A beautiful morning, sun high in the sky warming up the cold winter fields of Windsor greatswood, the only thing breaking that peace? The squeal of a family of pigs unceremoniously slashed into oblivion by the wolf hair swashbuckler known as stryke. Maybe it wasn’t such a good place to test his new longswords, everything was so low level here that Leo could kill it in one blow, without even seeing the debuff effect his new toys were reforged with. Leo swung his two swords again in the air, even without a target, that was the first time he got custom weapons and they were the most beautiful swords he had ever had. Their names were aconitum and quickslicer, the two blades forged by the hands of the little blacksmith Caerbannog. Leo owned much to that girl, not only did she make him first class weapons for his level, but she also made her completely for free, Leo had to find a way to repay her fast or he would be able to forgive himself and his pride.
Anyway, testing his new swords wasn’t the reason the wolf hair warrior came in the field that day. The real reason lied in a new activity that was starting to get really popular those days in London, mentoring the lower leveled adventurers. Leo didn’t know who started this new trend but he was glad that person did. Thanks to the help of more experienced adventurers, lower leveled ones could easily catch up to them and thus provide this world with new strength, collaboration often leads to many great things and this time it wasn’t an exception. Everyone had something to teach, there were people that could teach how to craft something or maybe someone who could teach how to play a certain class better. The possibilities for mentoring weaker players were infinite and Leo thought it would be a good idea to give it a shot too, he just had to find what he could teach best. He didn’t have to think about it too much as the answer was as clear as the sky, he was a dps class and he’d be best at teaching how to play it efficiently, even going as far as to serve as an off tank or evasive distraction.
That was the post Leo wrote on the bulletin board, if anyone was interested they’d come across it and a message would be sent to them with the right coordinates of the lesson’s place. Leo had never taught before but he was sure he wouldn’t have much trouble with this one. He had much experience in what he wanted to teach and he couldn’t wait to help others set off for their own paths in the best way possible, it is much easier to become stronger if you are led on the right path from the start.
