Description:  Royal Naval Academy Lv 4 (Vylbrand Academy) - A military facility directly owned and operated by Vylbrand for the academy or one of its branches that shelters military equipment and personnel, and facilitates training and operations. Effective commerce is often produced from it's ports to neighboring cities. They tend to house a society of individuals with a spark of innovation and militant nature.

Additional notes: As we are both leaders of the Academy, Bailin an I arranged to both each go 50/50 on this Academy which means he's paying 5,000 and so am I. I will ask him to post here for confirmation. Also the Forge and Garage are combined into one room for ease of use when experimenting.
