A average sized house owned by Lavinia, it can be found about a mile off the coast on a hill. It comes with all the basic rooms, along with a Apothecary, Library and a smiple bath. This is where Lavinia lives and runs her potion shop. The house overall is kept mostly tidy, but Lavinia can never find time to keep up with all of the upkeep required. She put out an job request for a maid but hasn't been able to go through the applicants yet.
Let's start with the apothecary room, as seen below(although it's just a general image) Lavinia's apothecary room or simply the potion room is where all the crafting that Lavinia does is done. It has a wall dedicated just to storing the various ingredients uses in creation potions or tablets. Drawers, jars, bottles as boxes full, filled and stuffed with everything imaginable that Lavinia would need.
Around the room various forms of equipment can be found, magi tech devices that automatically grind herbs into powder, other similar devices that will mix liquids for you, along with the basic mortar, glass containers and so forth.
The Library, a quiet place of study, with bookshelves filled with books on every wall. The books cover topics from Alv cooking recipes to Lore on the various field boss monsters scattered throughout the world and every subject in between. Various small t56ables and chairs are placed throughout the room for study purposes. One bookshelf in particular is almost empty with just one book on it's shelves. This shelf holds Lavinia's first Grimoire and the rest of the shelf is reserved for other such magical books she collects on her travels.
Lastly, the baths, probably the closest thing to a hot tub in this world. This bath is actually outside surrounded by a tall fence. Right inside the entrance are shelves where towels, wash clothes and other such items can be found. The bath itself is about waist deep with large boulders for decoration. Because this is not a guild house there is only one bath instead of two.
