to a young couple in Cambridge. Her father was a confectioner and her mother was a University professor. Ever since he was a little boy, Cheryl's father had always wanted to make candy and sweets, and soon after moving to Cambridge with his wife, who had just been hired by the University, successfully opened a shop not far from campus. The location proved to be virtually unbeatable. The never-ending traffic to and from campus assured him plenty of business. As Cheryl grew up, she would often spend time with her father in the shop. At first, she would just sit around in the back, but as she got older, her will to help her father grew. She learned how to prepare a few of the simpler confections and would often help out in the front. Most of the time, however--during the shop's busier hours--she would sit atop the counter with a large bowl of lollipops, all of varying shapes, sizes, and flavors. As customers would pay and leave, she would hold out a lollipop and give a big, beaming smile. The regular customers became quite familiar with Cheryl. Her father had given her the nickname Cherry at a young age, and her days at the shop, handing out lollipops and smiling happily, had earned her another nickname among the regulars: Princess Lollipop. Cheryl came to like this name and put even more effort in her job, as undemanding as it was. The regulars would also talk to and play with her when they had time, and she had become fast friends with many of them. Most of the shop's customers were female, and this caused Cheryl to become much more fond of them over the opposite gender. This affected her school life, as well, leading her to possess many more female friends than male friends. When Cheryl was not helping her father in the shop, as rare a time as that was, she had grown to like video games. Being as young as he was, her father also seemed to enjoy them and would play with her whenever he could. This allowed an even stronger bond between them to develop. When Cheryl had grown into the MMORPG scene, they both began to play together. The teamwork required excited Cheryl, as it made her feel even closer to her father. A helper by nature, Cheryl took to the role of healer like a duck to water; and like a man wanting to protect his daughter, her father took on the role of tank. The two soon become seemingly unstoppable. The perfect duo. Queuing up for dungeons and raids was always easy, and the synergy between healer and tank was unparalleled. The two would move from game to game, never really settling down for one but also never fully giving up on any of them. Gaming was fun for them, and when the new expansion of Elder Tale hit the market, they decided what better to time to jump into the already long-lived game. Answering their natural callings, Cheryl would create yet another healer while her father would create yet another tank. Upon initially jumping into the game, they found it to be quite remarkable. The mechanics were much the same as traditional MMORPGs, but they also had their own little quirks. Cheryl easily found the game quite enjoyable, even though her time with the game had been brief on the first day. She and her father logged out for the night on that first day, looking forward to seeing what else the game had in store when next they would find themselves in Elder Tale. This summons an Alraune, a toddler-sized sprite resembling a girl made from flower petals. Alraunes usually perform a passive support role by placing pollen and powder onto targets to slow down their movement speed. However, they can also use this trait for an offensive support use by attacking the opponent and manually placing these spores on them. If enough spores are placed on a target, they may even be stunned for a few moments. The Alraune's offensive powers are very lacking, though, so a tank will usually be necessary if one were to go this route. The Alraune's abilities and appearance becomes more impressive as the skill ranks up, transforming into a beautiful flower-bodied girl. When a Familiar summoning skill is used, any Familiars currently active are canceled. [attr="class","skill"]Heartbeat Healing: Tier I Skill - One of the Druid's signature healing spells, Heartbeat Healing is a spell that covers the target in a sparkling green light and delivers gradual HP regeneration to the target every few seconds. It is the primary and most potent spell of the healing core, with many other healing spells rotated in between. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds, a duration of 20 seconds, and a cooldown of 30 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Willow Spirit: Tier I Skill - The Druid calls forward earth magic to quickly sprout plant vines from the ground. These vines latch onto the closest target within range and bind them to a short walking distance until they are either cut off or wear off. Any additional opponents who make direct physical contact with the vine are also injured by its sharp thorns. This skill has a casting time of 1.5 seconds and a cooldown of 15 seconds. [attr="class","skill"]Iron Stomach: Level 1 Skill - Not even food poisoning can stop a dedicated chef! This skill can be toggled, allowing chefs to become immune to status debuffs caused by drinks and food. They also passively recover from sickness status effects twice as quickly. [attr="class","skill"]Scout: Level 1 Skill - The Animal Trainer attempts to recruit a monster to their cause in order to create a temporary partner. This is often done by approaching the monster without startling or aggravating it. If performed successfully, a tamed monster will fight by the Trainer's side for a few minutes before control is lost and the monster returns to the environment. Certain situations might make this duration last longer or shorter; acts of kindness toward the tamed monster will make it stick around for longer, while excessive demand will make the Trainer quickly lose favor with the monster. Only one monster can be tamed at a time at the early levels. [attr="class","h3"]Equipment [attr="class","b2"] [attr="class","skill"]Armor: Starter Leather Armor - A basic set of soft leather armor made from cheap leather. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. [attr="class","skill"]Left Hand: Starter Scythe - A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron and wood. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. It can be used as furniture in Guild or Personal Housing, granting +1 to all housing stats. It can alternately be eaten in a thread to grant a Food Buff for 5 posts. The Food Buff grants +5% movement speed, increases maximum HP by 10%, and also heals the user by the same amount immediately upon use. Untradeable. |
