Appearance Aiden is a thin and short half-alv. He has messy black hair. You will rarely see him smile. He always wears his red bandana. Which not only is keeping his long hair away from his eyes, but also reminds him of the bandana he has in real life. This bandana is special to him because he got it from his sister who past away, and it reminds him of her and the real world. He prefers to wear comfy clothes that let him blend into the crowd. Clothes that let him move around freely, so he can easily move through crowds. So he can find the quiet spots where only few people are. | Personality Aiden is an classic introvert. He does not like standing in the spotlights or being on large party's. One of the reasons he tends to stay away from large guilds. He likes to be alone or with one of his good friends. He gets very easily distracted. This is why he is aware of most things around him, but this also means he can't concentrate very well and does not see most details. He is optimistic and is not easily mentally disturbed. He is horrible at reading people. This is why a lot of people think he has very little sympathy for the struggling of others. Aiden is one of those people who never back down in a fight, and usually loses because of it. He will however take on every challenge even when i knows it is impossible to win. He thinks that even when he loses a battle it will be a lessons for the next one. Aiden does not plan things beforehand, but reacts the situation he comes across. He is flexible in most situations, this makes him compatible to most party's. But since he can't really concentrate on plans he mostly just goes with his own, so a lot of party's tend to throw him out as soon as they can. He does not really care about money. But loves rare items he can use, and which he thinks make him special. The more rare an item is, the better. |

Biography
Aiden has always been thin and short. In his early childhood he was always playing around with his little sister which was a year younger then him. He did not really had friends in school, they all thought he was a bit weird. So he was teased a lot. This went on for years. The only things that gave him any joy where playing with his sister and track running. And track running was the reason he could calm down after being teased again.
When he was around the age of 10 his sister died because of a inflamed pancreas. His parents blamed each other for it and they broke up. His mother and he moved away to a new town and he got a new beginning. At school he did fit in better, and he even started to enjoy it. Since he had a hard time concentrating he ended up in a special class. This is where he made some friends which introduced him into the world of MMORPG's.
He ended up moving around every few years. Never long in the same place. And so MMORPG's became his medium to connect with the few others he got acquainted with. They heard about Elder Tale coming to the west and decided to try it out when it was available. Aiden jumped in right at the start supposed to be followed by his friends who didn't succeeded in getting a pre-order.
And then the catastrophe happened....

Attempting to hit a pressure point, the Swashbuckler thrusts the weapon forward as its blade glows a faint blue color. This motion has an animation time of 2 seconds, 1 seconds each strike if dual-wielding. If it makes direct unguarded contact with an opponent, their vision becomes blurry for the next 10 seconds, resulting in an accuracy debuff. The degree of blindness is most effective at the moment of contact, clearing up as the debuff wears off. For single-weapon and throwing weapon users, the debuff is dependent upon a single weapon's hit. A dual weapon user must strike the opponent successfully with both weapons to ensure the maximum effect. Even still, they have two chances at hitting, so stability is sacrificed for consistency. Nevertheless, the cooldown of this technique is also 10 seconds, meaning that an experienced user can sustain the effect as long as they can manage to pierce the opponent's defense each time.

It should be noted that if this skill is used for an attack, the momentum from initiating the attack will not increase damage in any way. It merely allows the Swashbuckler to quickly close in on the opponent for a possible surprise attack. This skill has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown time of 6 seconds.

This effect does not work against monsters that are already engaged in battle when this skill was used.
